Had an awesome trip to Dubai thanks to Tripfactory. Everything was nicely and timely planned . Manjusha had supported when ever help was needed before or during the trip as well.
Pros: good planning and services and it was cost effective.

Cons: Hotel could have been little better. Food was good there but noise from the clubhouse was little disturbing. And being summer only hot water was flowing from the bathroom.

Had a great experience traveling with Tripfactory. Had traveled to Phuket recently with Tripfactory. This is my third time with Trip Factory i have travel to hongkong and macau, dubai last time.All the places were covered as per the itinerary, had good support from Tripfactory team and our tour manager Lita also managed the things very well. Had great support from my travel expert Fouzia Sultana as always throughout the trip irrespective of weekdays or weekends. The hotel we stayed was really good and the best part it was right on the beach . Would recommend Tripfactory to everyone.Thanks Fouzia for all your help and support.

We have been planning to visit Dubai for some time now and were trying to find out a reliable tour planner. it was pleasure to be a part of Trip factory holiday package,started with Falak to customise the whole itinerary as per our requirement & nicely guided for in between changes with whatsapp group of Trip factory.Mr.Clinton did well.
At the Dubai your team of Mrs Soni provided the necessity requirements when needed,at once we forgot to take ticket at Abu Dubai & was well guided by our team.
the only error i can tell was the food at Emirates flight round trip,we requested for jain meal by telling Falak & they said we dont have any request from your side & was told that we dont have even veg meal,expect Bun & one sweet.we dont even eat onion,so we requested for jain meal.

Our trip to Dubai was an amazing experience. We had a wonderful time . We had booked 3 months in advance . Hence package was economical as flight prices were cheaper. I must thank Prajna for being very patient and coordinating with me on my requests and offering me the right package. The tour coordinators in Dubai executed the tour very well.
We had opted for 1 day Abu dhabi trip which was not very satisfactory as few of my family members were not allowed to enter the Grand mosque. Security guard at the mosque didn't like the attire though they were fully covered as per instructions. It's just luck. The hotel Raviz centre point was booked for us .Hotel was very good . We enjoyed both Indian & continental cuisine. Hotel is at the centre of city with all shopping centres, restaurants and currency exchange centers metro nearby. We had dinner included in the desert safari & Dhow cruise. Food was not that great. We were informed about it by Tripfactory in advance. Sight seeing locations are excellent . Enjoyed the Clean & Beautiful Dubai city.
Suggestions to Tripfactory :1. Please include Dubai Frame in your package. My family visited it and got a very good review.
2. Please call the client before the departure and explain the Itinerary and Do's and Don'ts. Fortunately , I had called Prajna and clarified my doubts. But would be much appreciated if you make this call proactivately instead of just email exchanges.This would improve customer satisfaction factor.

The Dubai-Abudhabi trip was perfect and itinerary went neatly as organised. Travel organiser fouzia and/or her team was instantly responsive for all clarifications. The trip pricing was transparent and all committed services were rendered on time. Hotel stay at Holiday Inn was pleasant including breakfast. Trip factory's partner Royal gulf tourism drivers were on time and courteous to fellow travellers. Will recommend friends or relatives and looking forward with Trip factory again.

They are good ! From structured follow-up to caring staff (Priya , you were great !), you are in fine hands. On the ground, almost everything went well, especially two tours, Dubai and Abudhabi Tours (both Abrar and Hameed were fantastic drivers com guides !). Quality of transfers were superior. They also have supported well as in Global village one of my ticket did not work and they were not letting me to go inside then I have called royal Arabian people and they talked to security and the issue was resolved.

Thoroughly happy with the way the whole process of the trip was managed right from handling quotes, visa processing ,payment and tour management in Dubai.

we arranged the Dubai Holidays from Trip Factory. Trip was organized fantastically. All pickup drops and activities arranged on time. Hotel booked was good. Team from Trip factory was fully active and very supportive before and during the trip. Trip factory organized all the require documents well on time.
My travel expert Ranjeeth from Trip factory is fantastic to coordinate all the functions within company without any difficulty.
Overall trip was good. just couple of suggestions to trip factory:
1. increase time for city tour
2. include Dinner all days according to trip cost..

It was a great trip. We were received at the Dubai airport by the Welcome Team and sent to Golden Sand Hotel Apartments 3.
As we were early for the check up time, we waited in the lounge and once a room was ready we were ushered in.
The first event was Show cruise in the evening. It gave us a good overview by night of the city. A dance show by an Egyptian artist was an excellent display of his dancing skill. It was followed by dinner. The food was good.
By and large the tour was conducted very nicely.
Visit to Abu Dhabi and grand mosque was was amazing.
The day city tour was fantastic and it was made memorable by the guide Ali who was very educated and had lot of sense of humour.
The desert safari was also a memorable experience.
Visit to Burj Al Khalifa was a unique experience. At 124 the floor reaching just in a minute and the having view 360 deg view of Dubai was mesmerizing.
Overall the trip was very good and we will like to visit again if time permits.
SOME SUGGESTIONS:
1. There was no food or snacks in our flight from Delhi to Dubai. It must be there and preferably with liquor as available on International flights. It is important because there was no food included in our stay at arrival. We had to rush to some hotel for our first meal on arrival. It will be advisable to tie up Ist meal with the hotel being checked in.
2. For intercommunication all pax must be given independent pre activated sim so that they can interact with one another. The request for this must be taken on Highest priority.
3. As for as possible all places of interest should be pre-booked so that visitors don't have to buy tickets.
4. It was quite strange that hotel just gave one bottle of water on the day of arrival. Please choose a hotel which gives bottles of water on all days particularly so because you can't make tea or coffee without water.
4. The last for departure to airport the vehicle shouldn't be linked with other visitors. In our case one more family was to be picked up.

Overall Summary:
This trip was nicely planned and executed but for small hickups it went of very well. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Our trip to Dubai planned by Tripfactory turned out be a very best and memorable experience.... I did not have any issues with the arrangements made by the team over there. So let me start by thanking Swathi from trip factory who helped me from the begning to set the itinerary as I required and took every step to accommodate my requirements . She been there always checking if every thing went fine and taken care. The Dubai hotel where we stayed Versailles was good and the staffs were friendly. The trip to Abudabi ,our driver Mr Amjid (hope name is correct) was very informative and made sure we had a great time in Abudabi. The trip covered almost everything possible.
Every thing was well planned and timely pickups.
Few suggestions:
The city tour of Dubai had to be at the beginning of the trip as it would have given us idea about the city so that we could have planned the spare time to go to places we want ...

It was a memorable trip without any hitch and TripFactory did a wonderful job. Ms. Shreya Nair locally and representatives at Dubai made us so comfortable by complying to the schedule and commitments made without even reminding or making a call to them. They were so prompt. The only suggestion is to split the programme of city tour and desert safari since there is hardly any time between. Our problem was compounded by one family reporting late (more than 30 minutes) to take the coach at the close of city tour. The entire group had to suffer. It is suggested that there has to be a cut of for waiting and if someone do not report, the coach should leave.
