We were met at the airport at the appointed time. The driver was punctual drove responsibly and knew the routes well . The hotel in Udaipur was clean and barring extra bed arrangements we had a pleasant stay . The breakfast was also good. The Jodhpur hotels were spacious and staff friendly. Both hotels are ideal for tourists who spend less time on the room as they don’t have great view or balcony or places to lounge. But they are clean and comfortable to spend the night and move on to sightseeing. Jodhpur hotel is strictly vegetarian no eggs too which was fine for us but you can specify for other guests

Drinking Water provided in hotel was not sufficient to meet requirment.

Prakash yad is young dynamic and well experienced travel expart, 💯%value for money ,ihave recommend to my friends and family membars.

Hotel in Jaisalmer was a let down. It is was not even 2 star hotel. This has pulled down the rating from 5 to 4.5. Driver and car were excellent. Services in Bikaner hotel was poor. Room was not ready, we had to ask for coffee and tea bags, water etc. got it after follow up.

Suggestions - most hotels were away from city. Hence shopping was difficult. If you could arrange was hotels within city, it would be good.

Our trip to dubai was very good. Travel stay n also the city tour was very comfortable.

My trip started with a hiccup but got better with time. Thanks Fouzia and Imad for the continous support and assistance to ensure a smooth trip. The fact that you'll dealt with the hiccup quite efficiently is commendable

A small suggesstion: please get the hotel bookings confirmed a week prior to the customer's departure to avoid the issue that i faced.

Trip was good. My return flight was delayed for 7hrs i dnt receive prior notice from both agent and flight authority. It would have been better if i had received prior notice. Except above issue everything waz well organized.

Tripfactory does a very good job in planning my whole trip to Singapore.
Since they assign a representative for each trip booked it would be easy to directly contact the person and get the things resolved.
I had an issue with one of my tickets at Sentosa and upon raising the concern they resolved the issue very soon and made my day.
Even the hotel that was provided to me was very good, and the local(Singapore) agents who came for pick up and drops were also on time most of the times.
But tripfactory can link up with some more hotels and provide more options to its customers.
Over all its definitely a 5 star.

Overall, the trip was fantastic and could manage the whole itinerary as planned. I did get the whole package at a good deal which encourages me to recommend this company to others and for my next trip. Special thanks to Falak for being there for every query we had and helped eliminate all the anxiety we had.

I would suggest as a room for improvement, to have the same team to handle our queries while we are in our destination country. The agent in Dubai was not helping us around and we could not contact Indian numbers from there.
Although Falak gave us the option to contact her in case of any queries, international calls were expensive to get this reported.
Another suggestion would be to avoid Fridays while having trip to UAE as shops are all closed during till afternoon.
Driver came late on 1 day resulted in a rush to finish of the planned trip for the day.

On an overall, I would recommend Falak to be my agent for the next trip and would rethink if there is no such option.

First of all thanks to my travel agent Vidya for guiding us from the day we didi the booking till the last date.

There was some confusion in the meal type due to some miscommunication between the resort and agent, although it was resolved asap.

Overall experience was awesome.

It was truly a pleasant trip with family, thanks to TripFactory for making the journey and stay so comfortable for everyone, especially senior citizens. Special thanks to Ms. Prajna Ramesh Hegde for being so helpful and patient with us answering all our queries and making us feel confident to go ahead with the trip.

I would like to Thank you Trip Factory for organizing such a wonderful Trip to Bali.Everything was well mannered and coordinated .We enjoyed our honeymoon a lot and we covered all the beautiful beaches,Temples and other places in Bali.

I booked a tour to Dubai with Trip Factory. Maria Priyadarshini gave regular updates & information during our planning stages. We also revised our plans several times but she was patient & followed up with us to check if she had our dates/plans correct as we had made several changes.

I had read a lot of mixed / negative feedback but can say that we had a GREAT experience considering that they are located in a different city from where I am. We created a whatsapp group & communication was easy.

Also the Dubai Agent - Royal Arabian - great service.

What was promised was delivered. Thanks Priya for all that you did - Yes the Biryani treat is on me.
