It was a very refreshing trip to Maldives. The perfect getaway for an ideal vacation for couple travellers and honeymooners. The weather was great. A big thanks to trip factory for managing all bookings and being there throughout the trip. There was a lot of negotiation as well, but at the end trip factory gave us the best deal and we are happy to have chosen to book via you guys. I will surely recommend people to book holidays via trip factory. My next one is surely to be booked through you guys :)

Overall experience of the trip was good. Bookings and other arrangements during the trip was also good. Dinner arrangement at Marina Cruise and Desert Safari was below expectations. The taste of the food was so bad that we had to go out for dinner on both the days. If possible this should be improved. Falak (Trip Factory) and Royal Arabian folks were quite good and they helped us during the entire trip, right from scratch till end of the trip.

The local travel pallner at Bali Practo have arranged everything very professionally, and the the local guide have taken good care of all the things.

Trip to Dubai was a gift to my parents and they really enjoyed it.
To start with the tour description, let me start with the booking phase. Miss Shruthi had been really helpful and was really dedicated to make changes as per my requirements. She was also well aware about Dubai and hence, was able to make quality suggestions for the trip. So 5 out of 5 rating for her. The trip portal was self descriptive and i could check the booking progress as per my convenience.
The trip was well planned and all deliverables stated in the brochure were provided true to the word.
But, there were few hiccups too. My parents are not tech savvy so the communication between them and tour operators was little patchy and somehow my parents missed the transfer back to airport. So it would be really great if Tripfactory could sensitise the on-field operators in these special cases.
Nevertheless, the trip was really great and i would really like to plan my future travels with Tripfactory. Kudos!

The trip was great and well arranged from start to end.

My trip to Singapore with trip factory was a fantastic experience. Mrs Julie and Mr Kiran from trip factory were the co ordinators for the trip. Everything was very well arranged and trip seemed to be flawless. All went as per the itenary and cab pickups were on time without any delay. I would recommend trip factory to anyone who wants yo travel abroad or in India too. They do a great job :) Thanks team again.

Very Pleasant experience, great arrangements. All our requirements were accommodate on time & were exact on our expectations. We had came up with an additional day plan in between our trip and it was appreciable arranged within an hour. Best is the prompt reply from them throughout the trip.

Our trip was an awesome experience. Hotels, coordinators and hospitality was great. Trip factory representatives were very helpful and kind in booking our tour. Kudos to Yasmeen and her team for helping us make this trip a memorable one.

Overall the trip was good but had some challenges
1. The Hotel GB oceania which was not good but i was informed that the hotel was good and had good services.
The breakfast given by hotel (packed) was of very less quantity and bad taste, didn't think of the guest
AC was not working in the room and ice was falling from the AC vent
Toiletries were not good. Shampoo was of bad quality, no slippers and no body lotion
2. In Havelock, The stay was for 2 days, on first day when we reached, it was about to cover Radhanagar beach and
another day was for Kala Pathar beach and 4th day was for elephant island
Here, on 4 day the return makruzz was at 11:45 AM before which we had to cover Elephant Island as per schedule
which is not at all possible. Elephant island needs atleast half of the day. Bad planning by the agent. Kalapathar
beach requires only 2 hours which can be done in the morning as it is mainly for photoghraphy.
Ultimately :: Poor Planning
3. There was strike in Havelock of the another day of reaching. Radhanagar beach and kalapathar beach which were actually covered on the same day of reaching could have been postponed to another day covering Elephant Island on that day since elephant island was not working on the day of strike. The local company Dream Journey said they had already informed tripfactory about the strike but TF denied that. Strike was preplanned 15 days before. Our schedule could have been arranged according to the strike, We missed the elephant island.
Overall : Arrangements from TF and Dream Journey were good but there was poor planning.

The place is really good, Must visit, Cheapest cost of the travel with TF. Must visit.

This was the first experience with Trip Factory, upon suggestion from my friend.
Overall very good service, all the queries were handled in very professional manner by trip coordinator Taha Khanum.
All the arrangements were as per plan, and complete trip was well organized, up to our satisfaction.
Will definitely recommend to friends & relatives, & surely Trip factory will be my first preference for my future trips.

An amazing experience and the service rendered by the local suppliers were excellent. Rooms were all well maintained, cab transfers and feri tickets were accommodated in timely manner. Much appreciation to Deepak and his team for coordinating with us all the time.

Just wanted to inform you all that I reached back safe after an amazing trip. I had 2 awesome days.. 😊
Starting from the flight - Malindo was very comfortable and both my onward and Return journeys were on time as planned..
It was a very short notice that I gave Prisca but still she managed to arrange everything so perfectly for the limited time I had.
The airport pickup was already ready right on time waiting for me with a sign board and they managed to get me an early checkin to the hotel by 12pm.
The hotel was good except that the hotel doesn’t provide wifi. The only thing I would suggest is hereafter to provide hotels in Chenang near the beach or shopping places. This hotel did not have an in room dining menu. Also it was 1 km from airport and there were no good restaurants nearby to have lunch. I ended up paying RM30 for an Arabian Rice which was quite too much.
The first day - Sunset Cruise was great. Watching the sun set right in front of you with light music and dinner was very peaceful. It was totally worth it enjoying a barbecue dinner in the middle of the sea and which ended with a DJ.
After that, I asked the driver to take me to the nearby Chenang Night Market which was close to the cruise area. I spent around 3 hours there and did some shopping and tried street foods. Later around 12 the shops close and I booked a cab and came back to hotel. The place was actually crowded and it was all safe to roam in the night and take a cab.
The next day breakfast was good in the hotel and then I was dropped in the beach for island hopping. I never expected a private boat to be booked for me. Even if I would have gone myself, I would have never booked it. But it turned out to be the best thing in the trip. I was the only person in the speed boat for 4 hours which usually takes 10-12 ppl. The person explained me and halted in places whenever I wanted in the middle of the sea. No crowd, the feel of the wind in the middle of the sea was too good. We had heavy winds that day, so the waves were big. It was too much of an adventure ride when the wind was blowing too heavy. This ride gave me a quality personal time with nature watching the eagles with the cool breeze around.
After this, I asked the driver to drop me back in Chenang, where I tried some rejuvenating spa which is quite famous here and had a relaxing lunch. I was then picked up after 2 hours and dropped safe in the airport.
The drivers throughout was very courteous and genuinely guided me throughout the trip. I felt really safe all along the trip.
I fell in love with Langkawi. I heard sky bridge and Mangrove Island trip is great there but couldn’t cover due to time constraints. It was one perfect destination to begin with and would certainly want to visit it again one more time and cover the missed ones..
These guys created a whatsapp group and was in touch with me the entire trip.. They also called each day to ensure if everything was okay.. Kudos to the team!! I would surely recommend TripFactory to everyone..

This was my Ist trip with Tripfactory. Must admit, I was a bit nervous about the service delivery, however I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of the tour managers. Special thanks to Fouzia our travel expert from Trip factory. We went for a family vacation to Dubai on a customised 4N/5D tour in end of Jan, 2018. Tickets, visa were processed smoothly. Payment gateways of the site were nice. All the escorted tours like marina dhow cruise, Burj khalifa 124th floor, desert safari etc happened as per schedule. No surprises as such. SIC transfers to hotel and airport were timely and in good & spacious transport. Local tour operators in Dubai were mainly Indians or Pakistanis, so communication was easy. Hotel was decent, buffet spread ok. Areas of improvement
1. Desert safari - Dune bashing should be started earlier, we wasted almost an hour doing nothing as none of us were interested in quad biking. By the time we finished dine bashing, it was sunset and other activities like camel ride etc could not be done as the program had started for BBQ dinner. Also, many tour operators had dedicated desks or support staff during the program to help guests, ours didn't have. Also this venue was so overcrowded, there was almost stampede when snacks and dinner were served.
2. Local operator contact person should debrief on arrival at hotel. Sometimes direct communication helps (the WA group created was almost non functional)

Seat in coaches should have been more comfortable.
