My Dubai trip was fine, not any hassle.

Only issue is time management was not good.

On Bhruj Khalifa day the pickup was at 5 pm and entire day no activity. And after 5 pm time as not sufficient for under water, aquarium, Bhruj Khalifa, fountain. We have missed fountain show not able to see Dubai Mall main attraction Dinosaur skeleton and other parts of mall . If it was 1.30 pm pickup it would have being better and able to enjoy more.

Trip to Andaman Island
Booking Experience :
When I started searching for trip organizers, one of results was TripFactory which was unheard till that time.I was bit apprehensive to book a long holiday package with a unknown company.The reviews were good, hence started inquiring about details.During the course of inquiry had asked for few changes, the Trip coordinator could able to accommodate the changes and could able to give a refreshed package.

After booking is confirmed and making the first part of payment, complete details of Trip including Air tickets, Hotels and Other trip itinerary was shared by TripFactory.

Trip Experience :
1.At the beginning of Trip a Whatsup group was created to bring up any issues faced during the trip.
2.Pickup from Airport/Hotels/Ferry points/Sight seeing points were properly organised
3.Each day there was briefing about the next day's activities and timings
4.Hotels/Resorts booked were satisfying

Overall it was a good trip.

Since this was our first trip through TripFactory we did have some worries in the beginning about how our trip would be arranged. All the questions in our mind were put to rest during the booking process itself. The travel agent helped us a lot and suggested the right package and customised as per our requirements. All the details were sent much in advance and he ensured he gave us all details before our departure. The representative (driver) Mr. Riyaz picked us up from the airport and guided us in a wonderful and friendly manner throughout our entire trip. We are very thankful to him for making our trip very pleasant. He gave us all the information about do's and dont's through out the trip and even helped us by advising us to not to fall prey to money hungry agents in Gulmarg and Pahalgam. He ensured we bought genuine products as well. Thank you so much TripFactory for the wonderful trip. Would definitely recommend you for all our family and friends.

Our trip to the Andamans was an amazing experience! It was planned well and customised as per our need by our expert. The package was at a competitive price. Our guides were cordial and the drivers were very punctual. But Trip Factory should work on their communication with the suppliers. A few glitches arised because of this but it was resolved after a while. All places were covered as per the itinerary. Overall, good job!

Overall the Dubai trip was an enjoyable one. The pick up person at the airport had arrived on time. The staff during the trip were courteous and helpful. The pick up for the other itineraries during this trip was also mostly on time. No hassles throughout the entire trip. Recommended travel partner for me.

However, the quality of food served in the desert safari and the programs in the desert camp were below average. Though this is not a feedback for TripFactory, I would request them to communicate this to appropriate people so that the quality of food and cultural programs improve.

Another suggestion I would recommend is that TripFactory can give a complimentary local SIM card for international trips as having a local number helps in easy communication.

Positives:
- Quality of the package and offerings from Tripfactory. This includes hotel, Alexandria cruise, Desert Safari, etc.
- Information and all necessary documents shared prior to the trip
- Good firefighting / support (ex. Whatsapp Group creation) for emergency scenarios
- Good Travel SME who was responsive to all queries
- Good customer care team for support on all queries
- Competitive prices

Negatives
- Logistics Communication during the trip (and therefore a lot of firefighting required). - Overall communications at Onsite can be improved definitely
- No single point of contact on supplier side (therefore in these cases International Roaming is must which is a cost burden on the customer)
- Change in plan for the last day . Half day city tour was supposed to be followed by Dubai Mall but Turning point dropped us at hotel
- Delay in Burj Khalifa for which our plans changed
- Special care of tourists with children should be considered by Tripfactory

Great trip organizer- Highly recommend!

Our trip to Kashmir exceeded our expectations on every level. From my very first interaction with Vijay Gn, our travel agent demonstrated his care and concern for understanding the needs of our trip.
This was a fabulous trip!Every hotel we stayed at was wonderful in terms of location, proximity to major sites, customer service, and overall amenities.
In summary, the trip that our travel company put together was a vacation that my wife and I will always cherish.

Overall opinion about the trip is "excellent".

Your Co-ordinators at different places took care of us well, they were right on time waiting to pick us up for the next destination, provided guidance at each level and made us enjoy the trip.

Only one incident at Havlock. One Co-ordinator by name Rehmatulla did not turn up at the right time for Kala Pattar Beach. He was supposed to receive us at 4.00 pm. Because of his delay by more than 20 minutes, we could not spend more time at the beach. Added to this the weather was very cloudy and it was dark by 5.15 pm.

This is not a complaint. Your customers henceforth should not undergo such experience.

Mr Zaid, our travel expenses will be reimbursed by my employer. So please send the bill at the earliest.

Trip factory response was good. They took care of entire tour and they handled everything pretty good. We were there for five nights and went to Portblair and Havelock. I think four nights would’ve been enough. Or wish we spent more time in Havelock than Portblair. We didn’t had enough time in the Elephant beach on second day as we went to scuba in the morning.

It was our first vacation together and that too, outside India. It was a memorable trip for us. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay there. We started our trip from Hyderabad and our first destination was Phuket. And it was such a wonderful place. Nice weather, very nice people, great hospitality from Club Bamboo and Resorts. Very helpful staff.
Not so much crowd, traffic, beach was just couple of kms from our hotel. Phi Phi islands tour was awesome!! Just that we wanted more and more, but it got over :)
Next we went to Bangkok and it was lot different than Phuket. City life, Big Shopping Malls, Christmas decorations all around. Busy but beautiful place. East Makasin Hotel was nice and comfortable. Smooth checkin/checkout process there. Loved that about the hotel. Safari world was awesome!!!
Arrangements from Trip Factory was quite good. There was a small hiccup at the starting when we landed in Phuket Airport, but apart from that, everything else went all smooth.
Apart from all the good things, couple of pointers which would help others planning for similar trip there.
1. The transit time at Bangkok (to Phuket) - we got 2.5 hours approx. and there was lot of things to be done in that. So i would advice to try to have around 4 hours of transit time there.
- Get Visas
- Get a Thai Sim Card, and recharge for 7/8 days atleast.
- get security check done for next flight.

2. City Tour at Phuket and Bangkok - check how much time will be covered in this and where all they will take you. Get this information upfront itself, and plan some other activity on your own for the rest of the day. Bangkok half day city tour- if there is any option to opt out of it - that's better, you can plan much better things to do instead.

3. It would be good if Trip Factory could let us know before hand, how much time it would take each day for sight seeing, and what else can we plan for the remaining of the day (good options), it would be very nice.

I will look forward to plan more trips from trip factory based on whether i can get some improvements in the overall tour arrangement :). Thank you.

The trip was well planned and itinerary perfectly completed. All the sectors were booked properly allowing for ease in our travel experience.

Rashmi was good in following up and assisting. However, all hotel bookings were done for 2+1 instead of 3+1. I had to call for this at every hotel except last hotel in Amritsar.

The hotel in Dalhousie is bad in terms of ambience as well as food. Service is fine. We skipped one breakfast as we didn't like the quality.

Hotel in Manali is good in service, ambience, location and food.

Our trip to Andaman and Nicobar meet our expectations on every level. this travel agency demonstrated her care and concern for understanding the needs of our group, and the experiences we had while traveling confirmed at every step they understood our needs . We traveled for 5 days as a multi-generational family of ten. Ages ranged from 7 to 78.

Location: Excellent ...near to Airport walking distance from market.
Food: Good food
Wifi: was not working when i visited but they claim to have wifi.

staff: is supportive.

Shreya was very cooperative and responsive to our queries and concerns. The trip was well planned with evenly spaced out events. The entire trip was comfortable and hassle free. Only issue was the choice of flights which could have been better....... maybe if the trip was planned earlier. Otherwise, it is highly recommended for family trips. Kudos to Shreya and Tripfactory!!

It was a great experience going to dubai with tripfactory as our travel partner. The travel expert was really cooperative and helped us as and when required ,even at midnight she was on call helping us. Wonderful experience.

Overall Am satisfied with the Service from Trip Factory. The team has established a good communication channel where in the problems can be solved easily and effectively.

Improvement Areas:
The Accommodation in Jaipur ( Red fox Hotel) is not upto the mark). It claims itself for a 3 star rating but the hotel doesn't deserve that rating. Please avoid recommending that hotel to the customers.
