The trip was awesome, would definitely recommend trip factory to friends. Over all experience on road trip and sightseeing was good. Hotel Stay at Dalhouise and Dharmashala was great.

Would recommend Trip Factory Team not to include hotel Hotel R V Intercontinental at Amritar for any guest. The reception staff sounded rude, doors in toilet had no lock, there was water leakage in toilet Taps and flush. No Tea coffee provision in room as compared in 3 star hotel. No choice of Dinner. We had booked two rooms but still we where asked to choice either veg or non veg ,no choice of food we had to except food what was served by hotel, which was not the case in other two hotels. Over all experience in Amritsar Stay was very bad.

Apart from Amritsar Stay i would surely say Trip Factory was very supportive from planning and resolved all my queries before and after booking my trip. Thank you for planning the journey and would surely connect with you in future for my next trip..

It was first time that me and my wife flew on a plane and out of India and it was a really wonderful experience
First things first
1: Airport simply floored by the ambience and service at Mumbai and Male airport we were a bit worried as it was first flight ever but it was really very good no hassels as such😇😇😎
2: Airport pick up at Male : was really very spot on we didn't had to wait more at the airport the journey itself was breathing taking the view of blue water took me away I was in love in with the country the moment I saw it at the airport
3: Fun Island Resort: we stayed here for 4 days five nights this place is really awesome and it lived up to our expectations I would further like to summarize things

Arrival : the people at Resort welcome us really well with a welcome drink and the wet towel and escorted to our rooms

Rooms : clean neat and tidy honeymoon goodies as promised they cleaned it twice a day replineshed it with fresh towels twice a day which was really commendable

Cleanliness : both at the room and at the island is really commendable a great job on the cleanliness part by the island people

Food : wat do I say about it though being a food and beverage person I couldn't find a flaw in their food and beverage service
Breakfast: awesome choices great choices lavish really loved it especially my wife bcoz she is eggetarian she got choice of eggs
Lunch & Dinner : really very very good choice of menu was really happy to see my Indian food making it international 😇😎 choices of fish could be more though I missed spicy food but i understand the clientele there so I give it a pass by nevertheless variety of desserts made up for that flaw 😉
Service : A highly professional staff I could say really very helpful and open to guests which is really well special mention for one of the food and beverage service staff ( Asjadh Ahmed ) if you guys could convey it to him really very helpful and sweet guy and the chefs at live counter (Babu, Abu Sayed) were also really good at their work as being a counter chef is not that easy job but they pulled ith really well special mention to Babu for showing us stingray fishes😃😘
The place took my breath away I terms of greenery, beach, marinelife, specially the wooden plank towards the sea that the resort people have made and maitained it kudos to them for that because of that plank we could see some really amazing fishes there
Beaches : amazing really clean and pristine water beaches loved to see that in fact we personally like the sand and water combo there😉
Water sport activity : A special mention here as well NAMY my instructor for jet ski and snorkeling I have to tell you guys please if you go to Maldives do snorkeling it is once in a lifetime experience guys some really amazing marine life you guys will get to see and jet ski was a bit heavy on pocket but I understand the fuel and the equipment jetski is costly but it was also a great experience as I am happy my wife accompanied me to the jet ski😇
All in all the stay at the resort was really very good me and my wife thought that the resort was little bit underrated by you guys instead it should be 4* instead of 3*
Departure : I personally thought was a bit early for us but the place gets darken very early so it was a really very good decision from the resort guys to drop us early to airport the flight from male to srilanka got delayed a bit bcoz of which we had to hurry a bit but all's well that ends well
All in all a really very great, awesome, memorable, mesmerizing, I am running out of all superlative word really very happy as my investment ceme right of worth each penny the trip was

Overall, it was a great experience. Well planned and well executed. Thanks Royan ! This was my first experience with TripFactory and definitely, I would consider it again as one of the options for my future travels. Below is my detailed feedback for this trip.


What went well / I liked:---

(1) Value for money.
(2) Service delivery as promised.
(3) I liked the detailed analysis of the sights and numerous discussions with Royan. He kept his calm and showed immense patience to my hundreds of questions and answered to all my queries very well. He was also available to my questions, be it late evenings.
(4) Coordinators are Port-Blair and Havelock Island were friendly and showed great hospitality during my entire stay. Also, the Hotels provided were worth staying and were value for money.
(5) The best part of this booking was that I got a refund or partial payment back for the sights missed out due to bad weather. It was a hassle-free event and I happened soon enough I raised the ticket.
(6) I also liked the back-end customer support and prompt services / solution to my queries for every call I made till date.


What could have been better:---

(1) The coordinators at Neil Island showed hush-hush and were initially not interested in covering all sights as per itinerary. Later, they agreed to show, but in rush.
(2) The accommodation at Neil Island doesn't seem like a 3-star and was not value for money. The facilities were more of a 2-star hotel.
(3) There seemed to be a goof-up for our accommodation booking at Havelock. When we reached at the booked hotel, we were told that no booking was made on our name. But later, the coordinator arranged for a similar-type of accommodation at other property. I liked the dedication and efforts of the tour-coordinator and I understand things sometimes doesn't happen as predicted.

It was a wonderful trip! Alok our travel expert was a great help. The hotels which were recommended to us in Gangtok, Pelling and Darjeeling were good and our driver was extremely friendly and punctual. Thank you TripFactory!

Very helpful advices received for my trip and your counter parts in Andaman Island were good as they understood our needs. The hotel De Marina was also very good, the food was excellent and the receptionists also fully cooperated to our needs. Big thank you.

A few things I'd like to say -
1) It would have been better if we were recommended some activities in some places in Kerala beforehand. There was not a lot of sightseeing involved.
2) The guide was a good person but on a lot of occasions we were forced to meet some tour guides forcing us to go for activities such as a forest tour, boating on a lake, etc.
3) The hotels were quite nice.
4) There was absolutely nothing we did on the last two days. Our trip to thekkady was a complete waste as we just managed a couple of hours on a shikari boat and the guide said that we had nothing to see so we were forced to pay extra and go for a boating ride. We ended up doing nothing that day.
5) The itinerary should've been a little more specific so we know and the guide knows what we must always cover.

Overall, I was happy with a part of the tour but I thought some parts were not managed well by Tripfactory.

We had a very good experience overall as we were given everything we were promised and on time to although the local number which was provided by guide did not work and after message to your team no body replied otherwise it was a good trip our villa Arman villa was the best part of the trip and Apeksha aggarwal was very helpful all the time and really was supportive

First to thanks my travel expert Priti Kumari and they given a wonderful Singapore trip arrangements and we enjoyed lot... Surely we recommend to my all friends about Trip factory and whenever our next plan we contact you, and most important name is Miss Mayuri is they reminded for next plan and we not confused about our schedules, the driver so friendly and punctual there work. The trip was good. The staff were really supportive and guided well.

Only suggestion is that the hotel could have been better. The room were too small and congested. The hotel was 4 star rated but wasn't looking like one at all. Please do not send people to that hotel anymore. "Daulat Hotel, Singapore"

Trip was very well organised . Tour operators at repective places were very cooperative . At Hongkong ,immigration took longer time more than 3 hours evwn with PAR. TF may do something in this aspect and ensure quick entry. Guide arrangement and hotel arrangement was very good. Regarding Sight seeing long ques were there for every venue . Hence fast track arrangement awareness and advance information could have helped skinng long ques. Some information regarding city detailing place of stay , Shopping areas , nearby restaurents etc for travellers like us ( only Veg ) etc could have been more useful. Arrangements for stay , Transfers , Guide were done very nicely. At Macau also except for food during Noon and night arrangements were very nice . We enjoyed our Trip . It is suggested thta Route map with dining locations and local taxi arrangements may be more helpful. Alternatively Linch and Dinner also can be added in package as an option.
Our overall experience is very Good.

Only piece of advise:
If the travel expert from TripFactory is not available at office for a longer duration, then please handover the work to other colleague so that customers can reach out to TripFactory for queries. I found that a day before my travel, I had some queries which required clarification, because you were out of office, I had no one to reach out to from TripFactory for clarifications .
