An unique and beautiful experience. We did 5 days/4 nights exploration in Kerala with 3 year old kid and never had a dull moment. Bhavya's recommendations were great and all the hotel's we stayed were comfortable and had a pleasant experience. We had little bit hiccup on finding motor boat cruise but Bhavya followed up with supplier and made sure we boarded the boat. That's exactly what Customer service is about and trip factory seems to excel in the service.

Our driver Santosh who greeted us in Cochin Airport and accompanied us for all 5 days was much knowledgeable about Kerala and super friendly. He made sure it's comfortable 4-5 hours winding roads journey experience in Kerala especially with our restless 3 year old. He took us to all touristy and non-touristy attractions and he was our photographer through out the trip!

I will definitely recommend to family and friends. Once again thanks bhavya for making our holiday special!

Please note: On a negative side, please avoid Lemon tree on Alleppey where rooms had pungent smell, stale food and limited buffet. They have no idea on how to prepare coffee/tea and ended up serving us instant coffee.

Trip to Andaman was a life time experience. I'll cherish the memories life time.

the package was good for a good price. we never felt bad during the trip and the guys who coordinated there at Andaman was smart and quick. they never made us wait for anything. But accomodation we would not recommend for others. Thehotel ritz room was so small and had no space to put another bed. And please dont call such hotels 2 stars. It was worst than that

I wanted to share my experience with you about my trip. I booked the trip from 2nd Nov to 8th Nov. 2016 Bangkok Pattaya. I started well as it was organised by the Tripfactory but as soon as i reach in Bangkok airport there was a team to who took care of me and guided me to the driver who will take care of my further journey. As per the itinerary i was supposed to check in the hotel with my family and she without saying a word during the whole ride took me to Tiger zoo. I asked her why is she taking me to Tiger zoo when i am tired travelling the whole night with my family and she said that is what she is asked to do. I spoke to somebody on the phone and i was taken to the hotel. Very satisfied with the hotel room. First day was good with guide Nat. Pattaya was good enjoyed it. On the last day of Pattaya while leaving for Bangkok i was not informed when the driver was coming to pick me up. Charvi had informed me they will come by 10:00 am. The driver sitting in the lobby at 8 am to take my family while i am still in the bed. I enjoyed Bangkok and the sight seeing, but the only problem was about communication. On 7th Nov. i was waiting if anyone calling me to let me know when is the transportation coming to pick me up till 8:00 pm but there was no call. I had a number and i called the person and then i was aware of the pickup time.
Overall i had a great time with my family. Very disappointed with the communication and upset about not being informed about the pick up. I have been to Bangkok Malaysia and Singapore with Raj Travels and i have been with MMT Himachal trip but was very well taken care by the guide and very well coordinated. That gives a satisfaction you in a different country but in safe hands specially when you are with your family.
Kindly take care of the mentioned issues.

Our trip to Munar, Tekkady and Alleppy was Awesome and Myself and my wife enjoyed great trip through Orn trip factory.

Munar was excellent there we stayed for 2 days and enjoyed lot of sight seens.Good climate and good scenaries.

Tekkady was also good place and watch kathakai, kathri flight and elephant ride was Awesome.finally wild forest boating also was nice. Again good envirnoment and nice weather.Enjoyed travelling alot.

Alleppy was excellent boating house and we travelled in boat house enjoying back waters and feeling amazed.Good food provided in boat house and enjoying sight seen day and night.

Car driving by Ajeesh was Nice driving throughout the trip and enjoyed alot thanks to him for safe and responsible driving.

It was an Amazing Experience with Trip Factory to GoA.. I was bit scared, since it was my 1st Trip with TF and ended up with Full Satisfaction with their Co-ordination.. Especially I've to tell about Mr.Shiva who got personally attached with us and helped us throughout out this Journey. and I wondered about his Kindness &Patience while responding...:-)

I undertook a trip with family ( a mix of elders and middle aged and children) to Hong Kong and Macau for 6D and 5N. To start off with the booking experience with Trip factory was very good. I needed someone to give me various options of itinerary, dates and hotels and Tripfactory did this very well for me. Clinton was the person front ending and he was very responsive and turned it around quickly. The web interface of Tripfactroy was excellent and got the trip information on a very user friendly webpage. Clinton effectively used the latest technology, whatsapp, email, phone etc., during the booking process. The only hitch was the tickets were issued only until 2 to 3 days before the trip which got me anxious but understood that it was owing to natural calamity in HK which caused delay in response from the airlines (Cathay). We had some issues in immigration as immigration officials asked a lot of additional questions. So including the flight delay we had a total delay of 3 hours getting to the hotel. But the delay was not attributable to Tripfactory. Also first day we had to make do with a delay of 2 hours in getting second room in Courtyard Marriott Sha-tin (inspite of arriving beyond their check in time) so 6 of us had to manage with 1 room. The rooms themselves were neat and the ambience was nice for a 4 Star property but away from city limits. The hotel shuttle service does help but is a little inflexible. Day 1 we managed to go to Symphony of Lights on our own. Day 2 and Day 3 was Ocean Park and Disneyland which was well managed. The SIC picked up at the right time and picked us back at the correct time. The logistics were well managed. The Dinner coupons were also made available per the agreed terms with Trip factory. We loved both Ocean Park and Disneyland and icing on the cake was the concluding Laser show and Fireworks show in Disneyland. Day 4 was the half day HK city tour. It was a little curtailed as we had to go to Macau . The guide who came along Kevin was very good and explained about various places we visited very will. We checked into Parisian Macau on Day 4 evening. The property was an awesome property. A real 5 star experience. We checked into 1 family room and 1 deluxe room. The family room was good, easily accomodating 3 adults and 1 child and view was nice. The Deluxe Room was ok but not upto Venetian standard. The Eiffel Tower view experience was awesome and owing to introductory offer, we got this as complementary with upgrade to 35th floor for 20HK $/person only. Day 5 was the city tour, we had some issues with logistics as the tour operator only turned up 2 hrs late. The Macau city tour was not that great as the attractions were not laudable. Macau city and the hotels were a treat to the eye. We could not go for broadway or other shows for want of time. The Galaxy Diamond Show was awesome and treat to the eye. The Parisian Macau hotel is good but the food especially the Indian food options (vegetarian) were almost non-existant which definitely needs improvement. On the contrary Venetian has good Indian food options. The direct connection from Parisian and Venetian was the good part. Even though a good 15 min walk, we were able to experience both the hotels. Overall it was a very memorable trip and thank the Trip factory team (Clinton for all arrangements and Amit for the useful tips). I recommend others to use Tripfactory's services and i will surely want to engage them for my next trip

Overall experience was good. Good property, good food, great hospitality.
Just one concern that when the package said that included everything, at every tourist spot we had to pay for tickets. Even for the entry to Sarangkot for sunrise view we paid the entry fee.
This should be mentioned clearly in the package that the entry fee for every tourist spot covered in the itenary is payable by the tourist.
I am talking about the places mentioned in the itenary. If that is covered by the package cost then why we ended up paying for tickets at every tourist spots covered under itenary? We ended up paying almost Rs.2000 extra.

It was great.. awesome arrangements.. no lag in any thing.. persons Majeed, Mansoor and Sharuk were great.. totally awesome all the places and arrangements..

Though the trip was memorable. We had initial hitches, we received the payment link very late despite constant follow ups after hotel conformations. The property that was confirmed in munnar didn't have a booking for us, after us contacting they informed us that our booking property had changed. But after this incident, everything else fell into place and we had a good experience. The properties were very well picked. The houseboat at Allepey was a thrilling experience. We had a good driver provided to us. I would surely recommend TripFactory to my friends but not the co-ordinator.
