The trip went off smooth and full marks to the local coordinator (Mr. Shahrukh) at Port Blair. Except for an arduous wait at North bay which was more because of the local motor boat transportation (Blue sea line), rest of the travel arrangements were very good. Local on road transportation was fantastic.

Overall Trip Was Good, Flights were good, Hotel was awesome. Breakfast was superb, but should have included Dinner as well. Great Trip in nice budget. But sourav was little bit confused while Webb checkin process.

Had a great time, the package by trip factory was a value for money deal. Be it hotel selection for accommodation or arrangement for logistics wrt daily tours/ inter island transfer , everything was upto satisfaction.

We stayed in Hotel J(at Port Blair) during first two days. Roomso were good & food is probably the best in town. Only issue was absence of bar in the hotel. Also to mention, breakfast buffet wasn't that great but not bad either. Staff/our tour cordinator at Port bliar were very understanding, and always available 24x7.
Corbyn's beach, North bay & Ross island are the major attractions there.
Apart from that must visit Ghandi park in d city during eve. And pink fly lounge bar at Hotel Shompen. Worth mentioning that on last day after returning from Havelock, we stayed at Hotel Shompen. A better property than Hotel J but food wasn't as good as John hotel.

Havelock is a place to spend atleast 3-4 days. A very calm and sere place having Lot of beaches, resorts, firangs(mix of normal and hippie culture) and water sport u have all there. We stayed in Symphony Palm beach resort, a 4 start property having pvt beach. Everything was good about this property.. be it cottages, food or bar. Apart from visiting various beaches (Radhakrishna beach, elephanta beach, kala lather beach) & doing water sports.. scuba, snorkeling, beach walk and other water activity, one also has lot of resteraunt to visit in d city especially. During night. Silver sand resort is also a must visit for a beachside lunch or beach side candlelight dinner.

Regarding hotels

Fortune J P Palace: Value for money, a very good hotel in the heart of city and close to almost all tourist attractions which saves good amount of time of journey.

Hotel Fortune Sullevan Court: it's has old charm kind of heritage property maintened by modern amenities. I will not recommend this place to other guests because rooms are small, not clean, asked for room freshener atleast twice. Food was average, staff was OK but Mysore staff was better than Sullevan Court. This hotel was not value for money.

Regarding Journey: it was fantastic, no issues at all.

Everything was excellent except the stay in Munnar. What I felt that Dewdrop resort is not suitable for families. Though service was good but frequent power cut was unbearable. They do have inverter but not operational all the time. During one midnight there was a power cut and when i stepped out of my room it was total black and scary with no one at reception. Had to move back in room without any option. Later after about an hour got power since i made a call to the owner of the hotel at 3 midnight. :(. Except that experience rest everything was exceptional. Thanks to KirthyRaj for giving us such a wonderful package. Minus 1 star is only because scary night experience and regular power cut at Dewdrop, Munnar.

My husband and I booked a four night package to Kashmir which included, flights, accommodation, sightseeing, transfers and MAP plan meals at the hotels through Pradeep Mishra of Trip factory. We had a memorable experience and it exceeded our expectations. Pradeep looked after us from the time of the booking till the completion of our trip. He contacted us every day even while we were on tour to check if things were to our expectations and we were enjoying our tour. He also got us an excellent driver (Mehraj) who spoke very good english and hindi. and was very calm, patient and drove the van very smoothly. The meals too under MAP plan were great. I would highly recommend Pradeep Mishra for his services provided to us during this vacation. It was a worry free vacation. If I were to take a vacation again in future I would no hesitation to contact Pradeep and go through Trip factory. I got an excellent deal. I will always remember this vacation when I return back to Canada.

Trip was Overall Good. Few Points to be noted;

1. Backend operations have to be improved drastically at Trip factory. too many mistakes in booking and the itinerary. right from booking flights to confirmation vouchers.( which we got at the last hour; drivers details shared at boarding of flight after calling the backend office and Mr.Pradeep).

2. Please don't pass three star hotel as five star hotels.....it is very unfair.

3. Cheating and fleecing by the local guides, drivers could have been warned in advance.


Overall we had a good trip; could have been better with slightly better quality hotels (I don't mind paying more; anyways the website books on some initial payments and then confirms on full payment only). Thanks to Mr.Pradeep for all the help. Next time i will look forward for a better planning from the "back- office"

It was a wonderful trip, and everything was covered as per Itenary, but Rooms at Havelock was very average, and also there was no other option to add/modify certain activities and also Rooms on the final day were asked to check out at 8 AM were we had four more hours to spend before flight, one last thing is first and last day of the trip was spent only on travel and not much of activities.

But trip was so amazing thanks for all the support.

It was a brilliant experience right from the start of planning the holiday till the end. Though we were sure of our destination Pradeep had been really helpful in suggesting options that could suit our requirements and nothing better than what we finally confirmed. Being in Hospitality industry myself I can understand there is a lot goes behind the scenes to prepare & confirm even the simplest of Itineraries. Kudos to the promptness with detailed itinerary including the Car/driver details and his approach of being available at all times, follow up once we reached the destination & post the trip.

Hi, Thank you for organizing my wonderful trip to Manali. The trip was flawless and I got good discount from trip adviser(Priti). Our family enjoyed whole trip like food, accommodation, site seeing etc. Priti taken care all the requirements very well.
The tour coordinator at Manali Mr Rajeev is very cooperative and planned very well the sports activity like paragliding, river rafting, ice skating etc. I particularly thank him to recover my costly camera which I forgot to take it after our tea on the way to Manali using his good network. No negative but may be better accommodation but the view from hotel is awesome.

Mr. Ashiq is a thorough gentleman patient & pandered to our every need...All the arrangements were meticulously detailed & we have had the time of our lives..so sad we have return to reality today.
The itinerary covered everything from "Snow to Sunshine" the flexibility allowed us to make impromptu stops like the excavated temple from 800 Ad by King Avantivarman & of course we all have shopped till we dropped.

Everything was absolutely fine. Probably could have gone for better hotels. Apart from that everything was good including the driver was very much aware of the location and he was very courteous and always there on time.

One of the best location anyone can go to. ANDAMAN NICOBAR. I havnt gone on a package trip for years this time decided to take a call on that as we havent seen the place before. this trip was so well organised it was unbelievable.Ii have heard people cribbing when they go on such trips about co ordination and stuff. but this Agent got everything so easy that we din have to even think about anything. they have amazing ppl on board with so much patience and chivalry. I m looking forward on planning another trip soon with TripFactor.
