It was a wonderful experience, Thanks to Karan, we had an awesome holiday last year. He took care of our travel very professionly and a wonderful stay in Phuket. Everything was well organised and well planned even though it was a last minute booking. I still remember working late night to book our stay and it worked out extremely well!!

I think so it was a great experience and the only suggestion i would make is the car offered to us was 30 minutes late, could have been better not to stand in the sun, but I guess it was a mechanical failure.
