I have traveled to Goa on August 22nd to August 25th 2015.

The Biggest and Major problem I faced is, When I booked the Vacation with Trip Factory they have given the Hotel name as "The Hawaii Sea Side Village Retreat". When I landed in Goa, I took a cab and went to this hotel and they sad that the hotel is closed for Renovation. I was shocked, and did not know what to do, and I called the Trip Factory Customer Care and the phone will never be answered as the call will be directed to Answering Machine and they work only between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. I was so panic and I am waiting with my Family and Cousins Family out side the Gate on the Road. This is

However, I got Alok number from the emails and called him and informed the issue. He said he will get back and may be he has informed someone in their company and after half an hour to forty five minutes some one from Trip Factory called and said that, Sir we are sorry because by mistake they have given the Wrong Hotel Name in the booking which was done prior to three months. And they informed the correct Hotel Name in the phone and we took another Cab and reached there. Trip Factory said they will reimburse the second Cab amount but they did not do it till now or they did not bother to call me and ask if I was happy.

From three months when my Vacation is nearing they did not bother to check again my booking, if they have checked the booking when it is nearing I would have not faced this problem.

However, after getting into the correct Hotel, I felt happy and the Hotel was good. Breakfast was really good and even we had Every night dinner in the same hotel and the prices were very reasonable and the food taste was really good. I liked the Hotel but I will never again book my Vacation with Trip Factory.

If you are planning to book the Vacation from Trip factory, I suggest you to call the Hotel much prior to reaching the destination and confirm if the hotel is open and confirm your booking.

Travelling with trip factory was a memorable experience, they take care of their customer very well and guide well.. i had a very pleasant journey without any hurdles. The choice of stay must have been better in portblair not because of the hotel but food was not that great in driftwood. may be ,non veg lovers may like. Being a veg i didnt enjoyed the food in this restaraunt..

i recommend to all my friends and family for trip factory. Already 3 families are going to andaman through trip factory on sep 24th after hearing from me.

i should get a discount voucher from trip factory for marketing, hahahhahahahaah :)

Overall Experience was good and i recommend Trip Factory for economical & comfortable Holidays!!!

I changed my mind several times on destination, length, duration, flights etc several times before booking & the customer service received from Priscilla was excellent and solved all of my issues.

The holiday itself was very well organised and we had a very relaxing family holiday touring Kerala. The suggested visits were great and the driver very courteous and reliable.

A couple of the hotels I would disagree being 4*, but otherwise it was a perfect break and I won't hesitate to use TripFactory again.

One of the best location in town,neat and clean environment,overall nice experience.

I Planned my first anniversary in kerala using trip factory ,over all it was very gud , i booked springdale and clouds valley hotels both were tooo good. thanks for the vaisakh for sending a wonder ful person like Amal (cab driver) with out him my tour was incomplete. I dont want to mention
as a cab driver,his name is Amal well educated and well behaved ,he is very friendly and driving is very gud..he covered all the places in time .I recommend every one try once trip factory service this is simply awesome.
if u go kerala tour i recommend u Amal .the tour will be fantastic....

I enjoyed the trip to the most. Well planned nice trip to Goa. So nice of you to make this trip a memorable one.

The trip was very well organized and all the services were provided as assured and paid for.; am happy and nothing to complain.

It was a awesome experience to travel with trip factory.Riju had hosted the trip and it was well planned .Everything was in place and on time..Just had a phone conversation everything went well.with out any pain

Overall Good Arrangement, delivered the same as agreed before the trip finalization. Following is quick summary:
Bangalore - Nandhana Hotel - Nice hotel, good service and adjoining restaurant - Recommended for family stay

Mysore - Royal Inn - Very nice view, good hotel and nearby to city

Ooty - Space 4U Resort - Rooms are find but extremely poor service, breakfast was included in room tarrief but not provided on both days, tried food on evening and very poor quality - daughter got stomach cramps - Not recommended at all, do not have basic amenities like spare lock for room, heater is chargeable !!! - very poor

Bandipur - MC Resport - Very nice place to stay , just 2.0 km from Bandipur main entrance, rooms are OK but food was very nice, very accommodating and helpful staff.

Vehicle : Vehicle agreed was Toyota Etios but due to problem in vehicle, tour operated upgraded to Toyota Innova for additional 1000 Rs, which was find with me. Driver BATA was inclusive of trip package but I paid for Driver food ( breakfast / lunch / dinner, whenever he was with us ). I could have denied same as it was out of agreed terms but Personally I do not mind paying it

Overall I am satisfied with Trip and was on peace of mind except Ooty resort's service issue and would plan the trips in future also

It was amazing and beyond words. We just went on our first vacation and we had initially booked another hotel with trip factory but then they informed that the hotel booked had unavailable dates. But trip factory promised they will provide us with an equal or better alternate and they absolutely kept their word!! Since we were travelling with out 14 month old we wanted a resort closest to the airport and they provided us with Kurumba which is completely children friendly. No hassels and everything in regards to booking was in order.
Thank you so much Tripfactory for giving us a wonderful vacation and i will surely recommend you to all and book more holiday packages from you guys.

Fantabulus, memorable, fun packed, well arranged tour. Loads of thanks to vaisakh lal for flawless tour arrangement and taking the pain to arrange everything. Recomend everyone going to a trip to book from him.

The Trip with TripFactory was good except last date houstbout was crap the bed were stinking and houseboat was very unhygenic to stay rest all went good.

Trip was total fun and very well coordinated,cooperated and arranged by Mr saurav and his team will look forward to have another tour with him.

Sourav / Trip Factory was amazing. I arranged a trip for some guests from China. Sourav was professional in attention to detail and arranged taxi, hotel, sightseeing, flights etc. The hotels recommended were excellent and fit in the budget. Best part was the taxi driver, who was very courteous to the guests from China and didn't let them be conned at the tourist spots. Then there was a last minute change required for return trip - and that is where Trip-factory / Sourav really came through and made it a very pleasant experience.
I am already asking him to plan another trip for us. I recommend Sourav without hesitation.

We recently completed 7 days family holiday to Munnar, Tekkady, Kumarkom, Kovalam and Kanyakumari. The driver assigned Mr. Anees is very cooperative and deserves all the appreciation needed.

The hotel in Kanyakumari was shabby and NOT recommended for any of future visitors.

All Other hotels provided were of good standard and satisfactory though one has to be flexible and content with the food offered. Do not expect choice of food!

For all prospective visitors recommend to skip KUMARKOM and replace with ALLEPY and do not stay overnight in Kanyakumari! Only day trip is OK.
