It was a business cum holiday trip to Hong Kong and Macau and All credit I would give to Priti first for having me as a customer of Tripfactory as its a new cpmpany and to convince to take a package from you, secondly guiding me and giving tips what type of package best suitable for me and my wife, thirdly getting the best price, arranging everything form start to finish in a very smooth way, hotels ver very good Macau was amazing, tour guide were helpful, food was great specially Indian food in the hotel.
great service by Hotel Harbour 8 degree for providing Shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui.
Places which we visited were all amazing all in all an over all best trip of life and all credit to Priti from Trip Factory.
If I am able to give I will give 10 stars to Priti.

We had opted Trip Factory for our most awaited Agra-Rajasthan Tour this Dec. I must appreciate the efforts from trip factory team's end to make our journey a memorable one. Yes we had to negotiate a little on the choice of the hotels. I would recommend to check the hotels personally before giving a heads-up for booking. The hotels in Agra- Siris 18/ jodhpur- KUnchaman haveli and in Udaipur- Ram Pratap Palace were really cool! But HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH ASHAPOORNA IN JAIPUR. The rooms were terrible. The standard room bathrooms were not even enough for 1 person. It was dirty. The room was damp, and was stinking throughout. Later we were upgraded to Suite room, which was even worst! the Bathroom curtains were like someone moped the floor with them, the tap was broken. The floor tiles were dirty., the room was equally dirty, the linen was stained with body fluids and kumkum. The sofa had a thick layer of dust. The window panes were DECORATED WITH PIGEON shit!!!
Nonetheless .. the trip was overall good. Though many of the places were not included in the itinerary, and would be charged extra if visited. But again the car alotted to us was upgraded, the driver Mr. Mahesh was a good and generous fellow. Yes I would appreciate the use of technology by TRIIPFACTORY -" whatsapp group" was a good idea. The team members did call and follow up in midst of the trip about the journey.
We are glad we opted Tripfactory for our FIRST ever long trip.. but guys you can do better!

Would like to thank Taha for always being there, whenever we had any issues. She ensured all our doubts were clarified and any issues resolved soon. There were few initial hindrances before we left from India (as our trip advisor had resigned). Taha made sure all open ends were addressed effectively. Ours was trip from Mumbai to Singapore for 5 days. I had read some unpleasant reviews of hotel assigned to us initially. When Taha got to know my hotel concern, she ensured a different hotel was assigned to us. Thanks Taha. The trip was well managed..

This year we booked Dubai trip for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids.. the trip was extremely well coordinated and service was too good .. places covered , planning was well doe .. The overall tour was awesome, we choose Andaman for 5 days. The place was new for us but trip factory made it very simple n comfortable. Nice experience , good service ,good coordination, followup etc. Hotels were too good.
Except very last experience and I explicitly want to mention it here. On Last day of our tour no cab were came to receive us from hotel to airport and no one even received the calls. I could hav missed my flight. That was very bad n unexpected from local team Dream journey.
Also we missed all the activities at port Blair included in package due to some reasons. And the elephanta beach too. So I request trip factory to refund the respective amount.
Rest all OK..will try it again.

We had a wonderful vacation in the Andamans. Trip was well executed by the Tripfactory personnel. We were very well taken care from the time we left Chennai and got back. One of the best vacation I have had in years. Trip was worth every penny and was very reasonably priced. There was always a person from tripfactory to check on how the travel was. Overall Trip was good. Room provided at Jodhpur and food was very nice. Vehicle also very good. Driver of the vehicler Surendra was very good. He is very courteous and informative. Barring one or two, totally trip was very nice.

Everything was very well planned & arranged. Accomodations were good. Scenic places. Looking forward for an another trip with the Trip factory.

Need to provide all documents well in advance.. I had to followup many times & got final documents just day before my departure...Money transfer charges need to be clear!!!!

Hi, I would like to thank vidya who assisted from starting. Excellent response for help and suggestions etc. This is my second trip with trip factory and would defintely trip factory is my travel partner. Initially there was communication gap between tripfy and filed team which was rectified by assistance of vidya, need to take care regarding these kind of issues. Field team were not as user friendly as tripfy members including guides there. Tripfy should work on this. Travel plan timings should be communicated to both us and the guide or team who handles at field.

We went on a 6N/7D tour of Sri Lanka in Dec 2017 arranged by Trip Factory. We had a very memorable trip. Every arrangement was good. The Hotels were good and the Driver (Priyadarshan) was very helpful and cooperative and took good care of us very cheerfully. All in all a memorable trip and we carry happy memories of Sri Lanka. Thanks to Vanita of Trip Factory for coordinating this trip. This is our 4th trip with Trip Factory and we like their services which is value for money.
