First of all a big thank you for the Trip Factory team for making it an wonderful experience. Right from planning the itinerary to arranging the stay the assistance was more than expected. Furthermore right from our departure to back our arrival to Bangalore the follows ups were extremely fab. An executive by name Mr. Ashesh Tamang took care of us completely & did a excellent job in making us even more comfortable during our trip. Mr. Ashesh made sure that everything went well as per the schedule & plan. The drivers assigned for our trip too were very comfortable, friendly & informative. The fear of going to an unknown place was fair enough before the start but trip factory team made it so comfortable that they deserve a big applause for it. Over all a nice experience to share with & look forward for more association with the team. I had a trip to Andamans on 6th of July.Kudos to the team ofTrip factory fo all the arrangements and pre plans be it Vehicles/Local Guides or the Local HOtels.I mean they have planned well to keep all this within a tight budget to suit everyones needs.
We throughly enjoyes every bit of it except a few hasseles that i would like the TF team to iron out in future and also for future travellers :-
1.Last Minute cancellation of Flights was done & no intimation was given till the last fortnight.More care has to be taken.
2.As per Trip Iternary,Elephant Beach and Scuba Diving/Sea Walking were planned on the last day but onsite we found they were closed from last 1 month due to inclement weather.TF coordinators didnot inform us & the whole thing was charged to us & we were stranded on the last day to do nothing .This can be avoided by TF coordinators.
Main reason for giving a 3.5/4 star to the trip

Except these the whole trip was very much enjoyable and especially the local coordinators are very well behaved and assistive and know their job well.Ovrall an enjoyable trip and would recommend to all to experience this wonderful trip.

It was a great Experience booking tickets with Tripfactory, enjoyed throughout with timely transfers and no frills arrangements. No issues faced at all.

First of all i would like to thank tripfactory for providing us with a comfortable journey and a good value to our price paid. We booked a Kerela Trip with these guys and it went all well. On the first day there was certain confusion regarding the pick up timings but then they made up for their mistake and the rest tour was lovely. The driver Nawab was an experienced and well behaved person who took care of our comforts during the whole trip. We also visited places which were not included in our itinery. We came back happy and refreshed from a delightful Kerela trip. I would surely recommend these guys and special thanks to Salman Khan the tour coordinator. He has been on his toes with our demands even at midnight.

It was overall a very good experience. A well managed trip, with everything sorted out and pre-planned.
Pros:
1. Timely delivery of E-visa and travel itinerary.
2. Proper sign board at Dubai airport, no time wasted in finding representative.
3. Very courteous tour guide and pilots.
4. Proper hotel booking(Arabian Park) and hassle free check-in without any delays.
5. On time pickup from the hotel for all the activities and even drop as well.
6. On time pickup for airport.
7. Proper coordination with team in India(thanks to rajesh for prompt replies)

Cons:
Nothing to mention.

Suggestion:
1. There can be one person with whatsapp locally on Dubai which can be contacted immediately in time of need.
2. Pickup timings were too early for dhow cruise and airport pickup, so based on the distance from the respective activities, pickup should be decided.

Shiva is a very cool and friendly person with a heavy dose of patience. First of all when I planned for my Andaman and Havelock trip I was very much worried about the budget. It was when I got a call from Shiva. He helped a lot in making many adjustments to the plan according to my budget. Helped me during the payment. He received and answered each and every call of mine with patience and in a very soft and friendly manner. Was never irritated to answer the same things again. He can be the best guide for anyone. After arriving to PortBlair all the things were well planned. The hotel was cool. The arrangement of private car is much appreciated. All the arrangements were planned well by Shakib and Mansoor. After reaching Havelock we enjoyed Scuba diving, snorkeling, the beaches. Loved this place. The return ship journey was a bit challenging due to rough weather. The whole trip went fine. We were happy and satisfied by all the arrangements of trip factory. But finally I wanna suggest one thing, the main plan of my trip was sea walking which was closed due to off season, but this was not informed prior going to Havelock. You have confirmed that sea walking is available. And even elephant beach was closed from one month but it was given in the plan. However we were not much disappointed as other arrangements were made but I suggest it would be better to make the plan only for available places and games so that the travellers won't get disappointed. Finally thanks for making our journey happy without much strain on us

It was a good and memorable trip. Receiving from airport by Trip Factory representative to visit all places in time with proper care. All we are very much satisfied with the system. Anyone can choose the Trip Factory.

Trip was wonderful. Thanks for trip factory for making this trip smooth. Although the hotel in Munnar was not soo 3 star type but still the place was awesome. Overall a wonderful experience. the driver was cooperative, hotel staff were cooperative making it a memorable journey.

Manju has done perfect job in handling in this trip ,starting from day 1. Initially I was afraid of booking via trip-factory, as this was my first time, but after taking to Manju I feel bit comfortable ,and went ahead with all negotiations and trip planning. Not only she was well equipped with sense of professionalism, but also added a personal touch to it by suggesting some better deals on hotels and itinerary.

Trip was pretty awesome except for some glitches in operational side , which if Tripfactory team can work would be great.

The trip was great, enjoyed the holiday with my brothers all the way. The transfers were impeccable and punctual. For us to get home like food in a distant land is a blessing so food given at occasions can't be complained of.

Most of all hats off to Aleem - if possible tripfactory can reward him with a recognition. A huge load of patience shown all through the trip, went many a times off his work schedule to help us have a gala rip. Brilliant display of customer focus and support all through the period. Keep it up.

It was a nice one it was designed as per our request with the shortest time. All hotels were very good. House Boat wes nice one. Except one drawback that on early checkout at 0730 from Hotel Nilkantha at Kovalam & Blooming Paradise At Tgekadi at 0500 hrs they could not manage even coffee in the morning. In both cases we left without any breakfast/coffee.

I have a mixed reviews for tripfactory as a whole. As everything ended well so I am giving it 4 stars.

2. Call backs were late but good part was responses were given and issues were resolved
3. Prices were good compared too other sites

Cons
1. I had an issue with payment , Had to call multiple times. Responses were given for each calls, but issue was resolved late

Its just an awesome trip, well arranged and well guided. Everything was well timed and maintained. The Information giving to us was very helpful and was exactly the same what we get. Rucha, our travel adviser helped a lot by her valuable suggestion and additional information, communication was always ON and well attended.

We had a wonderful trip to simla and kullu manali.Driver Anil Kumar is really great he guided as properly and his driving skill is excellent in the hill area.Tripfactory did a great plan and executed well on our trip only thing is travelling time is very high from chandigarh to simla and manali to simla may be you might have planned another way to reduce the travel time and another thing is in our travel plan you have offered 1 Candle light dinner
1 honeymoon cake
1 flower bed decoration
Almond or Baadam milk once during your stay

but nothing is offered to us it was quite disappointed.

Vivaan sunrise hotel & honeymoon inn ambience and food taste is excellent.especially in vivaan hotel we can able to see the complete view of manali from our room it is really great.

Zaid our trip advisor was very cooperative and helpfull in sending various quotations for different dates and for resolving our queries within TAT. In fact total cost of the trip is very reasonable when compared to other sites/travel agents. Stay/accomodation provided was very good except for few mosquitoes. One suggestion would be to include lunch and meals with extra charge so that we don't waste time in search of good hotels. Overall very happy with the trip .
