i was a nice hotel, good location, good food, good service, but i was not satisfied with transfer, they forget me to receive me from the airport. i paid extra for transfers. now they are going to refund it to me. but it was very hectic on the airport when the place is new and you are with a family. but anyways thanks for the package it was fun

The Trip was extremely good and Sajid was very helpful and his guidance was good. we were enjoyed in Andaman, Havelock island and neil island is awesome place to stay.Thanks for spending your valuable time with us.

It was a wonderful trip. We enjoyed a lot and is memorable forever. The service in the hotels were good. We had a very good driver who could guide us in sightseeing and was friendly too. Overall this tour was awesome for us. I rate 5 out of 5. I would recommend trip factory to my relatives and friends too.

Vaisakh was very cooperative since the beginning and was able to understand my need. He helped us a lot in tailoring my package and I believe quoted me the best fare. We enjoyed our trip and our driver, Mr. Shahnawaz, was very good and cooperative. He toured us all the interesting places and was very adjustable as far as timings are concerned. He had good knowledge of all the places in Kerala. Overall amazing trip organized by Vaishak.

It was awesome trip in a very economical cost. And we had great time with our driver (Shanavas) he is a wonderful person & and a great guide as well. Our journey became more comfortable & enjoyable with Shanavas 👍

Our trip was really good. Arrangements of Trip Factory was perfect. Hats off...

Overall the trip was good and nicely arranged. Radisson is better than review , the stay was good and seamless. I am happy will come back for sure, however i am listing down some of our suggestion and not so good experience.

1. Only suggestion and i would not say a problem , we booked as couple but got 4 PNR for flight tickets. Need to take some effort to book next to next seats through online.
2. Initially when we checked, Raddison gave standard room , since i forward the booking details of Superior Room without any questions asked. This could have been avoided.

however with some minor exception where the fittings in the bathroom are not good , very loosely fitted. may be those are rectified , then sure can lead the way for more years

First of all it was a good experience through your Trip Factory which i had gone for a trip to Goa. The hotel was very good if people prefer to stay in a silent area. The hospitality of the hotel staff was good. Break fast is okay.

The location is very far from Airport. Need some more tie ups from Trip factory near to airport. I was not informed earlier the breakfast was unlimited. The hotel should provide the towels, soaps were not given two days of stay. Also The timing of the flight is little to be noted, You say 3 nights and 4 days and give the odd timing of flights which is of wast effectively 2 days only we can enjoy. First day you should give some after 6 am flight so that we can land in any destination and go immly for sight seeing and then check in to the hotel by evening. on final day even if you provide 6 p.m flight it will be good for us to come back and enjoy sight seeing on final day also.

Yes, it was a wonderful trip. The guests enjoyed the candle light dinner at Sea Dragon in Havelock. The flower bed decoration was beautiful. The service of your staff and Sea Shells staff was excellent. Our trip to Ross Island was memorable as we got to see the wild deer feed .

However the Holiday Inn hotel in Havelock was very bad. Also the ferry to Havelock was tiresome. I would recommend in future you suggest the helicopter ride.

Trip Factory came as a pleasant surprise literally out of the blue while I was exploring holiday options for Goa.
