Overall experience with trip factory is nice ..i would recommend to my friends and relatives..me and my wife are appreciating trip factory for the service and dedication towards customer satisfaction..except my travel expert roopa , other members in trip factory like sameer and sadhvik from operational team is helped in day one of my trip . But actually mismatch happened in guide program list and in my iteniary.

I tried different planners makemytrip, yatra cox and kings checked with everyone but the response was bad they never wanted to help in small trips all they were looking for are premium customers. The worst part is cox and kings executives were so reckless and uninterested that they sent requested quote after 2 weeks of enquires with almost 30% higher the price.Between all this i was suggested by a friend to look at tripfactory

I must say i was immensely satisfied with the way tripfactory responded when i started to plan this trip. Rashmi with all her patience helped us in a great way with all the confusion i had she did suggest in a practical way and in my budget, i really wish her do best and thank you for organising this in a planned way.I can definitely say to trust these people in suggestions.
Abshiek in port blair and Mansoor in havelock did a great job in organising us between visits between places if i could point anything that could be better is the way they organise the pickup it was little late also cellular jail does need some kind of guide hope i was suggested instead of wandering not knowing the heritage site , They responded well when such happened even came in personally to check everything was ok, which was a great gesture in busy schedule.

Things to remember and check before starting the trip.

1. Flight and timings and meal included in your ticket because meals brought separately are not worthy of the cost.So make sure add it up inclusive of ticket, I hope tripfactory suggests people on this.
2. Do review and discuss what type of hotels you prefer to stay.I took shompen in portblair which is good center of town, and symphony plams which was topnotch must stay place with beautiful private beach.
3. Do take suggestion of restaurants because food is a bit unworthy for its cost in andaman, When u spend do it at better places.
4. You will have internet only at hotel lobby's so plan accordingly no 3g/4g very bad 2g cellone BSNL is only 3g over there.
5. Please dont take this cake and wine thing in honeymoon package not worthy at all cake reminded of 1990's cake thank you for childhood memory but ice cake would be lot better and wine is sula brut (seriously), If i had to pint something negative that is the only thing.
6. Scuba Plan it as early as possible if you want to see the beautiful un disturbed ocean bed.
7. Careful with your luggage on Cruise no tags just leave it tr so any one can pick it up.
8. No phone signals at some parts of havelock, Mainly kalapattar beach so plan you pickup and drops exactly.

Finally it was a great trip and i will defiantly plan with tripfactory again for my future trips i suggest people who read this to do so. Thankyou for taking care of us it was a worthy trip.

Everything went fine, expect the Service in Gold indian Resort, Coming to Elephnata beach sconkerling has been included in the package, but guide is opposing to take (Couple) all at a time and he is asking us to buy the the Sconkerling from them, else he will take us in water only for 5 min. that to one at a time. and next person need to wait for his turn, but the same was diffrent when we opt by paying them money.

It was an Awsum Trip.This was my first trip booked online & am very happy with it.Trip Co-ordinators,Cab drivers all were very supportive.Successfully managed all things.No need to worry at all. Accomodation was excellent.Will plan next trip soon with Tripfactory. :)

The trip was to Andaman for 5N/6D.
Good - It was Very Nice, Very well co-ordinated, Very Good Price, Well Planned, it was Awesome. I had no mobile network there and i was wondering how do i complete my trip without it, how do i coordinate all of these. But the management of the trip was awesome where i had no requirement of my mobile. Very good drivers, hotels, trip cooridnators. Very good job.

Bad - Initially before the trip, once the payment was done, i had to get back for all the info i required and they never get back to me and they did not keep up the promise, the communication was poor at this point of time. Also they could have guided about the unavailability of the most mobile networks there, but they did not.

Since they got me such a memorable trip done so smoothly, with a good price. I can give up the bad part and easily rate them 5 star. Thanks Yasmeen, Vishwanath and all other co ordinators.

The trip planned was just great, i just had to reach port blair airport. After that, everything was perfectly planned by trip-factory guys. Be it a pickup/drop time, the kind of vehicle they provide, the driver's behaviour and everything else was just too great.
I booked for a lagoon suite in a resort called Sea Shell View in Havelock island, and to my surprise the lagoon suite rooms were booked, so i got another kind of rooms, and it was a bigger surprise as they were bungalows :)

overall trip was good.Hotel was good,transport facility was on time.
There was good service by tripfactory.
In alleppey , on cruise food was not so good but in cruise facility was good i.e room washroom etc.

Excellent experience with Sonu kumar. Well arranged, time managed,g ood and co operative staff at Dubai.

Zaid was responsive and arranged the trip according to our requirement. Over all our trip was good. I felt that the price was not that competitive.

Yeah , Sreeram had given a ultimate support in overall trip. I strongly recommended this guy as my next trip too.

But in trip, we are not enjoyed fully due to climate is not supporting with us.

We didn't saw solang valley because of snow will blocked on roads. Except this everything is fine.

Its been a great deal with Trip factory and how they managed the things .

First of all I would like to thank Pavan for making my trip hassle-free. I had already recommended some of my friends to refer Pavan for his excellence and extraordinary support. I was in a dilemma to opt whether I can go with Pavan's package or others but I made a firm decision to go and agree with Pavan blindly for his so much follow-ups and support in organizing this trip.

Pros:
1. Hotel stay was nice in all the three locations (SukhSagar, Classic Residency and Chandermukhi).
2. Food is also acceptable and good.
3. Locations specified are awesome.

Cons:
1. Driver should at least understand English we managed somehow as I knew Hindi.
2. Driver should not insist the traveler to have lunch and fun rides only in his known places and literally we see he got some commission from those hotel owners and even in fun rides.
