The destination itself was well selected but tripfactory made the trip brilliant. Last year I had gone to Singapore and getting everything arranged by myself was very tiring , this time Rajashree and Amit did all the booking for me hassle free and saved me money too :). Ok may be they couldn't save it of me as it was spent on shopping. I will admit , I am not easy to impress but must say TRIPFACTORY did impress me. The way everything was arranged from my airport transfer to Macau and the Macau Venetian suite , Disney world and hotel Hollywood and my 4 nights in HK all well planned and executed.
Yes one feedback is the INDIAN dinner at Kowloon , please skip that but I am sure that tripfactory is already working on that.
I have already recommended 2 of my friends to them and they had a good experience too ... will highly recommend tripfactory for any holiday need

Kerala trip with my family:

We planned for a trip to Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppey house boat in the first week of June. I was searching through different sites and came across tripfactory. The site was very helpful in planning the overall trip with multiple options available, along with real time display of the costs as and when we change/modify the package. Special thanks to Nidhi Malani for helping us plan the trip better. Overall the trip was a memorable one and i would be looking forward for many trips in future through tripfactory.

Pros:

1. Overall planning for the trip, guidance by trip factory members was excellent.

2. The driver, Balan was available at Kochi on time for pickup. The Gentleman very cooperative, safe in driving, guidance during the trip was simply superb.

3. Hotels and house boat provided was good. Rooms were neat and clean. No issues/delays during checkin and checkout at any point.


Cons:

1. Not a Major problem though, but we had to manage communication with the driver as he is not good at communicating in English/Hindi and we are not familiar with Tamil/Malayalam.


Thanks to entire tripfactory team for a joyful and memorable trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Sourav has always been there a call away. I had to change my itinerary,because of health issues, Sourav managed it quite well and adjusted everything possible.

Madam, Driver was well informative and punctual. He drives very safely. Climate was cold and nice. We saw many places as you have mentioned in our package. Houseboat experience was awesome. Hotels were good but north centre hotel was very best as compare to other hotels. They maintain it very neat and clean. Jungle park resort and houseboat stay was also nice. In munnar climate was cold. 7 spring hotel was good for stay and service wise but food was not upto the mark in that hotel. But we enjoyed overall journey and it was memorable.

The overall arrangement for the Trip was good, Timely communication and update even last minute entry was consider and fulfil

There was some Issue with Hotel at Tekkhady as it was far from sightseen which was not know to me, Also houseboat was of 2 start not 3/4 start,

Overall good reply only fail to book the ticket it advance through local vendor which he should have done that for Tekkhady .

Fantastic package offered, good hospitality by hotel kitchen staff and driver for entire trip.
Just now happy about the room given and hotel room staff since the hotel had no room which could comfortably accommodate 3 adults as we had requested a 3 star hotel but discovered a 2 star hotel infact looking at the service and room comforts.
Still overall package was excellent and would recommend others tripfactory and also Sourav Semwal, just take care about the room requests from guests to have a complete 5 star.

It was a fantastic trip to Andaman, all the arrangements were good, there was no problem at all except one small update in AC cab service for Have lock island, which was updated in negotiation & was not communicated to the local vendor. Overall I am satisfied with this.

Nice trip. Personal attention and flexible. Cordial behaviour. We went for a Chandigarh-Shimla-Kullu-Manali trip for 6 days and had a superb experience with trip factory. I upgraded a hotel from 3 star to 4 star at Shimla just 3 days before the trip without any hassle. The driver, Mr Anil Kumar was good and knowledgeable about the various locations.

I have travelled through many other agents and other bigger internet sites, but what differentiates trip factory from other sites is personal attentions. While it is difficult to even speak to a person in the other sites, you get personal calls from tripfactory to smoothen the trip.

All my family's demands were met with utmost cordiality.

trip factory made the Andaman trip truly amazing..i was made comfortable at every instance. from the time of booking till i returned " RAJSHREE PRABHU" brilliantly handles affairs. i would like to give credit to Shahrukh and his team in Andaman for managing it wonderfully. When u travel with three kids u need comfort and i got that. again thanks " RAJSHREE PRABHU" for taking utmost care. there are couple of points though i would like to put forward..
1. I was misinformed that we dont get AC cars in havelock and neil island which was untrue, never give this info as there is AC in every car and they are ready to switch it on.
2. I was also told the buffet rates of meals in havelock and neil would be 1350/- per person though they were quite less. again a misinfo.
Rest the trip was well orchestrated and kudos to Tripfactory team,

This company is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend using them. They were very easy to communicate with and really listened to the experience I wanted to have. All emails and phone calls were always answered within a day, usually less. They had answers to every question I had (and I had A LOT) and were spot on with their answers. We absolutely loved our experience.

Travel the word iam so found of especially when it comes to travelling to my own country- kerala, slightly disgraceful to say being a mallu my visit to my own country was limited due to many personal reason. So now why and how?.. So its my elder son vacation and we had to plan some place to make him happy, after all the exploration on places I landed up with Kerala. And started the next hunt of how and where with family. That’s how I landed with Trip Factory. The Entire Team is very dedicated to their clients.. Leena was my first spoc from this team . Believe me she was handling me very calm and patience and briefing me through the process and she used to give me the comfort feel one looks in when they are wanting to take such package. Any doubts in the literary she used to clarify. And she made sure she does not disturb me when iam busy at my office hours.. So once I decided to go with Trip factory. The process flow is simply superb. So I did my initial payout then I received my complete confirmation from all the hotels and driver updates. Very good at process.
Then the level moved from Leena the Bobby ( Trip Coordinator ) who was helping us with all required updates. Starting from my pick up till my last drop he was able to support us completely.
Our driver ( Anil ) in crime ( hahahah ) a lovely individual, was very friendly and very patience in driving knowing we are with family especially with a little one of age 2 I didn’t have to worry on BABY ON BOARD at all ..so careful and so pleasant in handling us.
