We travelled to Kashmir using the trip factory and the trip was organised and coordinated by Yasmeen Taj of Trip factory. The trip was very well organised and the hotels selected were also very good. The places selected and the tour coordinator at Kashmir Mr.Mushtaque was very very helpful in taking us to all the places and was well behaved. Overall the experience was very enjoyable and would definitely would like to prefer trip factory for our future travels.

I want to express my appreciation for the wonderful coordination of the tripfactory team throughout my Gangtok-Darjeeling vacation. Everyone including Sameer, Kaushik, Sanjay , Hotel Staff and Cab drivers were incredibly helpful polite courteous and careful to make our experience the most memorable holiday we have ever been on. Especially Mr. Kaushik, he surely deserves a raise :). Keep doing the great work guys. The experience was far better than makemytrip and more economical than self arranged trips. Absolute treat !

We have been to Ladakh from 7th June 2016 to 15th June 2016. The arrangement done by Trip Factory Sourav Sir is excellent. We had a pleasant experience throughout the trip. The driver Tashi Bhai and Gurmet Bhai from the local agent Camps of Ladakh is great in helping us. Both took us to all the places and given us the ample time to visit and do the shopping. Hotels and Camps arranged by them are decent and good. Thank you Trip Factory and Sourav Sir for providing us the Memorable Trip.

Shri Mishra had been very helpful with positive approach. Was always available when contacted. Especially when I was in personal he supported me and extended help,

Everything was well arranged but there is a missing of guide and the driver is worst which we had. Apart from the driver all other arrangements is good.


Pahalgam Hotel (Habib Hotel) Service is not good and food is also bad. Not worth of 3 star. Please don't suggest this hotel again to anyone.

Overall trip was excellent. Hotels, tents and food are awesome. It is really a amazing trip with least budget. No follow-up is required.

The trip was excellent. The guy ryaz our driver was the best.his behaviour to us is like a family member. All the hotels in the tour are good except hotel grand habib in srinagar.overall the tour was best.we enjoy every day of stay.

One recommendation- trip factory can recommend some basic medicines to carry for Leh like vomitting and mountain sickness so that people can take these medicine from day1. Seems this important for all travelers traveling from Delhi directly through flight.

We travelled to Munnar for a 5 days and 4 nights package which includes 2nights in Munnar, 1night in Thekkady, 1 night in Allepey and the trip went so nice and The cab driver assigned to us was very decent and excellent. Trip factory is the best, safe and treats customers very good.

The tour was amazing. We enjoyed the places . The hotels were good. The cab driver assigned to us was very decent and excellent. The food served at the hotels was good. We had a bad experience at Hotel Surya International, Manali on the first day. They provided us a room with lot of mosquitoes and noise. The room was facing the main road. However, they changed the room, the next day. Snow Hermitage Resort has a good building but maintenance was not up to the mark. There was no lift and they made us to climb three floors. Except these two negative things, the trip was very good. From Manali I contacted Mr. Rajesh of Tripfactory. He responded well and asked the Hotel Surya International to change the room.
Overall the tour was very good and arranged well.
