We had booked a vacation to Kerala for 2 couples. One of them being an elderly couple. I must say we had a great experience. Especially with Shabana C, who was our travel expert. She was keen on listening to our requirement and tailored our trip as per our needs.
We had a great experience with our driver Aneesh from Coconut Holidays Cochin who was extremely helpful and always on time.

Overall we are very happy with Tripfactory for the wonderful trip we had, we will surely recommend Tripfactory and Shabana to our friends and family!!

over all trip was excellent .... suganthi had make beautiful efforts for us to giving us such a lovely trip.. specially thanx to suganthi & tripfactory.... Munnar hotel MISTY MOUNTAIN is one of the best hotel which we had... rest all hotel was fantastic except thikkadi hotel RAIN FOREST... RAIN FOREST HOTEL is one of the worst hotel... infact it was not a hotel ...it is lodge... service was so poor... don't suggest to any one for rain forest in thikkadi...

All guides were well mannered and provide all the necessary information about the places we visited.
The breakfast provided in the Hotel was not good.The items were repeated.

I may find odd my so late response, but better later than never. I have been waiting for the dust to be set on my memories from India. They were very powerful, hence the late message. It was all like a fairytale that I have designed and in which someone, being you, helped me in a very unusual way. I was not aware how big an Indian heart is.

I only discovered it in Udaipur, before reaching Mumbai. In Mumbai I understood that finally. Me and my wife are very grateful for all you have done. You have been great all the way.

Goa is the "chef-d'œuvre" that we have lived in India. If it wasn't that far - a 10 hour flight - I would be spending all of my vacations there.
I do not believe I have experienced all of India in my short trip, so I might come back.

However. if you are ever in this part of the world, Europe, Romania, Bucharest, you can be sure you have dear friends waiting.

Once I contacted her, Ms. Leena Kartha has taken lot of interest in organising our trip to Sri Lanka. She took special pains to make our programme a grand success. True to her word, the programme went on very well. We really enjoyed the Srilankan trip and came back to India.

It was a very pleasant and happy stay.. we chose trip factory over other trip providers as have heard that it is good and our experience was also good. The trip to Kochi, Munnar, Alleppey and arithrapilly waterfalls has been well organised. Our driver Prasad was also very decent and Well behaved and had proper knowledge about territory. The hotel I cloud and its staff was helpful and kind enough. Excellent follow-up and well planned by Trip Factory

It was a wonderful Trip to Dubai which I have booked with Trip Factory, everything was well organised and Planned in a very systematic manner and professional.

Mine was a personal Trip of three people which got added with couple of friends along with families totaling to Nine , Trip Coordinator Ms. Mala could accommodate us with the same budget and all the sightseeing was arrange together coordinating with the counterparts in Dubai. this trip was customized to my requirement and with in the same budget.

We reached Dubai on 10.10.2016, we were welcomed with a name card in the airport printed, they dropped us to the hotel and everyday we were picked up on time and they were so organised that we did not worry about.

we didn't have any issues in Dubai pertaining to the plan. we were well treated and we enjoyed a lot....

Trip co coordinator Ms. Mala was so professional and had well organised in her planning and we were provided all the required information and details.

I would definitely recommend Trip Factory for your travel requirements and I am sure I will go back to Trip factory for my next personal visit to any abroad trip.

It was a great and memorable trip. We visited places like Delhi, Agra, Mathura and Jaipur. 7 days and 6 nights
For a family of 3 the price was reasonable which included air tickets, car & hotel. The added value service was the tour guide who guided the tour in Jaipur. Hotels booked where good, but little far from the sight seeing places.
The hotel booked in Agra was very close to Taj Mahal, which helped us to visited Taj Mahal twice.

If the following things where done, it would have helped me and my family to enjoy little more on sight seeing.
The car driver allocated for this tour did not know the places to visit. We had to guide him thru google maps and this was kind of pressure for us to ensure we don't waste time to taking wrong routes. There was a situation when the we entered a no entry road and police stopped us. Anyway the driver managed to get out from this in about 30 to 45 mins, which would not have been a problem if the driver was a native of Delhi. The same goes with other places as well except Jaipur, the driver was changed was whatever reason.

The other major problem was that the my iternary included Mathura, but the drivers iternary did not include Mathura and I had to reach out the Nicholas to settle this matter. Finally this got settled after sometime and we could travel to Mathura.

Anyway leaving the problems aside this trip was memorable one. Thanks to Nicholas for sorting the things out and make the trip a pleasant one.

The trip was very well arranged by trip factory. This was for 5 nights and 6 day stay at different location in Rajasthan. The hotel accommodation and Ground transportation was good. There are couple of feedback for future. The local transportation was changed on day 2 and there was no message from the vendor. However once the cab came, the driver was good and took care of remaining trip. The cab driver told that vendor has arranged services of tourist guide at all the location and we need not pay for it. However all the guides demanded extra amount after providing the services. This should have been informed to customers earlier. Overall a very good arrangement if I overlook these small things.

We were a group of 18 who traveled to Andaman for a week. The trip was well planned by our travel co ordinator Albert. The places where we stayed were good... n the best of all was the pearl park beach resort at Neil Island. Special thanks to the coordinators at Andaman -Majid n Shahrukh at Port Blair, Mansoor at Havelock n Vijay at Neil Island... also Thanks to all the drivers who took us around. They were very polite n friendly.

On the day we reached Port Blair there was a confusion n 6rooms of the 7booked at Shompen hotel were alloted another group n we were left stranded. However trip factory members co ordinated n booked us all in another hotel classic regency which was an average hotel n the next day we were moved to drift wood hotel which was good. I guess this could have been avoided if the rooms were confirmed prior by the team. I guess it was more an issue with the hotel Shompen than the trip factory team as we faced the issue on the last day we were to travel back because 6rooms were confirmed n one wasn't. The manager of hotel is very unfriendly n rude because if which I would give a 1star rating. Food n the rooms were pretty clean though.

This is was our fist time booking online holiday plans. It was very good booking wise and all the expert advice was very helpful.

Pros:
1. The booking was very smooth and quick, not hassles at all.
2. The Hotels booked in Shimla (Kufri Holiday Resort) was very nice, both stay and food was good.
3. Most of the places was covered as part of the itinerary.

Cons:
1. Drive stopped at dhabas/restaurants where he had dealings and contact. He made us skip our lunch too at times as his restaurants were far by. This was the most irritating and disgusting parts of this trip. When we say we don't want this restaurant he said there is not near by restaurants and forced us to eat at his desired place. Driver gets free food if they get customers that's what we understood. Requesting Trip Factory to take care of this in future and for other customers too.
2. Hotel at Manali was changed in the last moment after reaching the hotel. It should have been informed to us much in advance!
3. In order to cover places we had to skip the complimentary breakfast for 2-3 Days again as suggested by the driver. Please change the itinerary accordingly as it was not practical.

The hotels/resorts booked were very good. The only issue in the trip clarity on the itenary. The driver was not so friendly and was very hesitant to go to some places.

Thanks for Helping me in every query i asked to you. Trip was enjoyed at the fullest by my parents and have no complaints of any sort. This was my first time experience with Trip Factory and was good in all respect. No regrets.
