Overall A great trip. Well Planned, well manage itinery. Except the hotel Gloww inn. we have experienced theft incidence from housekeeping. though we complain about it. hotel management ask us to call police. we don't want to mess with the local police. so avoided to go to police. Hotel ambience was also good. thanks trip factory for memorable trip.

We had been to Singapore and phuket, we had a great time with trip factory all the hotels and other things were well organized by the trip factory and i am very well satisfied with the trip factory. The assistance by the trip factory in telegram while in traveling is very well and they immediately replay to our any query. But, i am Upset with one thing is that James Bond Island where we were given only 40 minutes to spend in the island and the food provided (veg) was not up-to the mark. i personally suggest people to not to take James bond island other than that please have a city tour with patong beach with sports activities but don't miss phi phi island and don't miss traveling with trip factory. My next travel is with trip factory. Thank you trip factory and Miss Aneesha Chakraborty for assisting very well through out the travel.

Pro:

1. Direct whats app/on call discussion with executive was helpful. Easy communication is key to success. TY !!
2. All required Visa, Vouchers are provided without any inconvenience.
3. All facilities are provided and communicated properly via telegram.
4. Hotel experience was quite good and staff was co-operated. Nice facilities.

Cons:

1. Discussion about price of deal was a bit shaking and fragile.
2. Driver did not work as guide as discussed verbally, Guide could make experience definitely better everywhere.
3. Sharing cab was provided while drop at airport while individual cab was committed. So, start for airport at 8 AM for 1 PM flight.

Cons are not really cons but a part of suggestions which could make it more superior.

Altogether, I really liked the trip and would like to THANK YOU to Trip Factory for making it so.

We family of four did Dubai tour. Mr. Many Ravath, we were adviser and did an excellent job and organising the tour. Most of the arrangements were good
But Telegram didn't work for us. Each time we had to post then we used to get promt response. First day was bit tight, because we were just checking into hotel, the driver came to pickup for desert Safari. We couldn't have our lunch. Time we were given earlier was 2:30, but the driver landed tat 1:30 and started hurrying us. Nevertheless trip factory , your are good compared to other estabilsed players like Thomas cook, SOTC , COx and king, both in cost and clarity.

It was really a great experience for me and my mother.
nicely plan a trip for us with the best hotel and car service with a helpful driver who was with us full journey.
after reading mix reviews about trip factory i was very worried to go with it but it was a nice experience for us,
so don't get confused at all with all these bad reviews and go for trip factory tension free ....

Had a wonderful time in Dubai with a excellent support from Trip Factory Telegram support team. I am surely going to book my next trip with Trip Factory again :)

Sourav offer a good support and good package overall with little ups and down due to change in drop location at Dubai but not an big issue.

Received warm welcome and round the clock support from Clinton in Dubai. Pass my special Thanks to him.
Also Mohammad Khalid was excellent entertainer and helpful in Dessert Safari. He made our Safari more adventure and exciting.

Overall a good experience, few improvements could be done:
1. TripFactory could have ensured that, they wake up customers an hour before, by informing the respective hotel, as we missed our James Bond Island tour on Day 2..
2. TripFactory could improve by asking the customer at first level before booking, the respective meal preferences like veg, non-veg or eggs+veg.. And let this be applied to overall trip’s food selection as well including airline, as in our flight from Karbi to Bangkok we did not have our breakfast in flight but we had to manage with fruits which were served instead of breakfast, which was, to an extent, compensatory..
3. I was shared a mail on probable places to visit at respective locations, one bigger improvement would be to suggest some “Indian Affordable Restaurants” for having food in the nearby locality to our hotel (let this one be linked to a google search or any other database, than creating a database on your own) as this would be of immense help to all tourists..

The entire trip was well organised, the hotel options provided were good and was located in the prime area as a tourist would prefer to. Overall program was great and would definitely recommend my friends to use Trip Factory for international destinations. Their online support team was also of great help.

We wanted to celebrate 25 years of friendship and the trip was made more memorable with hassle free itinerary and logistics. Kudos to the entire team.

It was good. But in one place called Gulmarg, we were asked to take another vehicle and had to pay about ₹1500 extra for that vehicle. The same was not told. It is good if the same is refunded. Well organised, apart from this

Planned a quick n short escapade to Bali, for the Valentine's Day and gave TripFactory a shot for planning the same. And man, they did a good job !! The trip was planned, explained and all the bookings were done immaculately. We weighed our various options and Natesh (our TripFactory guy) was patient enough to explain, clarify n suggest the best of the lot. The response were quick, the bookings were flawless and the service was very good. Loved Bali !! The food.. the people.. the place !! Would love to go back soon.. and with TripFactory too !! Our experience with trip factory was a wonderful one. We enjoyed every bit of my journey. Kashmir is a beautiful place and a must visit for everyone atleast once. Had amazing hotel rooms and service provided was up to the mark. Our guide cum driver Riyaz Mir made our journey comfortable and fun and supported us in all manner.
