Its really good trip organised by trip factory. Its value for money and the experience is wonderful. I will recommend to use trip factory.

It was nice selection of hotel n arrangements by you we all were very happy thanks. The patience of making arrangements with new plans and our convince was very helpfull. It was a really smooth trip as per the arrangements made.

It was wonderful experience to book a holiday with trip factory. The best part that I did not have to follow up a single time for any thing, every thing was well planned.

It could have been wonderful if trip factory also included some more information on timing of sight seeing (like- best time for back water motor boat etc.)

Adding to this pl note that the Hotel i.e. Ashirwad heritage @ Kumarkam is very worst. Don't suggest anyone to book room in this hotel though service very poor, lift not working, wifi not working, yellow water supply, water bottle rate 46 INR / 1 piece, No proper service on single call.

Rest all are so much are highly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this site within my friends & colleagues. Thanks.

i had a memorable trip to Andaman on july 2016. Trip factory Mr.Kirthy Raj was so helpful in booking our two friends family trip . His knowledge about holiday trip is excellent.
When compare to others , Trip Factory offered a good cost effective package, we choosed 3 star catagory . they organised very well. Their peolpe received us on Airport and dropped on hotel, unfortunately heavy rain that day. so we couldnt visit cellular jail that day, but they covered it on last day of our trip. we are so happy about it.
Then we left for Havelock island on 2nd day , everything went as per plan, in havelock islan also we had a good experience with their reperesentatives.
we spent good time in havelock island...wounderful natural treat....
overall very nice experience with Andaman as well as Trip Factory....

The whole trip was memorable and we all enjoyed a lot. Except for some tiny bit of lack for the agents there who escorted us. They werent punctual and misguided us alot. The place to visit suggested by Fouzia was amazing. She did an excellent job. Thanks to her!

The trip is really good, but cuba diving actual cost is 2000 per head but tripfactory people charging 3500 per head which is really unfair.. The overall experience is really good..

You could have gone to some place to eat, where the food was really awesome but the service was so bad that you forgot all about the delicious feast you had. This is one of the simplest examples of how important 'service' is - especially in a place you are so new to and you don't know head or tail about it.

Likewise, we decided to visit the Andaman and we knew that the place was really awesome but personally, I was skeptic that we are going on a package with a tourist agency - frankly, I was fully depending on the destination rather than how the service will be there and now I see that almost half the fun we had was due to the agency's service - thanks to Trip Factory!

From the moment we landed on Port Blair, to the hotels, from there to the beaches and other places, and back to the air port, the agency person was with us and even when we were roaming around, he was easily accessible which made things a lot more easier.

The planning and execution of the whole trip was really amazing that I just can't wait to book my next trip!

We just come for honeymoon trip please tell to your logistic staff for the same ex-specially we not come for shopping malls and resorts to munnar hills. we just want come for trip. we have already have bunch of shopping malls and resorts in hyderabad.
other than every thing was good . nice hotel and service and food.

The trip was a wonderful and a sound experience for us. The driver that was hired was very favorable.
The only issue was conveying the details to us before the trip . I hope it could have been a little bit faster .

This is the first time we book true this site and it was a wonderfull exp all together. what the room pic was shown on the site we got the same rooms.

bird valley resort was good but one issue was there that the cooking area from the kitchen to the dinning are was far and the food was brought without covering it as there was a lot of insect out there and the food was not too hot.

the house boat issue u know about it. the room was in a bad shape. light not wokring. bed sheet had stains on it. tv was not working. dinner was cooked at 3.30 in the afternoon. afternoon food also was cold. had to request him 3 times to make it hot.

First of all a big thank you for the Trip Factory team for making it an wonderful experience. Right from planning the itinerary to arranging the stay the assistance was more than expected. Furthermore right from our departure to back our arrival to Bangalore the follows ups were extremely fab. An executive by name Mr. Ashesh Tamang took care of us completely & did a excellent job in making us even more comfortable during our trip. Mr. Ashesh made sure that everything went well as per the schedule & plan. The drivers assigned for our trip too were very comfortable, friendly & informative. The fear of going to an unknown place was fair enough before the start but trip factory team made it so comfortable that they deserve a big applause for it. Over all a nice experience to share with & look forward for more association with the team. Once again thanks to Trip factory team & a very very special thanks to Mr. Ashesh Tamang for making it a exemplary experience & quite memorable one!!

I had a trip to Andamans on 6th of July.Kudos to the team ofTrip factory fo all the arrangements and pre plans be it Vehicles/Local Guides or the Local HOtels.I mean they have planned well to keep all this within a tight budget to suit everyones needs.
We throughly enjoyes every bit of it except a few hasseles that i would like the TF team to iron out in future and also for future travellers :-
1.Last Minute cancellation of Flights was done & no intimation was given till the last fortnight.More care has to be taken.
2.As per Trip Iternary,Elephant Beach and Scuba Diving/Sea Walking were planned on the last day but onsite we found they were closed from last 1 month due to inclement weather.TF coordinators didnot inform us & the whole thing was charged to us & we were stranded on the last day to do nothing .This can be avoided by TF coordinators.
Main reason for giving a 3.5/4 star to the trip

Except these the whole trip was very much enjoyable and especially the local coordinators are very well behaved and assistive and know their job well.Ovrall an enjoyable trip and would recommend to all to experience this wonderful trip.

It was a great Experience booking tickets with Tripfactory, enjoyed throughout with timely transfers and no frills arrangements. No issues faced at all.

First of all i would like to thank tripfactory for providing us with a comfortable journey and a good value to our price paid. We booked a Kerela Trip with these guys and it went all well. On the first day there was certain confusion regarding the pick up timings but then they made up for their mistake and the rest tour was lovely. The driver Nawab was an experienced and well behaved person who took care of our comforts during the whole trip. We also visited places which were not included in our itinery. We came back happy and refreshed from a delightful Kerela trip. I would surely recommend these guys and special thanks to Salman Khan the tour coordinator. He has been on his toes with our demands even at midnight.
