The Trip with TripFactory was good except last date houstbout was crap the bed were stinking and houseboat was very unhygenic to stay rest all went good.

Trip was total fun and very well coordinated,cooperated and arranged by Mr saurav and his team will look forward to have another tour with him.

Sourav / Trip Factory was amazing. I arranged a trip for some guests from China. Sourav was professional in attention to detail and arranged taxi, hotel, sightseeing, flights etc. The hotels recommended were excellent and fit in the budget. Best part was the taxi driver, who was very courteous to the guests from China and didn't let them be conned at the tourist spots. Then there was a last minute change required for return trip - and that is where Trip-factory / Sourav really came through and made it a very pleasant experience.
I am already asking him to plan another trip for us. I recommend Sourav without hesitation.

We recently completed 7 days family holiday to Munnar, Tekkady, Kumarkom, Kovalam and Kanyakumari. The driver assigned Mr. Anees is very cooperative and deserves all the appreciation needed.

The hotel in Kanyakumari was shabby and NOT recommended for any of future visitors.

All Other hotels provided were of good standard and satisfactory though one has to be flexible and content with the food offered. Do not expect choice of food!

For all prospective visitors recommend to skip KUMARKOM and replace with ALLEPY and do not stay overnight in Kanyakumari! Only day trip is OK.

Well from where should I start, from the moment I booked my honeymoon package untill its end it had been a great time. My special thanks to Mr. Zahid Rafique from Woodstock who gave detailed summary of the package and helped with every query and probs though there was no probs during my trip.

This was my first experience with Pretty Planet Travels. An Unplanned trip, with no preparation, done with a day notice, Rajeev ensured that the trip was comfortable and smooth. Right from the booking to the last day at Dharamshala, we were well taken care of. The hotel stay was well arranged and we had a good time. The local tours were well organised and minute details like arranging for a SIM card for use was well taken care of. The personal touch provided by Rajeev was what made the trip memorable. There were no hazzles with the payment and we had a good time. I would surely recommend Pretty Planet to all who wish to tour the beautiful Himalayas.

Vehicle was in good condition and driver was also elegant. Accommodation in Cochin and tthekkady was good. Munnar resort was not up to the mark. But the hospitality was good in all the hotels. Food and utensils were limited in the houseboat. Overall it was a good experience.

Overall Good experience during my 2 night stay. Nice hotel with highly trained staff and highly cleanliness observed. Buffet breakfast is awesome. I recommend to all business travellers visiting Hyderabad.

We recently completed a 9 day trip of Himachal Pradesh including Amritsar organised by Rajeev Kumar from Pretty Planet tours. I must tell that I was a bit skeptical to begin with, be it with the accommodation and transport. Moreover, I was taking my senior parents and hotels with easy access was prime. The entire journey was good, thanks to our driver, Anil Kumar, we were able to spend less time on road and enjoy the places leisurely. The accommodation were good in all places, except in Amritsar which we felt was a bit cramped with absolute no sense for customer assistance. But, that was not much of a botheration as it was only 1 night. otherwise, the entire trip was great and we never had to wonder or think or worry about anything. I appreciate all the assistance Rajeev provided. I did bother him for changing hotels in multiple places several times and he attended to my requests without a thought. I am surely going to plan my other trips to North India with Rajeev and Pretty Planet. My suggestion for all fellow travelers, leave everything to Rajeev, he will plan the best to make your trip memorable. Also, if planning Amritsar, please avoid Puri Palace for your stay. All the best Rajeev Kumar, I am surely going to be needing your help in my future trips. Keep up the quality!

The experience with Priscilla and TripFactory was a good one. The booking and trip management was hassle free , the hotels and places booked can be better but that was a fault on the part of the hotel staff. Overall, I would recommend TripFactory. Keep up the good work. Also, the driver provided should double up as a guide, at least somewhat .

This hotel is well situated and has all modern amenities. They have very courteous staff and good food menu. Even if in the rains, we had enjoyed the trip because of their hospitality. Thank you.

Tripfactory had helped me to customize the tour the way I want it. thanks a lot to the team. Also, the Hotel/resort was good and the staff are very nice. since offseason, the food choices were limited for dinner. However good food.

In website, the picture of the Hotel/resort looks so great. But in actual, it is OK kind off. Value for money Hotel/resort.

My trip was perfectly arranged by Mr. Vaishak and managed evertything systematically. The car arranged was also of good condition and with good quality driver who helped us to visit every place in a short time.

The Hotel amenities, Food, Room and entire stay was excellent. Except the confusion about the payment which i had already made through myspicetrip but the hotel staff denied that they have not got the payment and made me wait for almost 2 hours in the lobby during the checkout. And it was such an embarrassment situation and ultimately the hotel management & the Executive from myspicetrip whom i was talking just say sorry about it.

I would like to provide my Feedback about Ladakh Trip which was organized during May 16, 2015 to May 23, 2015 as follows -

(1) The stay at Hotel Noble House, Leh was satisfactory. Though the Hotel is designated as a Three Star Property, but it does not have Geysers fitted in Bathrooms, due to which there is scarcity of hot water supply. The Hotel does not offer good variety of items in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Only limited items are repeated in menu.

(2) The stay at Hotel Namra, Timosgang Village, Sham Valley was excellent. The manager of Hotel extended a very warm hospitality to the guests. He took personal interest in ensuring comfortable stay of guests. A very good quality food with different variety of items along with dessert was served to us.

(3) The stay at Nubra Ethnic Camps, Village Hunder, Nubra Valley near Sand Dunes was decent. The stay in tents was comfortable. The food quality was also good. Campfire was organized in Night Hours as an additional attraction for guests. Here also there was scarcity of hot as well as cold water in attached washrooms of tents.

(4) Finally the stay at Camp Whispering Waves, Pangong Lake, Changthang Valley was the best part of Ladakh Trip. It was extremely biting cold in night with chilly winds (temperature ranged around 2-3 degree Celsius). The camp authorities provided additional quilts, blankets, hot water bottles to ensure comfortable stay of guests. They served very sumptuous food like mushroom soup, local Ladakhi vegetables, kheer, etc which came as a pleasant surprise to us. The Breakfast had a great variety which included fresh fruits, bread butter, jam, corn flakes with milk, puri - bhaji, tea, coffee, boiled eggs, omelette, etc to name a few. We were overwhelmed by their hospitality and care.

(5) The road journey through Innova was very comfortable throughout the Ladakh Trip for commuting from one place to another. The Driver Mr. Phungsuk was very well behaved. He drove the car very cautiously and explained about important places of tourist interest. He was very punctual about pick up and drop timings and was never late.

(6) By and large the arrangements made by Trip Factory (Go Airways Holiday Package) were excellent. I would definitely recommend it to my friends, colleagues and relatives for availing your Holiday Packages. The travel tips for Ladakh provided by you before we started for Leh were really useful. I feel that you can think of providing some better Three Star Hotel accommodation as an alternative to Hotel Noble House to future travelers in Leh.

(7) Please note that only post paid SIM connection of BSNL is allowed to function by State Government in J&K due to security related reasons. Kindly advise to all future travelers accordingly, otherwise, they will also face similar problem of non-communication (due to lack of knowledge) like us.

(8) We understand that you provide International Holiday Tour Packages. We will in near future definitely like to avail your services, whenever we plan our next vacations.
