Kudos to the travel expert Vijay. He was very helpful and knows how to deal with the customers in a polite, impressive manner. I would definitely recommend Vijay to anyone who is actually looking out for a service from Tripfactory and would prefer contacting him again on my next trips.
The only disappointment I had was about the last destination provided to us - Pushkar & Ajmer. The famous Dargah at Ajmer is meant to be a holy place but the surrounding or the lane leading to the dargah is very very unhygenic with huge local crowd and I felt that the divinity is really missing in such a great holy place. I would request you to not recommend this place to any of the tourists who actually look forward to enjoy their trip. Being said that, our trip from Jaipur just to visit Ajmer and Pushkar was not satisfactory as I literally felt that I wasted 1 day of my trip. Apart from that, the local tourist guides that you assign should be made to contact the tourists OR the tourists should be provided with their contact numbers beforehand. The guides and the cab drivers should also be informed to not bribe the tourists, which is again a dissatisfaction on this part. Other than these complaints I would say my trip was wonderful :)

the trip was fabulous...everything was running smooth.... it was a well guided trip... and we enjoyed alot.

It was good experience and hotel provided were neat and clean. Swimming pool is good for kids and family.

First of all ,It was an amazing trip me and my wife had. Very well organised mainly the travel arrangements with timely response of the guides . No where I felt that there's something missing. Overall experience was good with trip factory. Our advisor Vanitha Mm was too kind and helpful all the way.

Firstly u should ask the customer what kind of property he want like near the city or far off. The shimla property I got was nyc but there was nothing once u step out of hotel. U should ask for grounded property or near the city property. Chandigarh was worst the property u gave me was as good as not existence.You all should have check the property before booking it. The replacement property the hotel shagun had so bad room n bathroom u can't even step in. THEY HAD DONE PEST CONTROL DUE TO WHICH I HAD HEALTH ISSUE ONCE I CAME BCK MUMBAI. The best part was the driver he was very good n knowledgeable.Overall I rate the trip 3 Starr thanks

Had a very nice experience.

I thank Meghana for organizing the trip so well. I had never been to North and had no idea about the hotels and place there. The Trip Factory organized it so well, which made our trip hassle free. It was nice planned trip by the advisor, Driver was polite and well behaved, was aware of all sites , hence guided the entire trip , Hotel was good , but away from the city hence there was limited choice of food , Hotel staff was good , still to due to limitations as its far away from the city when requested barbecue and bonfire was not able to arrange

The hotels suggested was good and vehicle arranged was also in line with my expectation.
Hotel in Otty suggested and booked was in the midst of vally with excellent views from rooms but little old like 19th century infrastructure.

Though my travel time was around the cyclone vardah , Only thing which made it little difficult for me as I had to push my car driver on couple of occasions for sight seeing and fortunately I found clear weather whenever and wherver I visited.

But in all it was great trip arranged by Trip factory.

the trip was good. face problem on first day & last day. first day because of bad weather flight delay in Delhi our half day gone we are unable to enjoy delhi visit only India gate & Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya Dargah. in last day of Iterney i had wasted approximately 3 hours to get confirmation from trip factory to visit Ajmer Dargah. i was inform this thing before my Iterney Start. rest every thing Good
