I had a good experience with Tripfactory initially i was hesitating to go with Tripfactory as it was a new name to me but everything was according to itinerary and well planned . Me and my family had a great time in Singapore and Malaysia. Great work team Tripfacory and Tousif.

I am really happy with the way my trip shaped up, and things were pretty organised.

Would have been better if more info was given upfront on specific items in the itinerary upfront; for e.g. places of interest that would be covered in the local city tour.

The experience was good nonetheless.

The trip was amazing and well organized. The overall package cost was reasonable. Satish was my travel agent and he was always very responsive. The hotel was nice and very comfortable. The cab driver was always on time and very helpful. This has been our one of the best experiences so far. We would surely use Trip Factory for future outings.

We were in group of 55 visited Andaman from 18th Nov 2017 to 24 th Nov 2017 1st group of 24 people & second group was of 31 People. .ie from 19 th to 25th nov 2017

Trip factory gave us the best deal. About Trip Food was v. good at every place. Hotel at neil island " Pearl park Beach Resort" & havlock Hotel El Dorado excellent location , very co operative staff & v. good food. About Portblair Hotel Marine View Food was v. good , Room Cleanliness is not up to mark. Some rooms are good. Counter staff not trained properly. It took long time to check in as rooms were not ready. Secondly Extra beds requirement was not getting fulfilled as per contract. Staff was not co operative. I suggest Trip factory to choose another hotel in Portblair. Local Coordinators Mr Abdul Majid , Shekher were very cooperative & helpful. They did their job perfectly. Transportation arrangements were v. good . at all locations . including Ferry, Cruz etc. Overall Trip was memorable for everyone Thanks on behalf of each one. All of us will vouch for Trip Factory. Lastly Special Thanks TO ALBERT REGAN our tour coordinator from Trip Factory side . HE is BEST coordinator. Even in emergency he was only available & reachable from trip factory side. Rest emergency nos. were off after night 1900 hrs. /not reachable. We all recommend person's like ALBERT REGAN should be given special thanks & awards by trip factory . Thanks Albert looking forward for next trip.

My experience with Trip Factory has been PERFECT! We visited Macau and Hong Kong, and each and every thing was so well planned. All departures and transfers were super smooth and there was minimal waiting time. Will definitely book my next holiday with them...

It was nice trip to Andaman thanks to Ground staff of trip factory in Andaman.
They were very punctual and very helpful. We had a medical emergency on last day and
ground staff supported well. Even Symphony palm beach hotel manager was very very supportive.
He gave the cottage free of cost for almost for 4-5 hours.

Trip adviser from Main office need to pull the socks little bit. His communication with ground staff need to be correct and he needs to be in touch with ground staff all the time. Once trip is finalized, his job is not done.

Overall Trip factory has arranged our trip at better cost and better way than other tour adviser.
We can feel it based on interaction and cost they have incurred.

My 5 days trip to Thailand organized by trip factory is good. Mala was very helpful in selecting the package we required. Overall a good experience.

Excellent coordination by Akshatha for Andamand Trip since this was my gift to my relative and she made sure the communication goes to both of us with full detail. Her follow ups and observation to detail for the package made their honeymoon a successful life time event. It was a fantastic trip arranged by the Tripfactory in Singapore. But in Kuala lumpur only half day tour was fixed. We have to spent two full days in Kuala lumpur our own being new to the city.

If they planned city tour and Twin tower ticket it will be more fascinating.

Service of pick up and dropping was good. But candle light dinner was not so good as expected. Bur over all it was very good experience with Trip Factory for the first time.

Trip was good, hotel in munnar was super, boat house was good , only breakfast in boathouse was not good

We enjoyed the whole Gujarat-Diu trip!
Every aspect of the trip was wonderful, from the places we visited, to the hotels we stayed in, to the driver.
We would love to go on another trip with TripFactory :)
We have already recommended TripFactory to our friends and relatives.

There were 2 points which we were Not satisfied about:
1) The main intention for people to visit Sasan Gir is to go on the 'Jeep Safari' to watch the lions. Now, this 'Jeep Safari' can only be booked online. This was NOT informed to us by TripFactory!!! This is a major miss from your side! Because of this, we were NOT able to go on the 'Jeep Safari'.
2) The hotel at Jamnagar (J R Avezika Comfort) was Not upto the mark especially compared to all the other hotels that we stayed in!

Other than the above 2 points, we are Very Happy with the way our Trip went!

This is my 2nd trip booked via TripFactory and I am happy with the service provided.
The trip was well organized. We enjoyed our stay in Shimla and Manali.
Alok Sharma from trip factory was very helpful and helped us throughout the planning of trip . After booking the trip, the flight was rescheduled by airlines but Alok made sure of alternate arrangements without affecting our plan.
Coming to trip, the hotels in Shimla and Manali were great and service was good. Overall happy with the trip and would recommend others.

The trip was very well organised and all the sight seeing places were covered as promised. The drivers,tour guides were kind, punctual and cooperative. The rooms booked in the resorts especially Haywizz, Symphony Palm beach and Summer Sands were cleanly maintained and there was lots of greenery in the resort. The staff in the resorts were always willing to help and were supportive. The food at the resorts was very tasty and were reasonably priced. The only issue we had on the last day was in J Hotel as the room was not well maintained, the water was not able to drain out from bathroom. We were made to change 3 rooms and every other room had one or the other issues. Other wise overall the trip was excellent, well coordinated and planned. I thank you for organizing such an awesome trip and look forward to plan many more trips with TripFactory
