Trip to bali was good but air aisa fight made us to freak... Our guide in bali was totally humble and very nice to us... Trip factory can improve as they made us everything a last minute job.... Overall experience was good and we enjoyed a lot thank you trip factory

Trip was very good.
Whatever was there in the itenary sight seeing destination travel was fully covered,

However few were not there ...
Tiger Kingdom in Phuket was not there , I had to plan it separately which also was important sight seeing for visitors.
However more places can be covered .. and it should include those. like in Bangkok Ocean sea world was not there in iternary, which I believe was the most important sight seeing place in Bangkok but when I went there other tourist had those covered , and I had to pay extra for that. so I guess it should be in sync.

It was good experience . Hotels provided by trip factory no less than 5 star with absolute best quality rooms.
i am very happy for this and will recommend this everyone.

Good experience

Just finished my maldives trip and I must said It was wonderful trip which is organised by Apeksha.
From planning to my date of departure she was very prompt and always there to answer my every query.
Initially we planned Sri lanka and Maldives together, but due to tragic event at Sri Lanka we asked to cancel our Sri lanka tirp and luckly Trip factory arranged our full refund which is really appreciatable.
So hope in near future if I plan any trip I will really consider Trip factory.

The trip organized by trip factory was excellent .Perfect itinerary made by them providing ample time for other leisure activities ..Perfect coordination on telegram channel and all your queries gets addressed on this channel ..One day in advance they intimate about the next day schedule ..Though slight delay in pick up but that is understandable since the driver picks other guests also on route. .The trip factory made it a memorable trip for me .And we look forward to planning soon our next trip with them and would recommend my friends ,dear and near ones to go with them.Keep up the good show..

Tour was very well coordinated, no dilemma or hip hops during the tours. The telegram app is really very useful to get timely reminders about the upcoming trips .

Well organized inspite of one or two flaws. Very cooperative staff. Team Tripfactory support was very good through out the trip.went to Singapore n Malaysia. Our all very nice trip.

Well organised trip.
Could have been better planned with outbound flight leaving India around midnight and return flight leaving Thailand late evening/night for effective utilisation of daytime in Thailand.

Phi Phi island trip shall be half day tour as most of time was wasted by marketing talk (regarding Big Boat upgrade to Silver/ Gold class) at Phuket port. We were left with 2 hours only in island. (Understand that we need 3 hrs time for visiting National park). There was no proper guidance regarding National Park visit. Extra THB 30 per head (Phuket Port charges) and THB 20 per head (for Phi Phi island entry fee) were collected, which was not indicated by Trip Factory.
Both hotels at Bangkok (but for location) and Phuket were excellent.
Pattaya hotel (including location) should have been better.

Third day of our tour, at Pattaya hotel we waited for 45 minutes for pickup at hotel.
Meals vouchers should have been arranged (as being done by other tour organisers).

It was good, good coordination with driver nice behavior clean vehicle for pickup and transfer nice interaction with team tour operators always connected in telegram app.for Bali trip it requires more money since it's value his less. Other than it was great trip organize.

Really one of the best experience with trip factory. They are prompt with responses. And every arrangement was appropriate. Hats off to you guys. You guys made my trip memorable.

The overall trip of Bali was good. Everything went as per plan - flight, hotel, local pickup, local sightseeing, airport transfers. The overall experience from booking until the tour end was very good. They are very responsive and that is the best part about Trip Factory. I would recommend Trip Factory for other co-passengers looking out for a Bali trip.

Got connected to Tripfactory just by chance and after a super duper trip to Singapore recently on 1st April 2019 ,I think it was the best thing.
Very smooth and well curated trip it was and will be in our memory for ever.
Thank you Zaid for being there and answering all our queries with patience and resolving matters sincerely ( though matter were not much) as every thing was well planned ,from day 1st to last 5th day.
Flights booked were awesome ( Airbus!!!), hotel was neat and clean and quick in their service , transport facility up to date ,no complaints !
Planning a second trip now to a new destination with them.

Expecting the same service and same zest for the new one .

Singapore

The hotel was very good. Neat and clean. All the staffs were very helpful and it was a great experience in Singapore. All the pick ups and drops were on time. Breakfast was good.
Suggestion - Please try to keep more Indian Food like paratha, chapathi as idli was not good.

As you had assured for early check-ins, hotel guys denied it even though rooms were available. Please try to work on this , or do not give assurance for early check-ins. We had to wait for almost 4-5 hrs in the lobby.

Bali

I have a lot to write about the hotel Quest Tuban, Kuta.
First is the location .
Its in a very busy place, in and around mosque.As we walk down the streets to this hotel, lot of non veg hotels on the streets and the smell is too bad. Very dirty place.

Second is about the Food
Pls insist the hotel staff to prepare some Indian Food for breakfast. As the Indian Restaurants are very far from this hotel.
We had to have only Bread and butter and some fruits. No Vegetarian food. Not even veg Fried rice or veg noodles.

Third is about the room.
Shower was not working properly in the room. The room was very old i feel. It was not upto the mark for a 3-star hotel.

The Staffs were very kind and helpful. The tour guide/ driver Zuang Wah was excellent from ICS Group. He guided us and explained us everything about the place, culture . Zuang Wah was phenomenally well.

My personal advice is please do not suggest the Quest Hotel Tuban,Kuta to Indians.

Overall it was a good experience with trip factory and the support team also helped a lot via telegram. Thanks again for your service.

To start with , big Thanks to the team of Trip Factory for ensuring and aligning the travel at Andaman.

Overall , it was Good experience... we were given what was promised to us( although there was little hiccups).

Things were aligned and in tact , only word of suggestion is to make minimum field coordinators as remembering current coordinator becomes difficult when you are at travel , new to place and doesn't know much.

It would have been 5 if breakfast was good and fountain of wealth was included,fountain of wealth was completely skipped rather Merlion statue which was closed there we were asked to spend an hour completely..
Otherwise it was nicely organised and telegram was very useful.
Also , in SIC i was told 2-3 families will be there but it was a big bus.

Overall a very good experience.... hotels and hotel locations were good.... close to popular eating places with Indian food.....all transfers and sightseeing seeing excellent..... except in Bangkok wherein the agent forgot to send a private pickup for airport drop, however the support team got in action and arranged another car..... what is commendable is the support team is always there 24x7....... Last but very important was Shruti our trip advisor created the perfect plan considering my family profile....all the best

Overall, everything was good.
You just need to improve your telegram service because of some guys doesn't respond at the same time.
