I would like to suggest that Tripfactory should give full itinerary like travel time, boat time, sightseeing timing to its customers so customers can adjust their plan. In my case, only list of sightseeing was given without any timing of boat and sightseeing timing was given.

TripFactory really have well designed packages. Even if you don't have any idea about where to go and what to do, it is the best website to search for.
We have booked kerala holiday almost 2.5 months back from TripFactory. Location included was Kochi, Munnar, Thekkaddy, Kovalam, Alleppey.
Now, about my trip,
We decided to go with TripFactory in november and contacted from website. Surprisingly, we had to call back multiple times to assign us a trip expert. Looks like it was a weekend and they are out of staff. The response time was long to design a trip and give quotation. Also, after booking I wanted to change one of the hotels, that also took 2 long days, again after follow up. So was not really satisfied with response timing at earlier stage.
Finally, everything was set and we started on 21st jan from Pune. As other told, TripFactory representative was not there on the airport. But before 2 days of the trip we got driver details and contact number. So we contacted him,and he was there within 5 minutes.
Our driver Mr Sinu is a nice person and was a guide throughout the trip. Very punctual and calm.
In Munnar we selected hotel The Leaf, and it was highlight of the entire trip. Very nice resort with tranquil environment. Really enjoyed our stay there.
In Thekkaddy, we got Coffee Route resort and it is also a good resort to stay. Downsides are food and non AC rooms.
Thekkaddy is a very green place with spice and coffee plantation. Nothing to see here except Periyar wildlife, but very good place to relax.
Kovalam is a beach place with clean beach and with so many tourists around. Its a good place for beach lover, else can be avoided. Since it is at extreme south of the kerala,you spend more time on road.
Hotel Sea Rock is good just for the sea view from hotel, otherwise below average hotel. Not worth paying for it.
Till now, we enjoyed our trip as everything was well arranged.
Now starts the worst part of the trip - Rainbow houseboat at Alleppey.
They are the cheater organization. We booked 1 bedroom deluxe houseboat, but what the gave us was 3 bedroom houseboat, where other 2 families were staying with us. There was nothing on the boat, no water, no electricity for long hours and no maintenance. Very dirty room with cockroaches and lizards around.Food was not at all good.
On arrival, they gave excuse of some labor strike and apologize, but local contact told us there was no such condition.
On of the Sr citizen person called his agent and asked for total refund and he was agreed to do so after talking to Rainbow cruise management. I expect the same response from TripFactory also. I would say, you should black list such companies.

Overall trip was good if I keep aside frustration and anger of Alleppey. Looks like we paid some what more amount for hotels at each places, but arrangement was good.

My message to TripFactory would be, keep it up with package design teams, however need to look for customer care and other support teams.

Trip was awesome. Trip-factory team is highly cooperative and always been in a touch.
Nisha M is the best travel expert. I highly recommend her to plan trips.

Hotel (Peninsula Beach Resort) location and food were good but their room service was very poor.

Jaipur Hotel Golden Manor
Hotel was Good however the staff not so, we asked for an extra blanket since it was very cold and rather than just sending 1 the staff actually came to the room to check why we needed it. They were out of a few breakfast items also before we could finish.
Ranthambore Hotel Ananta Palace
Hotel & Staff were very good and polite. Food was average. On the 2nd day of our trip a huge group of Collage students arrived who had an open air party right outside our room till 12.30 at night which caused a lot of inconvenience.
Agra Hotel Siris 18
The best hotel & food of the trip, it was expensive but worth it.
Delhi Hotel Bonlon Inn
The worst hotel & food of our trip, i had specifically asked for a non-veg hotel but this turned out to be a Veg, we actually had to order KFC, the staff of the hotel though was very kind and helpful.

Our driver was on time to pick us up from the time we landed in Jaipur till we left Delhi, he was simply brilliant & got us connected to all the best Guides & shopping spots, his driving skills were 100% safe. Overall the trip was fun even though we had a few down moments. I will definitely recommend Rajashree for any friend or family looking for a holiday.

Im really surprised the way they make arrangements so faster .We actually travelled in the month of nov but it takes some time for me to write a review due to other travels and work .Also the real value of tripfactory understood when my colleagues booked a wayanad tour with a worst tour package company called Rippleholidays for office tour such a pathetic situation we faced with them.That time i realized how tripfactory treated us and it such a big mistake for not taking tripfactory for kerala tour since its planned by office team (nothing we can do ).I strongly recommend tripfactory for my friends for sure.

the welcome at Thailand was great, we met the person at Gate 10 as suggested, and she immediately handed us a local sim card, which we hadn’t expected!
we had a Toyota Camry to pick us up and take us to Pattaya, but unfortunately got dropped off at the wrong hotel, and used Google maps to walk to the right one which was a kilometre away..
the initial hiccup was when the hotel folks did not let us check in till 2 PM, din't give us three beds as promised, and breakfast was restricted to two people.. but after that, things got better, and it was only good times, and awesome memories..

we were a road away from the beach, and could walk whenever we wanted to, the hotel being in the heart of Pattaya city, we could go shopping on our own free will..

the cab guys for the Alcazar show, coral island and other sight seeing places promptly showed up at the hotel on time, and the experience was seamless..

the local numbers given were reachable at all times and quite helpful with our queries..
thanks to TripFactory, we even had complimentary lunch at an Indian restaurant in Thailand!
we liked all the sight seeing places like the safari, city tour and coral island, also the itinerary was well planned, giving us enough time for ourselves to explore the city..

Trip to Andaman Islands.
The overall experience is a professional handling and we were satisfied with our journey. Mr Akshith Nithin at Tripfactory was informative and helpful with travel arrangements prior to the journey. The local representative at Port Blair, Mr Abinash, who co-ordinated the journey with other representatives, did a very good job and we felt very well taken care of. He was very attentive and had a pleasant as well as professional approach. Taxis, speedboat to Havelock Island and the flight from Chennai with Spice Jet went very smoothe and was totally reliable.

The only let-down were to of the three hotels that we stayed in. The only one that delivered according to standard (****) was Sea Shell in Port Blair, which levelled our expectations. However the other two hotels had lots of issues and were far from the four stars that they want guests to believe.

Peerless Sarovar Portico in Port Blair was far away from the city of Portugal Blair and there is nothing outside the property apart from a lovely beach...not swimable though due to crocodiles. Restaurant is excellent although slightly pricy. The room is ok, more of a 3 star standard, basic but with a nice balcony. Shower curtain dirty, otherwise was cleaning satisfactory. The check-in was not welcoming, but the following day the hospitality was better, due to change of staff. To sum it up: a 3 star property with a good restaurant and a scenic view.

Symphony Palms Beach Resort at Havelock Island was a rather bad choice in relation to price, category and expectations. Lots of issues here. Accommodation consisted of large cottages,although rather dull and gloomy inside. A vivid animal life in the washroom consisted of lizards, mosquitoes and a giant cockroach. Hot water had to be ordered in buckets (½ hour waiting time), which was a minor problem, but you had to plan your activities. Service was slow ore sometimes non-existent. Breakfast buffet with a reasonable variety of items, however with a low quality; canned (low budget and artificial) fruit juices, (sometimes) cold food items, and fairly tasteless. Tourists allowed to drive with motorbikes and scoters on the narrow pavement leading to the cottages was a hazard as well as a peace eliminating appearance. Food in restaurant on the costly side, but good alternatives on the road outside.

It was over all very good trip and i thank Praveen and tripFactory for giving such nice experience.

Initially while i was booking in tripFactory there were some bad comments were there in that some are true some are false.

1) Till booking we get call from TripFactory but after full payments we need to try to catch them for information.
2) Last day of my traveling got the pickup details. It would have good if you provide all details a week before.
3) Please be response to the users for there quires and send some regular updates on destination weather and place information.

But here good part is after reaching the Andaman we got Trip Coordinator as Abhishek (http://andamanholidaydreams.com/) was very good and professional person he has explained all the places and pickups and all on time.

In Havlock Praveen was our driver he too was very professional and co-operative person.

Overall it was very good place to visit and dont miss the scuba diving.

The trip to Andaman and Nicobar was very good. it was overall a very good experience with amazing planning and co-ordination starting right from our trip adviser sridhar to our trip co ordinators - avinash at port blair, vijay at neil island and mansoor (& his dad) at havelock island.
It was a brilliant trip where the hotels booked were also great and we had on time cab transfers to everywhere. Helpful people and I am very happy with the service provided by trip advisor.

Don't know how and where to start with but before I do, I wish to highly recommend TripFactory, an excellent travel agency and the travel consultant Nishan who made it a memorable one for me and my family, especially my 18 months infant who loved it and enjoyed every bit of it. Now before you start doubting on me let me clarify, I am just a traveler like you and not that one of them from the TripFactory marketing team :) Well you may feel so after reading this review but let me emphasize it again, I am just a TRAVELLER who loves to see different places like you.

In December I traveled with my family through Rajasthan, on a customized tour arranged by Nishan. In the planning stages he communicated promptly and clearly and took a flexible approach in ensuring that our wishes were included in the itinerary.

The whole trip was flawless, thanks largely to his provision of a well-appointed car and marvelous driver, whose manner, driving skills, courteousness and care of us could not be faulted. We agreed that the journey was extremely well organized; Infact it was hassle free. Further, the costs were reasonable and represented very good value for money. Looking back now, there is nothing I would change, I would rather add few.

• 1st we went to Jaipur which was the stronghold of a clan of rulers whose three hill forts and series of palaces in the city are important attractions. Known as the Pink City because of the color of the stone used exclusively in the walled city, Jaipur's bazaars sell embroidered leather shoes, blue pottery, tie and dye scarves and other exotic wares. Western Rajasthan itself forms a convenient circuit, in the heart of the Thar Desert which has shaped its history, lifestyles and architecture.
• Next we went to Jodhpur "The Sun City" was founded by Rao Jodha, a chief of the Rathore clan, in 1459. It is named after him only. Jodhpur in Rajasthan, India was previously known as Marwar. Jodhpur is the second largest city in Rajasthan. It is divided into two parts - the old city and the new city. The old city is separated by a 10 km long wall surrounding it. Also, it has eight Gates leading out of it. The new city is outside the walled city. Jodhpur is a very popular tourist destination. The landscape is scenic and mesmerizing. Jodhpur city has many beautiful palaces and forts such as Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Umaid Bhavan Palace, Government Museum and Rai Ka Bagh Palace. The city is known as the "Sun City" because of its bright and sunny weather throughout the year.
• Atlast we went to "The Jaisalmer city", it is a prominent educational as well as a cultural hub in the region and regularly showcases the vivid cultural aspects of Rajasthan. Among others, it includes folk dances as well as semi-classical and folk music. The city is easily accessible and people are warm and welcoming. In spite of harsh living conditions, Rajasthani people are known for their warm hospitality all over. So come to Jaisalmer and enjoy the traditional rhetoric of 'padharo mahare desh' (welcome to our lands).

It is impossible to choose from so many wonderful experiences. The Rajasthan palaces and forts were stunning in their scale and it was amazing to stay in one of the best heritage properties out there. We had many memorable and exciting experiences from this trip. Some of the local villages we visited were fantastic in terms of getting a glimpse of rural life in Rajasthan.

One advice: When you go to Jaisalmer, Though it was a well-planned itinerary covering a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. One should spend a day in Sam Sand Dunes which is approximately 50kms away from the Jaisalmer City where you can enjoy Camel Safari, Jeep Safari and Folk Music & Dance etc.

I did miss few places but you can make it guys, Kuldhara (an abandoned village), which is 18km away from the Jaisalmer city. Tanot and Longewala, Two villages on the Jaisalmer border but if you are traveling with your family you need 1-1 day each to go there as these are in two different directions. Driving/Riding freaks – You guys can make it both in one single day :)

• PLEASE DO NOT PLAN TO SPEND A NIGHT in KULDHARA. Read/Google about it before you do so.

Minor Problem: We were taken to some 'factory outlets' or Government owned handicraft outlets per say, They were extremely expensive. It's not in the package but the city guide would take you there for sure :) Think carefully before buying from these places. It is better to wander through the shops and markets to check out prices, quality and choice.

--> Overall trip was FANTASTIC, That's the right word :) So, Don't hesitate to book. Just go! It was amazing. Peace up folks.

This is 3rd travel package that Mr Semwal has booked for my family. This time it was for 6 of us, in Hong Kong and Macau. He takes time to understand our preferences and works within our budget. Their tour partners in HK and Macau were very professional. Considering that this was very busy New Year Eve season - it was amazing that he arranged everything with so much precision.
