Though the trip didnt fitted our budget, as additional charges were to be paid for the sightseeing options and to the Driver as well.

Tripfactory staff called us at the last minute when we were about to leave for the Airport, informing us that the Car pick up couldnt be arranged for a late night drive wherein we had already paid additional charge for the same, this was not even informed beforehand, however on my insistence they managed to send the airport pick up at midnight.

The sightseeing options weren't enough as two of the sightseeing option was closed due to water rise in the river and could not be completed. We felt the sightseeing options were not covered properly as there were many other options to check out.

The Hotel property is too far from the main city area hence a lot of travelling is involved. The property also doesnt offer you anything in great as such. It becomes very monotonous to spend time in the hotel vicinity. According to us, the hotel is overly priced for such a location and services. The staff there was very helpful and specially the F&B staff, we loved their hospitality. We checked in at the hotel 6 hrs early, still they accommodated us without any extra charge, that was admirable.

However, we enjoyed the trip as we didnt wanted to ruin it for the sake of petty issues.
We want to thank Trip Factory and our travel expert Ms. Sushma R for organizing a wonderful trip to Coorg.

It was an wonderful experience throughout the vacation which we spend in Kerala. I had a good response from trip factory person in all aspects related to trip.

Enjoyed the trip. Rohtang pass in Manali could not be covered though it was in the itinerary.One more day in Manali would have been better. Only local sightseeing was covered. Breakfast, Dinner should have been provided in all hotels. Selection makes confusion and we had to remain hungry at Amritsar. Overall the trip was good .

Only one thing i want to suggest that they should improve meal on houseboat.......

It has been a wonderful trip and we loved the arrangements being made by our TF advisor Amita and Sourav. Our stay at Leh and other places in Ladhakh was very well planned, it was a comfortable journey and cherry on the cake was our driver Bhaiya, the best guide and a very humble person.

Hotels, resort and camp provided to us met our expectations, the staff there was very helpful and specially at Hotel Imperial, we loved their hospitality and would like to share that whatever we required during our travel like hot water bottle and keeping our luggage safe even when we were not checked in at the hotel, was admirable.

Amita/Sourav - This trip was a memorable one, it fitted our budget, calls were answered on time. We look forward to creating more excursions with Trip Factory in future.

Just one thing we all thought about is that, we could have had stay for one more day at Pangong lake while we could cut down on the site seeing as most of the monasteries were almost same and some local points could have been avoided.

The andamans trip arranged by trip factory was well organized. The tour coordinators(Majeed and other guys) were very helpful and the Scuba diving arranged by them was also very good.
There were some issues with Holiday inn hotel which were rectified later on. Overall we enjoyed a lot on this trip. Thanks to trip factory for a wonderful trip.

We travelled to Kashmir using the trip factory and the trip was organised and coordinated by Yasmeen Taj of Trip factory. The trip was very well organised and the hotels selected were also very good. The places selected and the tour coordinator at Kashmir Mr.Mushtaque was very very helpful in taking us to all the places and was well behaved. Overall the experience was very enjoyable and would definitely would like to prefer trip factory for our future travels.

I want to express my appreciation for the wonderful coordination of the tripfactory team throughout my Gangtok-Darjeeling vacation. Everyone including Sameer, Kaushik, Sanjay , Hotel Staff and Cab drivers were incredibly helpful polite courteous and careful to make our experience the most memorable holiday we have ever been on. We have been to Ladakh from 7th June 2016 to 15th June 2016. The arrangement done by Trip Factory Sourav Sir is excellent. We had a pleasant experience throughout the trip. The driver Tashi Bhai and Gurmet Bhai from the local agent Camps of Ladakh is great in helping us. Both took us to all the places and given us the ample time to visit and do the shopping. Hotels and Camps arranged by them are decent and good. Thank you Trip Factory and Sourav Sir for providing us the Memorable Trip.
