I will collaborate my review in 2 sections - Good and Bad:

Good:
1. I got several calls form Tripfactory during my trip for keeping a check on the trip.
2. The Houseboat provided at Allepey was very nice and comfortable.
3. Sight seeing at Munnar was nicely covered.

BAD:
1. The Hotel at Munnar was confirmed to me before taking the payment and then later on changed twice. This is not a good practice, Before taking the payment if the Hotel/flights availability are checked that would be a better user experience. I never faced nay such issue with other travel agencies, where my schedule or stay is being changed after payment (just fyi - payment was made within a few hours of confirmation of the trip as soon as the payment link was generated).
2. Same thing happened with the flight, after making the payment our flight was moved to an hour later, where we dont have much of an option to cancel the trip as the payment is made.
3. The palace at Cochi were closed on Monday. This should have been checked earlier and not have been included in the itinerary.
4. Day4 could have been used more wisely. We had to spend a lot of time on the airport waiting for the flight. We expected the site-seeing at kochi to last for around half a day but it did not take much time. It would have been better if we could have started a little late from Allepey, given Checkout time was 12 noon, we were literally pushed out of houseboat at 9 am. And we spent 4 hours at kochi airport. Which was quite inconvenient. If there is no flight available in evening, you can plan the day better for the customer.
5. Cancellation policy -- I don't confide with the cancellation policy of TripFactory. Customer should be given some amount back till a day prior of the travel commencement date. If not flight, hotels and local travels can definitely be replanned and made use of. Refunding '0' amount before 7 days of travel is way too much.

This is Awesome and Memorable Trip guys. I can't imagine someone can provide better services than this. Very well Planned and Executed. Everything is very well arranged .Customer may be late but 100% of time your co-ordinator reach on/before time. I must appreciate start from Nisha ( Initially someone who convinced me to travel with Trip factory), Akshatha and entire Trip factory Team and At Andaman Dream Journey Entire Team ( specially Majeed and Avinash). Andaman is a must visit place and Andaman Tourism is at its best in terms of service better than any other state from India. Trip Factory provided excellent service at cheapest price compared to many other travel service providers.

Point of Improvement : In my case while going towards Havelock, Our ferry ticket is booked with two different families. My name is combined with one family and my wife's name is combined with other family. So me and my wife boarded separately and joined inside the ferry. While returning I requested to book tickets family wise and not to combine with any other family. And it was done.

Overall Trip Factory and Dream Journey ( Local co-ordinator) both are delivered way beyond my expectations. This is Solid and Brilliant piece of coordination between teams

Over all it was a very good experience, we never faced any difficulty during the trip. on arrival at Dubai airport there was a person waiting fro us with placard and he handed over to us all the details and entry passes and dropped us to the hotel. We stayed at Raviz Center Point hotel, stay and the staff were excellent. We had all pickup and drops on time and never faced any difficulty.

one suggestion is that Dubai being an Indian dominated place, please appoint an Indian agent for Desert Safari as it is being far out from the city we felt bit scared to travel with a neighbouring country driver who was acting bit fussy.

Another suggestion is that on the last day of the trip as there being no activity please arrange an afternoon flight rather being at late midnight, its very boring to sit at hotel lobby for 6 to 7 hours. it is not that easy to move around alone in Dubai during your first trip.

And finally a great thanks for Shreya Nair for her Excellent work in arranging all things and in fact we opted Trip factory without any reference or price comparison only because of her assurance and the way she was able to convince us.

There were lot of follow up and support from Trip Factory during my holidays. Thanks for the extended support.
with regard to choose of Hotel by Trip Factory was not satisfied.
Fort Chandragupta @ Jaipur, was not a 3 star property. Give option to customers in genuine way and let them choose it.
More over, the driver cooperation was very good, but maintain of the car is pretty bad. Lot of mosquitoes and flyies inside the car and we were after it pushing out.
Little things need to looked at, apart from it was an enjoyable trip, good support team and I will definitely with Trip factory

Positive:

- Super fast response for first the first query
- timely follow-up through out the process
- Megha was available to answer queries round the clock
- Value for money spent was decent
- Megha's diligence in ensuring my trip was without any major hiccups

Negative:

- Itinerary promised at the time of booking and actual itinerary was difference
- Agent at Bali (Alit) was non cooperative / flexible / supportive for any changes to the plan despite offering extra for change of plans
- Agent at Bali was moody and was not so pleasant to work with
- SUN Hotel was just above average place to stay. However, location was decent
- Parasailing was not available at water sports. quality of the sports was not great
- I could have been alerted about huge fee charged at Air Asia for extra luggage. I paid 9800 for 20 kg luggage. However, Megha help solve it for return trip where i paid INR 2800. we should have been alerted more agressively in advance

Well organised and pleasant tour. Driver was excellent. Boat service was very good. Hotel in Trevandram, Tekkedy and Kumakom was excellent.

Good part
Overall the trip was very good, well organized and particularly my kids enjoyed. A very big thanks to Mr. Clinton who took initiative 1 week before my travel and did everything he can. Thanks to Albert as well. Local team in Singapore is also punctual and good in terms of pick-up/ drop-off at hotel and all the attractions that we visited. Tour tickets were handed over as soon as I landed in Singapore, so no tension of that as well. Hotel is decent and flight timings are also comfortable.

Once again, big Thanks to Mr. Clinton.

Bad part
I have to go through lot of tension for few days before travel. When I booked the trip, Madhura was the travel agent assigned to me. Looks like she left Tripfactory and my itinerary was not assigned to anyone. Looks like, the telephone system is automated and my calls are automatically routed to Madhura, who is no more with TripFactory & no one answered my calls. I have to approach Tripfactory store in Indira Nagar, who gave Mr. Albert's mobile number who took initiative to take it to Mr. Clinton. Mr. Clinton came for rescue and everything was smooth after that.

Long story short, if the travel agent is leaving the itinerary has to be assigned to someone else automatically. I think this flaw in your system needs to be fixed.

All said and done, I don't mind booking with you again.

It was good experience for us to travel Kerala. The team of Trip factory has given good service and selection of travel. They have provided all the facilities during our travel. Mr. sujith is a good driver and has given good service during our stay in Kerala.

Last week we went to Singapore for 4 days. It was an amazing trip and everything was organised as per the time mentioned in the itinerary. Antony at Trip factory was very cooperative and helped us in customizing the trip as per the options we required. Even our stay at hotel V Lavender was excellent.
Had a great experience with trip factory

To begin with we were greeted and received well at Dubai airport.
The arrangements by Tripfactory associates in Dubai were excellent and very well coordinated.

I felt comfortable receiving phone calls both from Tripfactory and Dubai associates employees at the beginning and during the trip.
I have reduced one star (4 out of 5) as the airline in package AI Express was devoid of proper meals n drinks.
Overall we are quite satisfied with our Dubai trip !

I have given Garden by the bay but it was not complete. Only flower dome and cloud dome was included but not Supertree Grove. It should have been informed while booking but it wasn't revealed until I receive the final itinerary.

Vani at TripFactory was very co-operative with me, gave me several options and changed things according to my need. It was a worry free trip airport to airport with a personalized package.
