Dear Alok, thanks for such a memorable tour. All hotels except one in Dharamshala were nice (that one in dharamshala was not bad exactly but was somewhat below expectations). We had a pleasant stay. Driver was friendly. Airline (jet airways) as usual outstanding.
Alok I am happy with your service. I definitely come to you to plan my next trip.

Our trip to Andaman was both refreshing and enjoyable. The tour was well organized and the coordinators were all very kind and humble in their approach. The selection of rooms were apt and we were never put to inconvenience. Overall, it was a value for money and apart from recommending for friends and alike, I am eagerly waiting to book my next trip with Trip Factory!

I booked 2 trips from Tripfactory for my Brother-In Law for his honeymoon, and this was one among them.

Initially I was bit concerned about the trip because I was using TripFactory for the first time.

But the trip was absolute & perfectly planned,I did not face even a single issue during the entire trip.

Regarding Nidhi, she was very approachable and very kind too.

overall Trip Experience was good,
food quality is not good as expected, and at daramshala hotel booking was not confirmed but one client left hotel early so they accommodated that room to us but room was not in good condition.
Driver was friendly and drive very well.
didn't able to go to Rohtang Pass.
Looking forward to many more trips from TripFactory!

Shimla hotel was great as compare to Manali.
Your Company must provide details of driver and iternary in time if any last time changes has been done.
Copany must provide Travel Guide for cities in detail by searching real time changes there.
Mr.Sourav was very helpful and cooperative.
There Honeymoon Trip was Very Memorable and great.

We have really enjoyed the trip and appreciate the arrangements made by trip factory. Would recommend to provide better accommodation at Srinagar. However , accommodation & hospitality at Apple Tree at Gulmarg and Woods Resort (Pine Cliff Resort) was great.

I can say I am almost content with overall experience though there was some hiccups on the first day itself. But it was solved quickly once I got in touch with TripFactory team (It is a bit difficult). Mr. Pradip Das, Mr. Nasir Guroo and above all CEO Vinayjee were very helpful and they acted promptly. I know it is a vast customer oriented industry and needs constant reinventing of things. So I put below my few observations on positive note..

Improvement needed -
Customer Service and back office people (They have not yet responded my emails)
The contact person should be available or in touch ( Not happend in my case. I had to call again n again with no results)
The curt language used in chat window which could b little soft with curtsy.
The Stay and Food quality at Gulmarg and sonmerg was below expectation.
If the airline is lowcost like INDIGO and food is not served in flight then it should b told beforehand.

I am willing to give these people another chance for improvement on certain factors and areas. And I will certainly go on another tour with Trip Factory in near future hoping they will take note of my observations.

Memorable trip with good tour Manager , nice properties to stay , its value for money !!!!

Had a very good experience of booking my Kashmir trip with Tripfactory. Initially was bit skeptical about the services,since booked a holiday first time online, but all doubts vanished once we reached Kashmir.Traveled with family with kid and senior citizens but did not face any problems. Overall a good job by Fouzia Sultana in arranging the tour. Good service provided by tripfactory local operator in Kashmir.
Would definitely like to mention Mr.Bilal, our cab driver cum guide. Excellent service by him. Very helpful and stayed with us throughout the tour. Acted as a driver cum guide for us. Good behaviour.
Srinagar Hotel: Royal Khazir- Overall good experience. Very good service by the restaurant staff. Only let down was that we got rooms at the back which has no views except the high boundary wall.
Pahalgam Hotel: Hotel Baisaran- Very good location and services. Only let down were the hard pillows. Carry your pillows if you are going to this place. ;-)
Srinagar return hotel: Our srinagar return hotel was upgraded from Hotel star of kashmir to Hotel Shefaf which was a newly constructed hotel . Neat and clean with decent service. Happy to get the upgrade.

Overall a good experience booking with Tripfactory. More hotel options should be included for booking.

Only one problem i.e., Hotels which you booked. They are not suitable for us & trip factory (both hotels Port Blair & Havelock. Food was worst. We are from south indian, at least we should get some south indian food.

On Saturday we have vacated room morning @ 8 AM and the activity visiting Elephant beach got completed by 12.30 PM. And the return journy Makruzz cruise will start @t 3.45 PM. Nearly 3 hours we have spent on road side, which was horrible.

One thing I can appreciate... he is the tour co-coordinator, his support was simply superb... Last day we have got 5 hours free time. We have planned one activity i.e., Coral Safari. I have requested him to arrange vehicle, he said it is not part of the the package and we have booked the auto and finished activity...

Except Hotels, trip was excellent... really enjoyed the whole family...

Thank you TripFactory for such a wonderful trip experience. Everyone involved with orgamizing this trip was very professional and did their job in timely manner.

Communicating with your travel expert, Mr Albert was a delight. He helped a lot in customizing the trip for me with this valuable and spot on suggestions. The guys at Havelock and Port Blair were also very friendly and professional.

Looking forward to many more trips from TripFactory!

Good in all respects.. Provided vehicle and driver are extremely good.. Hotels ., places visit also good .. Except the food in hotel ... I love this trip and I recommend the people to go with trip factory

It was an nice experience visiting Munnar and Allepy. Mr.Kirthy raj from trip factory helped me in planning my initial stages of my tour itinerary.
Once I reached Munnar the tour Operator Mr.Bobbin was spot on!! from picking up to airport and during all aspects of my 3 days trip.
Icloud dew drops hotel I stayed in munnar for two days was nice except for the Hot water issue but their response is very fast and helpful.
My tour driver Mr.Salal was open minded and told me all the plus and minus of visiting my tour itinerary places and his driving skills was wow!!

The trip was well arranged by alok sharma.only drawback was that the hotel management of sitara international was not uptomark.we had booked 3 rooms,but when we reached there,they told us that they had confirmation of only 2 rooms from their head office.then they gave a room in a nearby hotel.The maintenance was deficient at the above hotel.the stay at shimla and chandigarh was good. The personnel at trip factory are very helpful.they will take your call and reply to the messages at any time.they will give you good suggestions to save money and optimise your trip. I will recommend alok sharma at trip factory for your travel needs.
