Hi,

Couple of observations:
1. The room which was allotted in HK during the first leg of my stay was very bad and cramped. Though it said Deluxe and the hotel staff said they have given an upgrade, the Room was very small and was cramped. I am stating this comparing the room given to my friends in the different hotel of the same group and the room given to me itself during my second leg.
2. My trip could have been a little better planned had my adviser updated me on few of the atractions and their closures, especially the water show at Maccau.
3. At Maccau, I traveled in and out from the Maccau - HK Ferry terminal, though there was one more Ferry Terminal (Tepai) which was very close to the hotel where I was staying.
Overall a good experience, but could have been much better if there was little more detailing given by the trip adviser.

Had a beautiful time with my wife at andaman. Overall experience with trip factory is good, all trip coordinators and Sanjeet are helpful. I have booked 4 nights 5 days trip to andaman and slightly modified it. Sanjeet helped me a lot but at the time of booking I felt a bit irritating, when I have put an enquiry tripfactory told me an amount and after 2 days when I recheck and about to confirm it I have found that total amount increased by 2k. Tripfactory told me that I should put an initial booking as token, else it might increase more, reason behind that is they have to block hotel rooms and flight tickets for me. Apart from that trip was good.

Shiva did a wonderful job.
Trip factory did a good job by coordinating our visits to various Islands in proper manner. The boat tickets were ready well before our journey. So we could cover all the places we wished to visit.
Since tripfactory quoted less, I was little confused while making the full payment. But their service was excellent when compared to other tour operators who charged much higher. The a/c rooms they provided were excellent ones.
The drivers were friendly. Due to time limitation, I could not collect my Scooba diving videos, which the TF co ordinator took pain to collect it and deliver it to me the next day and that too in a different Island. I will definitely suggest Tripfactory .

It's great interacting with Alok and tripfactory in general. This is the second trip that I made with them and the overall experience had been fantastic. In India, you expect to have issues on the ground particularly with drivers for which one would have control and I did have my share of bad experience as well. However, the way the situation had been handled by Alok, Tripfactory and their partners is commendable. In deed, their nice gestures and professional approach made us to forget those few incidents and made the over experience a memorable one.

The trip was amazing. A complete trip. The timing and the arrangements made by the team were outstanding. The hotels selected were comfortable and beautiful than I expected. The cab driver was polite and helpful. We enjoyed the complete trip. This was the first time when I booked an online trip. The trip was superb...everything was arranged properly. We enjoyed our stay in Andamans. Thanks to Sarah for always helping us when we had doubts. Only thing which i need to highlight is the tickets in Govt Ferry were not together...and the hotels in Havelock were not upto mark of 3 star hotels & since few networks are not available there people should be informed well in advance.
Rest all was fantastic!!

Had a great time!!

Overall it was a good trip. We did not face any problems. The car from Big Travels & driver Ramesh were very good. All hotels were fine - especially Rio Merdien in Mysore & Carnival Resort in Kodaikanal.
Hotel Darshan in Ooty & M-3 Boutique hotels were not upto the mark & I suggest you avoid these in future with other guests.
Rest everything was great & well executed & we enjoyed a lot.
This was out 3rd trip with Trip factory & we have already booked the 4th Trip to Himachal in June 2017.
The fact that we are repeatedly coming back is ample proof that we endorse you & the way you handle things.

The whole was trip was super and funny. Driver clinton was very kind and punctual. Please inform the tourist to book the boating tickets in thekady through online since the tickets are not available there. Hotels are clean nd near.. Especially I cloud resort was fantastic. Boat house was super but only the water available for bathing is saltwater. Thank you Bhavya for arranging a wonderful trip...

I had my apprehensions when initiating my communication with Tripfactory... However at the end of the tour I am really satisfied and happy for the arrangements made through the local agency at Srilanka... Only thing is kindly ensure with Tripfatory about the scope of Visa for any packages chosen across the world... Still I would recommend Tripfactory !!!!

The trip was really good. To start off , we landed in Chandigarh and got picked up . The innova which was provided was good and the driver was very humble and friendly. We stayed at RV continental in Amritsar which was not in a good locality and the facilities were sort of ok. I would rate 3.5/5. Driver did not have too much information about Amritsar local but he was able to ask and find. We moved to Katra and the stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are not on par with a 3 star hotel. Some rooms are situated right next to an upcoming building and there is no ventilation. Staff was friendly and it was a walkable distance from Rly Station.I would rate 4/5. For Mata Vaishnodevi darshan you can either walk ,11kms uphill or take horse/pony or go by Palki/Doli or by helicopter. Helicopters are almost impossible to book since its booked 2 months in advance. You can go half way upto Adhkuvari (6.5km) and then choose to go by Electric auto(daytime only) . While descending you can go and enquire helicopter since many people only book one way heli.
We then went to Pahalgam and stayed at Hamdard resort which was really nice. Its a small resort but clean with facilities. Rate 4.5/5. We then went to Srinagar and stayed at Badyari resort. First of all this resort is in a swampy location by the Dal lake. The road reaching to the resort is all dug up and dirty. The staff here is friendly . But for some reason the towels were smelly and rooms were not cleaned even after multiple requests. Again not a 3 star worthy place. I would rate 3/5. When you are visiting places in Kashmir just be wary or Horse/Pony rides and guides. Most of the times a guide is not needed at all and if you can walk about a kilometer then avoid a horse since these guys charge too much and on top they ask for Baksheesh. We visited Gulmarg and ski . Luckily we got snowfall in Sonmarg since it was a rainy day . For pure vegetarians , you dont have to worry since right from Amritsar till Gulmarg or Sonmarg you will have plenty of pure veg restaurants. Even in Srinagar you have vegetarian restaurants.

but hotel Symphony Palms Beach Resort , Pls do not book this hotel as this is very unprofessional management .

travel agent is very cooperative during entire Sightseeing but still I am recommending that makcrzz is best options for 1 Island to another . Gov Ferry is V. Bad.

Also I have requested for My 1st anniversary cake which was not arranged anywhere in Neil Island or Havelock so Yasmeen Pls note As you said that driver will arranged but he doesn't.

overall I am happy with Indigo Flight ambience and jet for free breakfast service .
