Lovely experience with trip factory.

It was awesome.

Just back from a wonderful trip in Dubai.This was my second Trip with trip factory and it Fun-filled as expected. Mr Prajwal who was our trip
advisor accommodated all our requirements in
the itenary very well. I must appreciate him for
his politeness and patience. Mr Prajwal was in contact when in need and he was able to respond to all our queries. To add on all the
destinations were covered as promised and we had a great time there. Only feed back from our side would be to improve the quality of Desert
safari activity.We were hinted of the
quality of the food, however the organization in the desert safari (Camel ride, attire,seating
arrangement,Buffet service )was pathetic.
Over all trip was very awesome

Trip Factory Itinerary was good and they stuck to the commitment , except some confusion at Neil Island -Day 2; where I had to ping the team to re check with local ordinator . day 2 Mr. Vijay was initially on non cooperative mode and later on Day 3 he was fine. except that all arrangements were good . Day2 Hotel Amulya 's Breakfast was totally trash Not at all upto the mark and very limited choice please take a call. For vegetarians , veg kitchen are many but Trip factory didnt had any idea to suggest during booking process. So kindly have a database of the same so that Jain's and Strict veggie; families have information about the same. Even at Day 3 & 4 at Haveock TF could have booked any beach resort and as such both types are resorts are plenty and available on the opp. sides of the road. In fact Beach resorts had sufficient vacant rooms too; I did checked there. Rest all fine .

It was such a wonderful trip right from the start till the end of my journey ...
Guide was always on time and the hotel was as booked as per our itinerary...
Nothing was done beyond or what was said....

At the beginning we had good communication contact with trip factory and we had smooth process of our Visa. Later throughout over tour Trip factory crew maintained almost perfect timing with error 5 min. We also had good communication with crew.

I booked Bangkok Pattaya Trip for tripfactory.From package to customer support every thing was great.Daily proper updates for do's and don't.
Hotel ,travel bus and spots to cover were same and very punctual.
Hope to plan more trips from tripFactory soon.

Areas of improvement :- Pick up from the airport could be fast and much smoother, Dubai city tour will be much better if organised in a Private Vehicle.

I recommend Trip Factory for Dubai trip as i had a very good experience.

Services are good. Lot of coordination. Hotel stay was good, On time pick up and drop. All things taken care by you which is really good.

we have been to MALDIVES, Trip was perfectly arranged and Sun island Property was Worth to visit.

Overall Trip was excellent !! Kishore and Telegram supoort was helped a lot. Only thing the VISA taking in Bangkok was hectic .. They could have told us earlier about this. We paid extra 300THB for each to get Thai VISA. But the Hotel and Commuters and arrangement was really awesome.

The trip was really great. The hotel was perfect, we loved the food and the driver was very polite. It was really a memorable trip. Thanks for the arrangement.

Overall the trip was very nice. I could have give 5 stars but reason for 4 stars are
1. My sightseeing trip timing was changed, but I didn't get intimated. After waiting for 45 minutes that I come to know the timing was revised, please intimate in advance if any sightseeing timing was changed
2. some issue in my hotel booking, it seems my room was confirm to cancel by staff wrongly. There also I waited 1 hour and sorted the issue by trip Factory team

This is my second travel put togather by Tripfactory. I must say the overall experience was fantastic. Right from choosing the hotel, sight seeing tickets, swiss travel pass, visa formalities, etc. I would like to share a note of appreciation to my travel advisor Vidya, who did a fantastic job in making sure our trip would become a memorable one.

I was a little sceptical about the whole experience being with Trip Factory given this was the first time I was booking a family vacation abroad, and there were few reviews that criticized the company on efficiency. Never the less, I went with the company and was not disappointed. The holiday was extremely well thought of and very well organized. We were able to tailor make the specific things that we needed on the vacation which enhanced the entire experience. Annesha, my dedicated travel expert was in touch constantly and made sure all aspects of the trip were taken care of. I would recommend trip factory and also use the services in the future. There were a couple of shortcomings due to which I am taking off a star, but those were WRT lack of complete information about the aspects involved and not due to poor planning, like the hotel and the flight, which I would have changed if I had complete information about the services offered. Never the less, good value for money and the pros outweigh the cons...I would say go for it for a great in budget vacation experience!

Well planned!! The city tour could have been better as the guide just took to commercial places for buying things than just showing the place around.
