Arrangement were very nice.

Our trip to Singapore was well organised. Appreciate the punctual pick ups and the detailed itenary shared by the team. We were briefed by the guide about all the attractions.to cover and we were able to comfortably cover everything by following the instructions. The stay at the hotel was very comfortable and the trip factory team repeated followed up to ensure we were comfortable. Special thanks to Mala for a lovely holiday.

Padma C, the coordinator from tripfactory was the highlight and she has constantly helped me all through my booking, trip and post completion as well. Overall it was good coordination as this is the key. Regarding the trip, definitely it could be made better by having right agencies in HK. There were some minor hiccups like coordination with ferry/ Chinese pick ups etc. it can definitely made better but trip factory team was excellent

All went well.Food quality can be increased. But all over all went well. Hotels were very good. Driver who stayed with us for 7 days ,Mr. Biju was very very nice.

The hotels provided were very good .The keys hotel at Port blair and Blue Bird resort at Havelock island is excellent. The staff of these hotels is very courteous and service is also very good.The Peral park resort at Neil island is average and the staff is not that courteous. The services of the outsourced agent Dream Journey at Andaman were excellent. Dream journey staff was very friendly and courteous. Especially Aslam, Munner and Avinash made us very comfortable in unknown island. The vehicles provided by them were in very good condition .They were punctual and always ready to help. We had a memorable trip.
One suggestion - Mr Paresh of Dream Journey at Havelock should be more professional and courteous.In spite of knowing our itinerary in advance he did not book the boat for Elphanta beach in advance and because of which our visit to Elephanta beach got cancelled as tickets were not available at 11 th hour.

It was a great trip organized by Trip Factory. Right from Hotel selection to sightseeing & support everything was well organized. Despite of few miss-communication on arrival they managed to rectify very fast.

The local tour operator ( Royal Arabian) were also very professional & punctual on their timings with good knowledge tour Guides. One suggestion if small seat coaches be used to pick up guests in SIC would help in saving time in travelling & be able to enjoy more on the sight seeing spot.

Overall would rate 4.5 stars out of 5 for the overall experience with TRIP FACTORY. Special thanks to FALAK for arranging it well.

Everything was good. Start till end. Just would give a suggestion regarding driver. There is lack of coordination between u and pacto team. We had no idea who is our driver and had to wait at airport lobby for 1 hrs in search of the driver. Rest everything was very good. The pacto team had given us a superb guide Allie who had given detail information regarding every spots

Excellent support by Tripfactory team before leaving for the trip was followed by equally good service by overseas partner. Vehicles always reported on time, and guides were very helpful. We had specific requirement for services apartment, and it was well arranged as well. Tour was planned by the advisor, keeping in mind the tourist season and attractions were reasonably crowded. Overall a memorable trip, and Tripfactory is highly recommend

Our trip coordinator in your office Ms. Falak Naaz took care of each and every aspect of our travel and ensured that all comforts were provided to us from the time we left Delhi (one person from Mumbai) and reached Kuwait and reached our destination Dubai together. She coordinated with the transport set-up for our timely pick up from the airport to the hotel. The hotel accommodation was very good and suiting our taste as regards amenities and facilities. The local trips/tours to night Safari, underwater world and to the Burj Khalifa all were fantastic and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The entire credit of our trip goes to our trip Coordinator Falak. All the best to her.

Our trip to Dubai was awesome and we enjoyed every bit of it. Deepak from Trip Factory especially has been very helpful and ensured that there was no show stopper at all to kill any bit of our excitement. The itinerary was well planned as well, just that one day was too exhaustive and could have been a little relaxed had some running around been avoided. There was also a bit of panic and unrest as we did not have our pick-up on time on one of the occasions and there was no information provided in advance about the pick up point or the driver details. Barring just this one incident, the trip was fantastic and I would surely turn to Trip Factory & Deepak again in the future. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!!

Would like to thank Trip Factory and Mr.Vijay Gn in particular for making my 5 days family trip to Jaipur, Ajmer and Pushkar a memorable one. Mr.Vijay was very cordial and understanding right from my first interaction. He was very prompt and sure about the plans that were being chalked out. He was very patient in his communication even as the plans underwent many iterations !! The Hotels chosen were good, Since we were on almost on the road covering many places , it was very important that we had a good vehicle and more so a knowledgeable and courteous driver. We had a trip to Dubai in a month of Dec 17. The trip was booked on short notice and we had an overall wonderful experience by booking it through Trip Factory.

I came across Trip Factory through internet and asked quotes for my trip which they did it instantaneously. The best part was that TF was ready to customize the trip as per my requirement. After finalizing quotes and initial payment made, tickets were booked. TF designated one tour Manager (Varsha) who looks after the trip. The good part was once it was discussed that I will be doing remaining payment on xyz date, no one was bugging or reminding for a payment.

The trip started with a good note but had some inconvenience in flight. Here I must appreciate Varsha, Trip Manager and Amit CEO of the company who pitched in to rectify the inconvenience. This shows the USP of company where they are sticking to their promises and senior leadership is also monitoring the progress of the trip.

During trip we did not faced a problem except some slippage of timeline, which can be looked after. Overall excellent experience and I have already started recommending TF to my colleagues in Armed Forces.

From the begning itself the assisatance of travel expert in planning and customising the trip was very helpfull. The itenary was completely carried out from pick up from airport to drop in to airport But the local travel agency Royal arabia was not up to the mark.One day they failed to pick up from hotel. But on intimating this to the travel expert ,the tripfactory had made alternate arrangements .it is remarkable that immediate actions were done on this regard.
As a frequent traveller covering almost all regions in the world I am happy to rate this travel as " very good".

My Dubai trip was fine, not any hassle.

Only issue is time management was not good.

On Bhruj Khalifa day the pickup was at 5 pm and entire day no activity. And after 5 pm time as not sufficient for under water, aquarium, Bhruj Khalifa, fountain. We have missed fountain show not able to see Dubai Mall main attraction Dinosaur skeleton and other parts of mall . If it was 1.30 pm pickup it would have being better and able to enjoy more.

Trip to Andaman Island
Booking Experience :
When I started searching for trip organizers, one of results was TripFactory which was unheard till that time.I was bit apprehensive to book a long holiday package with a unknown company.The reviews were good, hence started inquiring about details.During the course of inquiry had asked for few changes, the Trip coordinator could able to accommodate the changes and could able to give a refreshed package.

Overall it was a good trip.

Since this was our first trip through TripFactory we did have some worries in the beginning about how our trip would be arranged. He gave us all the information about do's and dont's through out the trip and even helped us by advising us to not to fall prey to money hungry agents in Gulmarg and Pahalgam.
