trip factory made the Andaman trip truly amazing..i was made comfortable at every instance. from the time of booking till i returned " RAJSHREE PRABHU" brilliantly handles affairs. i would like to give credit to Shahrukh and his team in Andaman for managing it wonderfully. When u travel with three kids u need comfort and i got that. again thanks " RAJSHREE PRABHU" for taking utmost care. there are couple of points though i would like to put forward..
1. I was misinformed that we dont get AC cars in havelock and neil island which was untrue, never give this info as there is AC in every car and they are ready to switch it on.
2. I was also told the buffet rates of meals in havelock and neil would be 1350/- per person though they were quite less. again a misinfo.
Rest the trip was well orchestrated and kudos to Tripfactory team,

This company is FANTASTIC! I highly recommend using them. They were very easy to communicate with and really listened to the experience I wanted to have. All emails and phone calls were always answered within a day, usually less. They had answers to every question I had (and I had A LOT) and were spot on with their answers. We absolutely loved our experience.

Sourav has a arranged the trip so well be it the hotels he has chosen, sticking to the itinerary as promised and the logistics he has proved, everything was tuned good and are provided on time. The entire trip was a great experience without any hassles. Suggest everyone to go for a personal cab so that you can stop at scenic locations at will and capture the moments. Travel the word iam so found of especially when it comes to travelling to my own country- kerala, slightly disgraceful to say being a mallu my visit to my own country was limited due to many personal reason. So now why and how?.. So its my elder son vacation and we had to plan some place to make him happy, after all the exploration on places I landed up with Kerala. And started the next hunt of how and where with family. That’s how I landed with Trip Factory. The Entire Team is very dedicated to their clients.. Leena was my first spoc from this team . Believe me she was handling me very calm and patience and briefing me through the process and she used to give me the comfort feel one looks in when they are wanting to take such package. Any doubts in the literary she used to clarify. And she made sure she does not disturb me when iam busy at my office hours.. So once I decided to go with Trip factory. The process flow is simply superb. So I did my initial payout then I received my complete confirmation from all the hotels and driver updates. Very good at process.
Then the level moved from Leena the Bobby ( Trip Coordinator ) who was helping us with all required updates. Starting from my pick up till my last drop he was able to support us completely.
Our driver ( Anil ) in crime ( hahahah ) a lovely individual, was very friendly and very patience in driving knowing we are with family especially with a little one of age 2 I didn’t have to worry on BABY ON BOARD at all ..so careful and so pleasant in handling us.

Overall the experience was very good. However we thought it could have been better planned by Tripfactory and the Local travel agency.

Monday 16th May - flight was from Chennai in the afternoon, reached Portblair at 3pm, then rest of the evening at Portblair Jail with light show. This day was Ordinary, since we didn't like the Jail and the lighting show. You can create a package without this jail and lighting show since lot of people go to andaman just to see the beaches.

Tuesday 17th May - Delayed boat to neil island. So Lost couple of hours due to which we didn't get Lunch in the Neil island hotel since we reached the hotel by around 3pm only. From 3pm onwards in Neil island Laxmanpur beach - This was worth it, very good.

Wednesday 18th May - Exploring Neil Island in the morning - Visited Bharatpur beach, Paid extra for the water sport as it wasn't in the itinary, and visited Sitapur beach and natural coral bridge in 3 hours - So it was all touch and go, didn't get enough time to relax in the beach. Afternoon transfer to Eldorado hotel in Havelock. Could have included more time for each of the beaches or add a water sport in the itinery.

Thursday 19th May - Breakfast at El Dorado Hotel was not good enough, explored Elephant beach with speed boat n snorkelling which was awsome and got enough time, Watersport snorkelling was included in the itinery but we had to pay extra to spent more time exploring the corals. In the evening we spent lot of time In Kalapathar beach which was not good enough. All in all Very good but Kalapathar beach could have been avoided.

Friday 20th May: Breakfast again was not good, same as the previous day. Explored Radhanagar beach but spent very less time there. This is the best beach of Andaman. we spent there from 11:30a.m. to 1:30p.m. only because cab arrived at 11 am only and dropped back for return journey at jetty at 2pm which was very early for the return boat trip - 2 hours before departure of ship, 1 hour before check in. If cab had come very early like 8:30 a.m., we would have got more time at Radhanagar Beach. Returned to Portblair hotel in the afternoon, nothing in the itinery for the rest of the evening.

Saturday 21st May: Board back to Chennai from Portblair in the afternoon. Nothing in the itinery for the morning which is fine as this was 5 night trip.

Overall Rating: 4/5

Coordinators in Andaman was also very helpful, they had taken us to all places like a family member.

And finally Andaman is really beautiful,
Radhanagar beach is best one we spend one full day in that beach
Jolly bouy island is beyond our imagination, try to do snorkling and glass bottom ride thr. No where else you will see this much color full corals .
Elephant beach is good for water sports, you can spend only 2.5 hours thr
Bharathpur beach is good one with clams waves
Wandoor beach has got good scenery , you wont see such a beautiful view anywhere else in Andaman
Try to opt for Govt ferry, you can walk every where in that boat, you can go up even to captains cabin. You will never feel sea sickness in that. its not that clean but has got AC and fans.
We tried Makruz for return from havlock to protblair, Ship looks good ,clean but you wont enjoy anything, from staring on words you will feel sea sickness and vomiting, As per locals ship is made of fiber so it will shake more. travelling in Mackurz was the only bad thing we did in Andaman

Only there was problem in Ooty Hotel. Please do not recommend this hotel to any one now onwards.

Hi Albert, it was great fun and arrangement by TripFactory (you in particular) were outstanding.
Right from Flights to Hotels to Local trip/facilities were brilliant.
Overall I rate your services as Outstanding.
My only feedback rather recommendation is to offer Room Types to customer when they book as when you check-in Hotel/Resot you see more superior rooms which could have been opted. Example in Havelock Symphony Palms CASA Rooms were very good but Resort has an option of Lagoons which are located on beach.
Overall it was great fun with your services and will definitely plan more trips with TRIP FACTORY.

The flights, Hotel accommodation, the support team on Ground and in Bangalore, the Price, everything was above expectation. Only issue was the food. But it is minor as compared to the Joy and Happiness i could provide to my family on this trip thanks to Trip Factory. the travel was awesome , the hotels were also awesome except at thekkady and the driver was not flexible to pick up us on places such as sunset point, at zoo and some other places, so we were disappointed due to the driver's attitude and he was very calculated at kilometres except that he was good and cooperative.

Great experience with Trip Factory. First of all trip package amount was lowest. All the things were great as they had promised before the trip. They had provided great hotel and cab. The overall experience was great. Going to book my next package with Sourav & Trip Factory.

First of all i wz not sure about the trip factory ..coz they doesn't hav any office in mumbai nd i hav to pay total amount before the trip...so it waz a risk..bt that risk had paid me off..it waz a wonderfull nd lifetime experience trip..from the first hotel v reachd tll drop to the airport v r tenshn free ..all the hotels ver good nd exellent..nd the most important the driver (venu) was the best..from sightseing to hotels each nd every thing it was best..nd more important it was the best rate v had get it..clinton is the best advisor.

I have completed my himachal trip last week and given below are my feedback.

The overall experience was your arrangement was very good.

1. The flight arrangement was perfect and does not need any improvement as it's standard one. The jet flight was perfect

2. The taxi arrangement was very good. His timing punctuality was on time. His behaviour was overall satisfactory. I was upset with the taxi keeping AC off in Philly areas. While this was standard procedure in hilly areas, however you should make your customers aware that the AC will be off in hilly areas. While the AC is off and windows are down in hilly areas then the customers dressing and get up changes due to air movement in the car, and we felt tired when the taxi was moving with AC off. Otherwise no complaints with the taxi and driver.

3. The hotel sukh Sagar in shimla was good as we were allotted the beat room and the arrangements and the buffet food was very good. You should suggest this hotel to your future customers

4. The hotel devlok in manali was not up to the mark. While the location was OK but it was not near the hills. The staff was not very cooperative. While breakfast and dinner was included in the package but there was lot of restrictions in ordering the breakfast and dinner as it was room service. You should not suggest this hotel to your future customers. Also while checking out the hotel staff was not having any information whether our stay was a package deal.

5. The hotel anand palace in Dharmshala was the best one we found as the rooms were very good and food was buffet and there was no complaints. very good hotel.

6. The megha view hotel in Dalhousie was good in location but the quality of hotel was not at all good. It was a very basic type hotel and you should not suggest it to your future customers.

Am overall satisfaction with your tour package and suggested to many of my friends for booking trios from you

Trip was well organized. Co-ordinators, drivers were very helpful. Neil Island could be skipped in future trips as it is not worth to spend entire day. Havelock was the best and sports activities were superb!!! Thanks Tripfactory for organising such a memorable trip.☺
