Overall experience is good, all Hotels are best, except driver is not guide in Gul marg , in pahalgam due to driver we got all sightseeing services costly & Houseboat person give
attention towards only foreigner , Not towards indian people,

The Hong Kong trip was amazing, planned well by Meenakshi @ Trip Factory. Everything went well and the Freedom travel agent was on time on every day and was there without fail. The only disappointment is on the facilities at Harbour Plaza hotel. Otherwise, it was a picture perfect holiday! Thanks TripFactory.

Flights, hotels and tour arrangements in Hong Kong could not have been better. I would not reccomend the Singapore tour operator to anyone. Several hours were wasted waiting for our pick up. We saw very little on the city tour. In fact he picked up 8 of us.3 had tickets for the giant wheel. He drove us all there and told those who didn't have tickets to wait 45 minutes, or buy tickets from him and rather than waste time we bought tickets and went on the wheel.

This was my first Family trip through trip Factory after having all the options from other well known tour planners,

It looked as risk at first but still I decided to go with Trip Factroy due to confidence that I gain while talking with Mr.Prajwal and other online reviews . He is very polite and open to all options as required while discussion. The costing given to me was also comparatively less.

About the Trip , It was well organised as per Itinerary. Well communicated by team trip factory to ensure that I receive timely updates about my sightseeing pick up and drop plans through Telegram app. Overall happy with it.

Hotel Al Manar Grand Apartment at Burr Dubai was very excellent in terms of room sizes / Cleaning / Breakfast / hospitality etc. We enjoyed our stay here.

Only thing in mind we should have been given option for Dhow Cruise Dinner at Marina Creek instead of old Dubai Creek . That's only a small miss but REST ALL WAS UP TO MARK.

Nice Hotel wood berry at Gangtkok . Reception guy , Security guy are very good. Dinner and Breakfast was very nice. Team at restaurant very good . Miss Nalima and her team very cooperative and prepared food for my kid.
Hotel at Darjiling i.e. Villa everest is good but dinner should be serverd upto 10 pm. They are taking order upto 7:30 pm

As soon as we arrive we have a driver to attend us his name was Arya and he gave a local SIM card and that was very helpful. I like the driver knowledge and English was also good.
Then we stay and The Rani Hotel and Spa that was is Kuta and that is the main town and happening place and nice Indian restaurants so that was good.

We stay there for 3 days and then we stay at Ubed Heaven Sayan hotel, hotel was good kind of villas but service was not good, breakfast you can order few item only you have to pay for others, also very slow and not happening . Staying at Ubed and this hotel was not good.

The Tours arranged by trip factory was just a normal city tour and temples and a volcano. The main thing was Nusa Panedia that was not told by tour agent and it was completely missed so the tour guide did not tell on main attractions and we have to find ourselves.

So if you are going for first time do research and plan accordingly, if you depend on tour guide they will not tell you right things or miss it.

Nice arrangements by TripFactory starting from Airport pick up on 1st day till last day of the Trip. We got a nice driver who has helped us to take to all places and it was well guided. Stayed in a well maintained Resort ( Rivulet ) in Munnar.

Just back from a wonderful trip in Andaman.This was my First Trip with trip factory and it is Fun-filled as expected. Mr SRIDHAR who was our trip
advisor accommodated all our requirements in the itenary very well. I must appreciate him for his politeness and patience.
Only thing is need to double check Room Bookings(standard,luxury,super luxury) in the itenary carefully before payment.
As i trusted trip factory and didn't check the room type in the itenary they provided 1st day luxury and last day standard room in same hotel
as per itenary, When I ask them to change the room they were asking for additional cost where i was displeased.
Other than that Everything is Excellent.
They have fulfilled all the promises they have specified in the itenary .Over all trip was very awesome
