First of all let me thank Leena Kartha...Trip advisor ....for answering the silliest quarry made....Leh Ladakh trip with my wife and two kids....from Kochi to delhi- leh..... from 8-09-2016 t0 14-09-2016.
Our Driver + Guide Aashik Husain is gem of a person..... Cool charming guy.... enjoyed his work... No Hurry...on driving wheel....took keen interest to show us double hump camel farm, yak farm, etc which are out of literary....made us feel cool when we were traveling so remotely .... came with us for our small shopping...... took us to have variety of ladakh foods. showed us the land mine area during the India china war....
woke us up early morning 4.30 am to start our trip to panong lake to avoid the traffic block due to ladakh marathon on the way. always before time..... GREAT......Still we remember his words..." Why hurry, take your time... u have come to enjoy the nature.....let the speeding vehicle go".....
LADAKH COLD Desert ...... Most Beautiful place on earth.....only thing is the altitude sickness.......headache .. disturbed sleep....etc.....( It is all due to , we did int took the medicine...only carried oxygen cylinder...).but that wont coverup the beauty of nature......Hats off to the solders working in the extreme climate....tremendous job to support the travelers....
we climbed upto 17500 ft Changla pass.....But avoided Kardungala pass......18400 ft....( May be we shall try next time when kids grow up)...... It is all right if we take pills......First view of panong lake is heart throbbing....Where India has 1/3 of the water share along with China 2/3.......
Magnetic hill....... we really felt the wonder..... only an right guide can show the wonder.... to park the vehicle at the right place so as to see full power of magnetic hill....even our charming aashik proved by keeping his vehicle on revers position.... fantastic...hall of fame.... salute to indian solders... took time to know in depth of all wars....took about 600 Photos of mother nature......had good time in all Buddhist monasteries.....leh palace.......Had an insight of construction of 8 storied buildings... with bunch of sticks wrapped together to form the beam of buildings.. roof.... combination of woods clay and sand stones.....great architecture during the olden days still followed.... Sun too hot due to altitude.. but if under tree ...like in AC...... Nothing much to see in 3 Idiots school.....Make sure u have sun glass.... cold cream...thermal wear...medicine.....etc
Challenging trip in life......nothing to worry .... No tensed situation as in kashmire......
Enjoyed a lot.......Trip factory kept their words.....all as planned.....worth for the money.......

We had selected "Golden Triangle Package". 5 days and 4 nights Trip from Bangalore
1 night in Delhi, 1 night at Agra and 2 nights at Jaipur.

Transports arrangment : Flights from Bangalore to Delhi and Jaipur to Bangalore.
Road transport from Delhi - Jaipur Tempo Traveler (12 Seater) .'

Tempo Driver was from Jaipur and he was not familize with roads on Delhi and Agra.
Any how they have arranged for Guides in Delhi, Jaipur and Agra. So It was OK.

We had a pleasant stay in Agra and Jaipur. The 3 stars Hotel which they have booked were excellent.
The Hotel is Delhi was not as expected. They have mentioned as 3 stars Hotel in Delhi But it appeared to as 1 or 2 star hotel (Not definitely not 3 star Hotel ).

It was Awesome experience and enjoyed the trip. only one draw back is Hotel accommodation(Surya International Manali) in manali was worst, In the iternary its mentioned as 3 star hotel but when we checked in, we felt like this hotel will not sure for 1star rating also. I would recommend not to opt this hotel for future booking.

The overall trip was just great and wonderful, we really had an very good time and memories of this place - Gods Own Country.
We also wish to highlight and Thank the Taxi Driver - Mr. Linse, The Hotels at - Kochi, Hotel at - Thekkady and Alleppy. Only unhappy moment was at Munnar. The rooms were very very SMALL and Breakfast also not much of choice, but the staff were very cooperative and supportive.
We also wish to point out that you have to be more clear in your trip itinerary, the travel team had old hotel details due to which we lost few hours. The Travel team was not aware of Parking / Tolls, which we paid from our pocket earlier and later upon discussion with you, were refunded. The itinerary has to be more elaborate like - Route in KMS / Time will be taken, Maps of the Hotels, a small step toward Restaurants nearby, Activities in and around the places of stay, etc etc.
Over all we wish to thank you all for the wonderful trip and look forward to be associated in future.

Siva was helpful in all means from the date of booking till the end of the trip. He was in contact with me when ever we face any issue. Siva used to solve the issue and help us by providing the right solution by confirming the same. I would like to take another trip plan under siva's advice.

First of all, thank you for bridging the gap between travelers and their favorite destinations. You are making the entire trip booking easier for travelers, which gives them extra time to actually enjoy the trip.

I recently booked a trip of 7D/6N Rajasthan trip with TF, and as suggested by Vijay from TF, it did turn out to be smooth and memorable experience. We had 5 hotels booked in Jaipur, Pushkar, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, and Bikaner, all the selections were very good. Food in the respective hotels was also good. The driver Dara Singh was assigned from start to end of the trip at our service, which was really wonderful, Dara did very safe driving, was flexible, and did help us in guiding for site seeing as well. Weather was little hot in this time, but with AC car we did not get the hit of sun. All in all, it was very comfortable and relaxed trip, weher we could focus on places, site seeing properly, rather than worrying out our bookings and travelling worries.

I am looking forward to book my next trip with TF. Thanks Vijay for planning it well for us and Thanks to TF.

Very good trip to Munnar. Thou there were few hiccups such as Bharat Bandh and heavy traffic, overall it was fun.

We had booked an Innova for 3 days from Bangalore to Wayanad. Great experience. The driver Mr Prakash was totally a cool guy. A real gentleman. Thyagaraj was very prompt in arranging the trip. It was an awesome tip to Kerala and it was wonderful experience with Trip Factory even though it was for the first time for us. The hotels suggested were good except at one place (Kovalam). Vehicle was good and Driver was very nice and co-operative. The overall experience was nice and memorable. However I would like to give few suggestions ;

1. At least before travel there should be call from your back end team, which gives some kind of surety and relax feeling to travelers

2. In between the travel call should be made by back end team to get the feedback of the travelers , so that if any problem faced can be sorted out or rest of tour can be made more easy.

3. Hotels review should be taken immediately after travel so as helpful for the others.

4. Some momento should be provided by Tripfactory as life long memory.

The trip was awesome. The experience we had through out trip was enjoyable and memorable.
The way the cab driver took us to various places was simply appreciable. Enjoyed the trip right from arrival at Kochi airport till our departure at the same venue.
I have already recommended my friends. Great trip and memorable experience. It was just awesome. Its a completely customer satisfaction service and a pleasurable trip.

I and my wife just had a 5N 6D vacation Ex-Mumbai from 24th Aug to 29th Aug in Kerala booked through TripFactory coordinated by Vanita. Overall I must say - very good arrangements by TripFactory. Would like to list down the Good and Bad things:
A) GOOD Things:
1) They committed Swift Desire, but I see Innova at the Kochi airport and I am pleasantly surprised! As one would be mostly travelling in the vehicle, Innova is always better for sight seeing, comfort, luggage access etc.
2) Driver Saji John has been such a nice, polite, punctual, more than helping, making us comfortable always.. If only he improves on his English:-)
3) Hotel Ragamaya Resort & Spa in Munnar where we stayed 2 nights is on a hill and has been an exquisite location, breathtaking view, amazing serenity..We forgot the pains taken to locate the Resort which is about 25 Km away from Munnar..Hotel guys said the road will be completed in about a month time.. Food is ok, not so great..Trident (1N) in Kochi ofcourse is upto its standards, no complaints.. Professional..
4) Go Air - both ways has been on time and convenient timings. Got the confirmation within half an hour of making 25% payment..
5) Sight seeing - Driver and Innova has been with us at our disposal for 6 days and we could plan the sight seeing the way we want (Ofcourse Saji John has been very helpful in the planning) and it has been one of the most memorable vacation we had, seeing beautifully landscaped Tea Gardens, lush green hills & valleys, the water falls, famous Kathakali dance show, karalipayattu traditional kerala martial art fight etc Munnar..Periyar Tiger Reserve forest, boating in the reservoir, jungle jeep safari, elephant safari in cardamom plantation are the memorable ones in Thekkady..Ofcourse beautiful backwaters in Kumarakom..
6) Competetive pricing..
B) BAD things:
1) While paying the balance 75% the very next day, they tried to charge about 2% extra as non-refundable fee even for transfer through Netbanking which I thought is not fair since it was not made very clear to me in the beginning.. However Vanita facilitated waiver subsequently, but it is unnecessary, could have been avoided..
2) 'The World Backwaters' - that is the name of the resort in Kumarakom, totally disappointed.. This is an alternate hotel booked for us in lieu of Coconut Lagoon which seems to have been sold out fully due to a marriage of an MLA (?)..
Smell as soon as you enter into the room, then mosquitoes, dim lighting.. staff tried to do some thing to get rid of mosquitoes ultimately (All Out, floor mounting fan, Hit etc).. Ultimate is breakfast next day - Idli, Dosa, Vada without any chutney whatsoever, only sambhar and we are in South India..unprofessional staff.. what is happening here? Avoid and never ever again book this hotel..
3) The Elephant Court hotel in Thekkady is just average.. shower does not work properly. Informed the guy in the reception while we are going out, but not attend even after we return..

Though I was little skeptical while booking, the trip has been a fantastic one, thanks to the natural beauty offered by God's Own Country which we enjoyed a lot that the BAD things look petty and did not bother us too much..

I picked munnar and thekady for 3N. The booking through tripfactory was hassle free and Jyothi ensured she cleared all my doubts. The hotels suggested and booked were good. Cuckmere in Munnar is recommended. The only issue with the trip was the driver. He was suggesting only places to visit where he could get some commission and became fussy when we refused to visit.

We are so happy for booking our first international trip to Dubai through trip factory. Everything was perfectly organized. All the pick ups and drops from airport and the sight seeing were organized very well. Hotel accommodation was just awesome. We had great time overall.

I wanted to highlight one mishap where our flight to Dubai got cancelled. We came to know about this when we reached airport and we were so disappointed. But the trip factory team rescheduled every thing to later date with out any hassle.
