This summer my kids decided to travel to Andaman islands seeing some documentary on national geographic. i started googling and landed on tripfactory.com. My enquiry was attended by location specialist Mary. She proposed 7 options from which i decided on the best suited plan for my family. really thank Mary & the entire Tripfactory team for the wonderful trip. One thing i was really impressed was daily call from tripfactory team to enquire if every thing was going on well... thanks team once again and keep up the good job...

Andaman is heaven with pristine beaches and lush green environment. it is a must visit place in the world...

Overall, the trip was nothing short of excellent. I would like to specifically comment few things as follows

Best things are trip customization by Sowmya, couple of confirmation calls from trifactory during the trip, the trip coordinatiors (Mr Avinash, Mr, Debashish and Mr Vijay), HOtel blue bird and Pearl Park resort
Worst thing - Hotel Driftwood

About Sowmya, she was able to understand my requirement and provide me with the one i needed after repeated iteration. However when i had to change the hotel after booking the trip she could not confirm the change of hotels. I had to directly contact the executives at operations and get it done.

The trip was extremely well managed in each and every part. The concerned people where very courteous and were happy to see us happy which was a very farm feeling. In particular the employees and trip managers at Blue bird resort (Haveloc) and Pearl Park resort (Neil) gave a very warm and homely feeling.
At this point i would like to say that employees at hotel driftwood (Port Blair) were a total opposite. I stayed two nights there (first and last day of trip). Both were a nightmare. The room was a total disaster. On the last day i obtained a room in the ground floor which was filled with beautiful crawling creatres. I had to ask the receptions twice to clean it. The AC didnt have a remote. How is one supposed to control it during night!! The toilet/bathroom was as good as any second grade lodge. It was a total disaster for me. I am sure the ground floor rooms are not meant for vistors because the rooms from the first floor onwards have a totally different makeover. Just not to lose customers, they are having this 2 or 3 ground floor rooms. They are not even maintained for emergency purpose. Trip factory's coordinator Mr.Avinash couldnt do anything at the last moment. Honestly no one could have.

Except for the last night it was a great trip. I thank you and request you to please remove Hotel Driftwood from your list of options.

Wonderful trip, very good experienced.

Trip was awsome. I felt bad one thing there is no proper guideing, rest trip was very good. We enjoy a lot.

A very nice trip with good accommodation and transport. Special commendation to Mr. Pawan who was there with us from pickup to drop and through out the trip showing the places and explaining the significance of the spot. His behavior, the way he speaks and his knowledge of the places right from Chandigarh to Manali and back to Chandigarh helped us a lot. A big thanks to Pawan.

Coming to Sarthak - very nice accommodation with great service, good food, and enjoyed their hospitality very much. In fact the management helped us in getting the permit to visit Rohtang pass which will last forever in our minds. The room with a view was wonderful.

Overall it was a nice trip and we felt very safe in presence of Pawan. Thank you Trip Factory for managing the entire trip very nicely.

Very god trip

Overall the trip was well organized.
1. Flight connections were good
2. Driver pick up in Chandigarh was in time
3. Car was fairly good
4. Driver was good too
5. Some times driver did not guide us well enough like in Solang valley Manali he said there is nothing to see, but when we went we felt it was very good expereince.
6. Hotel in Shimla - Kamna resort was very good but very remote and dangerous route
7. Hotel in Shimla Chandramukhi was OK was bit shabby and not very clean but staff were very courteous
8. Hotel in Chandighar was WORST, VERY FILTHY AND FOOD WAS MOST HORRIBLE_ WORST OF THE EXPERIENCE FOR THE WHOLE TRIP

The arrangements are perfect. Maintained time very perfectly. I didn't face any struggles and issues.

The below two con's I have in this trip.
1). Not a good time to visit (May). Climate is too too hot, Due to this unable to enjoy much.
2). Most of the time spent in the room, might have include more places in the package, so it will not bored much (Since all day more than half day spent only in the rooms).

Overall the trip was very well executed by Sunitha and Tripfactory team. Everything went well planned.

All the sightseeing arranged was very nice. Transportation - Cab drivers were very helpful and prompt in in picking us and dropping off.

Sunitha and their team helped us get the Singapore visa with ease.

Hotel Lavendar was not upto the mark, bathrooms was very small and their breakfast was not good at all.

Was a bit apprehensive about the travel arrangements to Andamans, but it turned out to be an awesome experience for the entire family.
The entire trip was meticulously planned,
- pickup time was punctual
- Single point of contact/Co-ordinator for any and all issues :)
- All the drivers were very courteous, Co-ordinators (Avinash & Mansoor) were very knowledgeable
- Every bit of the itinerary was well elaborated and in a very transparent manner
- As is the want, the co-ordinators readily agreed to changes/customizations that we requested on the fly

Shiva Kumar has been very patient with my insistent calls and requirements. Additional items outside of the set itinerary (scuba diving trips, etc) were seamlessly accommodated.

The only negative point of the whole trip was our bad experience with GoAir on the return. The return flight was overbooked and we were not provided boarding passes claiming that we arrived late to the checkin counter.

Dear Tripfactory team,

This was my first visit to Shimla & Manali and I had lot of apprehensions. Although we knew Hindi quite well, we did not know the local language of Himachal Pradesh. Every thing went as per Itinerary. It was a long drive from Chandigarh to Manali which took around 8 hours. It was not mentioned in itinerary that it would take that much time. However, The Venus cottage people had kept our pure veg food ready & served hot. In fact the lodge is around 16 Km away from main place. So you have depend on the lodge food only. we had no issues as the Car and the driver were at our disposal. Since the driver is a local guy, he knew about the area and there was no hurry. Since we were returning we cud watch some TV, but the lodge people said they can't give English news let alone Kannada programmes. Unfortunately Rohtang pass was closed for public. So we went to Solang valley. Driver dropped us at the nearest point & then we went horse riding almost till the snow point. Everything went like as per plan till the 4thmorning. There was a Taxi strike opposing Rohtang's closure. We were asked to leave at 5 am. Since there was no hotel, Lodge guy said the cook will come only at 7.30 am. We asked for some bread toast but they were helpless. Again the Lodge in Shimla Himalayan Escape is 30 KM away from city. But the view from my room was breath taking. The food was served in my room and they had more variety and was much tastier. They were very professional.

All in all we had a very enjoyable trip & definitely they were lot cheaper than others in the trade. infact people were surprised at our package rates., since airfare, lodging, taxi with driver, Break fast & dinner, only lunch was to our account. I will definitely recommend to my relatives & friends.

The trip was a memorable one. The facilities were also good and was a good experience overall.

Overall experience was good. Well planned itinerary based on my need and continuous followup and support from the travel expert.

Hi, to start of with my review it was an excellent trip very well managed by Trip Factory in particular thanks to Sunita my travel advisor for all the support and help rendered through out my trip.
It was my first family vacation abroad and I was a bit tensed and confused too but as said earlier I was well advised and felt relaxed in the way things were organized starting from ticket, visa, hotel arrangement etc.
We all cherished the visit to Singapore with most comfortable tour and enjoyed visiting the places there especially Sentosa Island, Universal Studios and the city tour. I must say Universal Studios was an amazing visit a place for entire family to enjoy, adventure and rejuvenate.

Thanx once again to Trip Factory and I surely recommend it for others as well .

Nice arrangements done to have a trouble free trip.

Excellent coordination. Rooms are decent and didn't faced any problem. Niel ILands the we had some issue in water.

Worked very hard to plan my holiday..everything went off well as planned.Will highly recommend Chandan to friends for there travel plans

Our recent Hong Kong- Macau trip was fabulous. Trip Factory staff Kirthy Raj and Shaktivel were extremely helpful and courteous and provided all the support before the trip. Big thanks to them. A couple of feedback for further improvement,

1) The Trip factory staff was not much aware of Shenzen Visa (or China Visa) requirements. There was confusion and in the end, they cancelled Shenzen portion. This was not an issue however the overall knowledge on Visa processing needs to be improved.

2) During Disneyland trip on May 18, the tour guide Benny from Trip Factory left 3 families (6 adults and 4 children) stranded in Disneyland at 9 30 pm. He asked us to be there at pick up point at 9 pm and we were there at 9 04 pm due to large exiting crowd from Disneyland after the fireworks, We understand the value of time and totally respect the on time policy, however it was rude and insensitive of this guy to not to wait even for 5 minutes for 3 families with children. More over he lied to the other family who had already boarded that there was only 1 family where in fact there were 3 families. The other family met us tomorrow and told this. Later we had to change 3 metro trains to reach our hotel at 11 pm. Please take this up with Freedom Travels.

Other than this, everything else was smooth.

This was our first holiday with Trip factory to Dubai. Trip was very well organized and coordinated.
