Flight
Indigo flights were on time both ways. We could have booked 5.10 PM flight from Ahmedabad to Bangalore instead of 8 PM flight, never the less it did not matter much to us.

Driver
The driver was a fantastic guy Naresh Parihar, his patience and driving skills and timing kept me mesmerized. His knowledge on the journey routes are amazing and he knows when and where to take at what time. Even though the road from Dwaraka to Somnath, around 230 kms was pathetic due to upgrade of the highway (only 30 kms has good road), he drove us to Somnath without much strain and stress.

Hotels
1. VITS - was nice hotel with good vegetarian restaurant and good breakfast, very near proximity to temple and market area, I would rate this as the best in our trip
2. Fern - was nice hotel with good vegetarian restaurant and good breakfast, this would be second best.
3. Le-grand – not happy with this hotel. weird check out time of 9.30 AM, gave us an upgraded room but bathroom was not good. The breakfast was average and had very less options than VITS and Fern. Good location is the only positive aspect.

Co-ordination – the co-ordination from Tripfactory was very good. They helped me to resolve the booking issue at Fern Somnath, due to some small confusion in booking name.

Overall – I would rate my experience 9.5 out of 10 for my trip

To begin with, our travel agent Azra was very helpful and patient with all of our requests for planning our Dubai trip, really amazing service provided by her. The best thing about trip factory is that the package is easily customisable as per our requests. The hotel we stayed in was really good, it had spacious and tidy rooms with various amenities like fridge, microwave etc. The breakfast provided was also really scrumptious. Also the cars provided by them were really spacious and clean and up to the mark. We had a really good experience, and we would definitely refer Trip factory for planning our future trips. Good job!

Hotel - We Stayed In Kuta Neo + Hotel For All 5 nights In BALI Which Was Very Good And Being In Heart if the city and close to one of the Nosiest Night Club Sky Garden Would Appreciate The Hotel Staff to Give us room Away From The Noise Without Asking We Took Only Breakfast in The Package Which was Excellent With Variety Breakfast which was enough for the whole day

Rooms - Neat Clean Well Lit and Equipped With All Supplementary At all time 5star for the Staff There

Bali Tour - Was one Os Our Memorable Experience With ICS And Trip Factory Planning It So well That we Did Get Some Time For Our Own Exploration Of the Beautiful Island ( UBUD , JIMBARAN ) Great Gesture by The Team To Provide Sim Card to save on the Budget Only Sunset Cruise Could Be Excluded Rest All was Perfect And Amazing Places We traveled were North Bali, Nusa Dua ,Ubud, Jimbaran
P.S.- Climate is Hot This Time Around The Year But Worth Visiting Island Guys go For It

Tour Guide / Driver - ANOM from ICS our Tour Guide And Driver Very Sweet Helpful And Co operative Guy Was very Helpful And Kind He Helped Us For Exploring More Of The Real BALI Rather than Just showing Us Only The Touristic Side Was Spot on with his timing Very Punctual

Water Sports - At NUSA DUA was one of the memorable experience for us specially my wife because she is afraid of water i felt they rushed a bit with the activities as I love Water would have been better to add two scuba dives only a suggestion

Another Piece of Advice is that if you guys could provide the finalized itenary at least week before the travel so the travelers can plan their exploration at any place

Must See places in Bali Rice Terrace And A tour Of the Ubud City Needs To Be Added In the Schedule

Wonderfully planned Phuket, Thailand 5 nights holiday by Trip Factory - Very conveniently located great Horizon Patong Beach Resort & Spa with lovely breakfast and other facilities.
Timely pick up and drop off at Phuket airport.
3 very plasant excursions: Full day Phi Phi Island tour by a big air conditioned 4 level fast boat, tasty veg & non-veg lunch at Phi Phi Hotel. There was also a free snorkeling trip by another boat from Phi Phi Island for about 40 minutes, many young people went. We were on the island for about 3 hours.

Half day Phuket city tour of 5 main places.

Full day tour of James Bond including separate canoeing trip for half an hour (those who wanted) and then to James Bond Island. Last was lovely veg. and non- veg lunch at a different place built on stilts about 15 min. by long boat. All the 3 long boat trips were very enjoyable with exciting scenery.

We were not pleased with the timing of the flights by GoAir: Mumbai to Phuket departing at 01.30 in the early morning and return flight from Phuket to Mumbai at 08.30 in the morning, leave hotel at 04.30 in the morning. We live in Goa, so we had to additionally travel Goa - Mumbai - Goa.

It was an amazing trip with my family. Thanks to Trip factory and specially Meenakshi in helping me plan this trip. Be it choosing the hotel for stay or restaurants for food or even the places to visit, Meenakshi was very knowledgeable and helpful! Also want to extend my thanks to Mr. Nathan who not only helped us for local transfers but also guided us with right places to visit.

A constant guide and hassle free trip.

Over all my vacation was well coordinated apart from few glitches like my one of the stay was at Bel Aire hotel which was on very cheap area and it doesn't seems to be even 1star hotel, I don't even recommend this hotel for bachelor's also, except this all my stay and travel was very well would get back to TF again for my future plans.

I suggest to extend the time duration that is going to spend in global village.

In addition to this, would also like to suggest to give prior notice or some asterisk mark point in itenary to carry swimming costume for aquaventure water park Or people can buy there , starting from X amount.

The holiday was nicely planned by trip factory the coordinators were good i can't imagine to cover all those locations on a given price by my own.

But i am not satisfied as the tour was missed on following aspects
1) Sitapur beach didn't happened
2) city tour didn't happened
3) howrah bridge didn't happened
4) instead of deluxe seats in green ocean i was provided economy seats

Trip was good everything was well timed & maintained, there was some confusion for the flight so I was in the mood to rate it 4.
But I am giving 5 because of efforts made by the Tripfactory team to bring my phone back to India, which I forgot in taxi at Krabi.

Everything from tripfactory support was wonderful.
But the local travel agency need to be selected who are little more serious about their work.
1. First day even the driver came late the complete itenary wasnt followed, skipped some of the places.
2. 2nd day should have planned for full day trip but only half day was planned. We could see only batu caves - roya selongor pewter & batik maiking was skipped. Instead they shiwed a local shop where one or 2 pewter were kept. When complained they said they will take us to royal selongor pewter while on way to genting but said they will be taking again to same local shop.

It was a great experience travelling to Andaman and Nicobar islands. Services were excellent. Thanks to Rahul and Simha for their coordination. Overall we are very happy.

All the bookings were genuine and Hassel free. The telegram support was good. The only part where it took longer than expected was visa part. Remaining everything was as per my expectations.
