Overall the trip was fantastic.
Few words for appreciation @ MALA for end to end co-ordination till the point we departed from India.
@Mr.Pradeep from Heritage Services for taking forwards from MALA end to end co-ordination in Singapore.
The only thing I would like to suggest that the rooms which were given were too small though that were superior.

We would like to plan our another trip with TRIP FACTORY and recommend to our friends too.

Service from Trip Factory was awesome. Since Tourist flow to Havelock is comparatively high, many times we need to wait for the availability of boats. However I did n't face any issue since my guide gave updates timely and they pick us from Resort only once the boat was ready. Guys did an amazing job. Punctuality and co-ordination was highly appreciative.

Andaman is one of the best place for enjoying beach & water sports, even trucking.

Neils Island was one of the not so common tourist destination but a lovely island. Havelock is one of the most common and comparatively rush,
I will be nice if each trip include a day to a not so common points but can enjoy the full feeling and peace of Andaman.

Trip was fantastically arranged and was an awesome experience.

we opted pilgrimage pakage between 19th - 23rd February 2017, overall the arrangements were fine and flawless except for the room booked at Soopanam Heritage Guruvayur, happened to be non A/c room, other than this all other arrangements were as per the itenary booked.

Since unseasonal, not much rush/ crowd, as such all the temple darshans we could finish quickly.

( GURUVAYUR temple, Trissur VADAKUNATHAN temple & Bhagavathy amman temple, Iyyapa temple on the way to Trivandrum, Padhmanabha temple etc.)

Important to the tour operator's knowledge - when the tour package is pilgrimage ( HINDU) the Cab Drvers should be well informed about various temples and the cultures

( our driver was a Christian as such he could not reply details about the temples history and importancy). but managed.

all said and done - we as an elderly couple enjoyed our trip to KERALA.

I came across Tripfactory's portal while browsing for a package to Kerala. This must be the first time that I finalized the booking within the same day that I started my research. Tripfactory's software is amazing and they generate multiple options with several permutations & combinations within minutes. A special mention to Shahul who handled my account very efficiently and was always helpful with all our queries.

The properties advised and booked by Tripfactory at Munnar and Kumarakom were at excellent locations. I am sorry I cannot say the same about the property at Thekkady. I will mention the positives and negatives in short below :

Positives
1. Quick Service & prompt action
2. Good coordination between associates/partners
3. Efficient problem solving (I was given a non-A/C room at the property in Thekkady for reasons unknown to me. I called Tripfactory and it got resolved quickly)

Negatives
1. Properties marketed to me as 5-Star (Chandy's Windy Woods in Munnar and Aveda in Kumarakom) are actually 4-star properties. There should be correct disclosure of status of properties. Having said that, these are excellent hotels/resorts & offer great comfort & experience.
2. The driver allocated to us (Ajmal) would not adhere to the company policy of serving us till 8 pm in the duration of the trip. On each of the 6 days that he was with us, he would feed us with lies and excuses, and leave between 4-5 pm. He told us that there is heavy fog in Munnar in February and it is not advisable to be out in the evening, which would give him reason to leave early. In Kumarakom, he told us that we should let him go by 5 pm so he can go to his home to Cochin, or else he would have to sleep in the car. Only on one occasion we asked him to stay back till the time we are entitled to, and he refused! Except in Cochin, he had no knowledge of location of hotels/eateries in any of the other towns and the standard answer to all our queries was "I don't know!"

Overall a great trip except for the bad experience of the driver.

Overall trip was very satisfactory and Tripfactory made sure it was a nice and eventful trip.
Hotels and cabs and other food arrangements were top notch.
Only thing which I could find fault was in the hotel booking since I had selected the hotels as per my choice before paying the amount and once paid after few days one hotel got changed saying it was overbooked, but tripfactory made up for it by providing upgraded and costly hotel than booked and luxury rooms, still it would have been nice if I had got was requested before confirming the booking.

We had an excellent group. The tour leader and drivers were wonderful. We felt like a group of friends enjoying the vast expanses of Dubai with lots of positive energy. We were well taken care of - the Trip factory company, the food, the blend of travel and time to just enjoy were all perfect."
"The accommodation is beautiful, the swimming pool wonderfully refreshing, everything clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very welcoming and arranged an evening at a desert safari / cruise where Bally dance was performed and was great fun. We only had a couple of days here before continuing our travels but found the environment extremely relaxing and enjoyable.

Over all arrangement was good, we have enjoyed a lot and its been memorable one. Driver is very helpful, surely we will book another trip with trip factory.

Pros:
Arrangement is good, we felt safe and secure.
Food and staying experience in hotel CK international and Daffodil is best

Cons:
Last day plan in delhi and hotel facility, stay in Daanish residency is bad. We have not got time to visit most of the place in delhi.

It would be best one, if we would have visit delhi completely, Itinerary should be modified accordingly.

5 star to tripfactory.

Overall the trip was good and enjoyable. The driver was good and friendly but on certain occasions had to be told to refrain from overtaking at curves.
The only disappointment was the hotel Darshan at Ooty. The room was very basic and the bathroom was really not upto mark. It would stink most of the time and we had to keep the exhaust fan on - which in reality did not mitigate the problem. It did not have toilet roll and the bucket in the shower ares was really unclean. The shower design was faulty - it would flood the entire bathroom.
I would NOT recommend this hotel - please keep this in mind when selecting a hotel in Ooty.

We planned family tour to Kerala for 5N/6D ...
Since I booked complete itinerary (starting from flights , hotels , sightseen , transfer ), It was a very convenient trip .
We spent 2 days in Munnar , 1 Thekkady , 1 Alleppy , 1 Kovalam & Last day sight seen to Trivendrum .
Our driver was nice ,humble and suggested some good Gujarati restaurants ,that made trip an easy going , which otherwise would be nightmare . :) . Hotels were very nice .
Munnar : Cuckmere Holidays (Best lake view . awesome rooms)
Thekkady : Abad Harmonia (In main shopping market)
Alleppy : Deshadan BackWater Resorts (Far from Alleepy , but awesome backwater view & awesome ambience)
Kovalam : Abad green forest (5 mins walk from beach , nice rooms and swimming pool)

PS : TripFactory booked all nice (4 star) hotels & charged very reasonable price for complete package and I would love to go with Tripfactory again for future tour ...

I booked this trip for 25th Anniversary of my parents and it came down to be a beautiful n most memorable trip of theirs.

Each and everything recommended by Nishan was great from the place to the accommodation. They stayed at JustA Rajputana resort, Udaipur and the service n stay was worth the cost being charged. Also the cab n other facilities included in the package are worth 5 star rating.

I would highly recommend Trip Factory for well organized, hassle free stay.
