We planned family tour to Kerala for 5N/6D ...
Since I booked complete itinerary (starting from flights , hotels , sightseen , transfer ), It was a very convenient trip .
We spent 2 days in Munnar , 1 Thekkady , 1 Alleppy , 1 Kovalam & Last day sight seen to Trivendrum .
Our driver was nice ,humble and suggested some good Gujarati restaurants ,that made trip an easy going , which otherwise would be nightmare . :) . Hotels were very nice .
Munnar : Cuckmere Holidays (Best lake view . awesome rooms)
Thekkady : Abad Harmonia (In main shopping market)
Alleppy : Deshadan BackWater Resorts (Far from Alleepy , but awesome backwater view & awesome ambience)
Kovalam : Abad green forest (5 mins walk from beach , nice rooms and swimming pool)

PS : TripFactory booked all nice (4 star) hotels & charged very reasonable price for complete package and I would love to go with Tripfactory again for future tour ...

Nishan was great to work with. He is pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He is an asset to any company he would work for in this field. Trip was organised very well, issues were handled professionally and overall highly satisfied. Kudos to Nishan!

I booked this trip for 25th Anniversary of my parents and it came down to be a beautiful n most memorable trip of theirs.

Each and everything recommended by Nishan was great from the place to the accommodation. They stayed at JustA Rajputana resort, Udaipur and the service n stay was worth the cost being charged. Also the cab n other facilities included in the package are worth 5 star rating.

I would highly recommend Trip Factory for well organized, hassle free stay.

It was indeed a very well managed trip. Value for every penny spent. I was provided with endless options while planning my trip. In every step of the trip planning to trip finalizing till my trip ended I was assisted by Shivani. They took care of all our requirements. The stay was amazing. The car provided was in good condition. The driver was very courteous, helpful and skilled. He guided us at every point of the trip. Very pleased with the services of Trip Factory.

We liked Master Paradise in Pushkar very much and Vatika Inn in Udaipur very least. Also Taj Inn in Agra is not that good. I would like to have hotels in outskirt and peaceful areas like Master Paradise. Vehicle was the best but Driver as a person was good but he was overruling our choices and decisions most of the time. I would like to have someone better next time. Rest all experience was good. Thanks.

All arrangements were good. The cab and driver, Mr. Stanly, were excellent. However, the Eravikulam National Park and Kundala lake at Munnar were closed. The park is closed every year in Feb and March for the breeding season of Niligiri Thar. This could have been communicated to us earlier. Also, the Kundala lake is closed for repair work. This also was not informed to us before hand.

Apart from these two, there was nothing else to complain about., All arrangements were as planned..!

I had booked the trip to Kerala for my 1st anniversary. The overall experience was great. However we faced some glitches for our stay in Munnar. The hotel that was initially confirmed by Trip Factory denied our booking confirmation since they were out of rooms. Though initially I was being told that the hotel booking was confirmed in Munnar, when the staff at Trip Factory identified that the confirmation was not in place, they went out of the way to ensure that we get a better hotel in Munnar and it was genuinely good. Thekkady and Alleppy were again amazing experiences with amazing hotels. Only disappointment was Kumarakom. It is not the place for tourists especially for those who have stayed on a houseboat in Allepey. May be Tripfactory staff can recommend another destination instead something like Cherya beach. Also the hotel in Kumarakom "Manor Backwater Resort" was also sad along with its food. There are better hotels in the vicinity.

The best part of the trip was the driver who was assigned to us "Mr. Lal". Very informed driver as well as very helpful and kind.

Overall I would like to rate this trip as a good trip with very good experience.

It was a perfect trip, awesome places and very helpful people especially Mr Avinash @ portblair and Mr Praveen (driver) @ Havelock island. Few of my check list was checked. Good arrangements and flexible schedule and the cabs vr on time.

We had initially planned a trip to kashmir for 5 nights and 6 days. When we landed at Delhi airport, we realised that all flights to Srinagar were canceled. We had to make quick decisions on what next and where next???
After lot of exploration, we decided on two different destinations. Trip factory was very supportive in providing us accommodation and travel at all the places we visited. It was all rapid changes in destinations and yet they accommodated all our requests. Trip factory truly made our trip a memorable one. Thanks to the entire team. Importantly they never left any of our calls unattended. Response was brilliant. We felt taken care.

It was really nice trip for me & my family. The arrangement made for Hotels and transport was really excellent.
The cab coordinator Mr. Marshal is really good personality and the highlight of my trip was the brand new Etios with extreme polite & Nice Person Mr. Biju (I don't want to call him driver). He is a really nice human being. Please extend my sincere thanks to him.

Detailed trip depends on the driver-cum-guide. Many in the list of sight-seeing spots are conditional - like
1) What can be managed to see @ Guwahati is left to the discretion of driver as we are ourselves unaware of temple timings etc.
2) museum @Guwahati closed on 2nd saturday etc.
3) Bihu dance @ United 21 not available.

Ginger Hotel @ Guwahati
- just a budget hotel and location not very convenient . Nothing in the immediate vicinity of hotel. Expected a better one - value for money.
- Door lock not functioning properly. Needed assistance everytime we had to enter the room.
- Service satisfactory

Centre Point @Shillong
- Good. Central location. Food at restaurant quite expensive but otherwise good.
- Service satisfactory

United 21 Grassland @ Kaziranga
- had faulty hot/cold water taps . Had to make do with cold water.
- Breakfast service would start not before 8 or 8.30 which cuts into our programs later.
- Service satisfactory

- Expect quicker response from TF to problems/queries/doubts (specially pre-trip) than the average 36 hours I experienced.

We were looking for quiet get away rather than the regular tour. Suganthi was a great help in putting together the right holiday at Windy Woods Munnar. Very helpful and courteous. During the trip we received calls from Tripfac tory enquiring if we were comfortable. Shows they care.
