It was an amazingly awesome trip. Everything was well organized right from the escorting from and dropping back to airport. The Hotel was very good provided with all the comfort and arrangements were made perfectly. Logistics faltered little bit during Burj Khalifa entry as they had forgot to bring the entry tickets and that delayed a little bit and kept us waiting for an hour. Apart from that everything went smoothly without any hassles.

If anyone plans to go to Dubai, I would highly recommend Trip Factory. Shruthi C was our travel expert who organized the trip and she planned and executed flawlessly. Big Kudos to Trip Factory !!!!

Hi, this was our first tour with Trip factory , indian team is excellent, support was very nice, specially 'Fouzia' was very helpful and attentive, Dubai was also good, but some incidence of miscommunication happen ed, drivers who pickup from hotel and drop us to location was not very communicative about the return pick up place this leads to confusion.

Overall trip was good , hotels were good.

Your india operation are good and help ful , also Dubai Royal Arabia was good , all site seeing done with ease, hotels were good, one suggestion that do not keep city tour and Desert safari on same day , we got only 30 min between both the trips for lunch due much delay of schedule to end the city tour. Instead keep Marina show instead of safari pick will be in the evenings.
Also Dubai operation found that not much punctual about tour timing and have less control over the time tour as our city tour ending delayed by about 90 min late. Dubai persons who was calling us was seems to be inexperience. Only 'sayali' seems to be matured and experience. Car pickup was also not on given time and excuse given is the city traffic. This has to improve . Sim card given is without balance so tourist can't call them or. Whatsapp can be used in hotel promises , whenever form out side we try to use whatsapp , we could not due to non availability of internet connectivity. 90 % work done is good , only minor improvement required

Amazing! All necessary information was communicated to us in advance. The pickup and drop was always on time. People managing the tour were courteous and helpful.

The Dubai city tour however lacked effective communication by the tour guide.

Had organised a trip to Dubai with Trip factory. Falak ws my organiser. The trip was well organised and customised as per my requirements.

Overall has a good experience. All bookings, pick- ups , drops were well on time. Falak was quite prompt with her reverts.

Help on detailed cost structure will help. Also accommodating some last minute requirements should be paid attention to coz it’s the tour guys who know the best, travellers are new so tour operators should ideally give appropriate suggestions.

Trip to Dubai was a gift to my parents and they really enjoyed it.
To start with the tour description, let me start with the booking phase. Miss Shruthi had been really helpful and was really dedicated to make changes as per my requirements. She was also well aware about Dubai and hence, was able to make quality suggestions for the trip. So 5 out of 5 rating for her. The trip portal was self descriptive and i could check the booking progress as per my convenience.
The trip was well planned and all deliverables stated in the brochure were provided true to the word.
But, there were few hiccups too. My parents are not tech savvy so the communication between them and tour operators was little patchy and somehow my parents missed the transfer back to airport. So it would be really great if Tripfactory could sensitise the on-field operators in these special cases.
Nevertheless, the trip was really great and i would really like to plan my future travels with Tripfactory. Kudos!

This was my Ist trip with Tripfactory. Must admit, I was a bit nervous about the service delivery, however I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of the tour managers. Special thanks to Fouzia our travel expert from Trip factory. We went for a family vacation to Dubai on a customised 4N/5D tour in end of Jan, 2018. Tickets, visa were processed smoothly. Payment gateways of the site were nice. All the escorted tours like marina dhow cruise, Burj khalifa 124th floor, desert safari etc happened as per schedule. No surprises as such. SIC transfers to hotel and airport were timely and in good & spacious transport. Local tour operators in Dubai were mainly Indians or Pakistanis, so communication was easy. Hotel was decent, buffet spread ok. Areas of improvement
1. Desert safari - Dune bashing should be started earlier, we wasted almost an hour doing nothing as none of us were interested in quad biking. By the time we finished dine bashing, it was sunset and other activities like camel ride etc could not be done as the program had started for BBQ dinner. Also, many tour operators had dedicated desks or support staff during the program to help guests, ours didn't have. Also this venue was so overcrowded, there was almost stampede when snacks and dinner were served.
2. Local operator contact person should debrief on arrival at hotel. Sometimes direct communication helps (the WA group created was almost non functional)

We had booked 6N/7D days Dubai tour package with trip factory, We were not sure about the services of tour operator since this is the first time we are booking any trip with them but we would like the prompt responses by Ms.Priti Kumari and Team,

The tour is definitely a value for money deal. We enjoy a lot, awesome tour with good experience and arrangements. Along with these every hotel (Specially Atlantis the palm - Imperial club Room) cars and everything was very good.

I have taken a package of Dubai from Ms Shreya Nair from Trip Factory. I would love to appreciate the efforrt made by Shreya for making my this international trip so wonderful. The trip was well managed. We have been provided with the entire information regarding the destination and properties which we had to visit over there. A great and full time assistance and time to time guidance was provided by Ms shreya. I was travelling with my wife and it was amazing because everyone over there were really supportive. Shreya has provided me with the detailed information about Indian food courts and made whats app groups, so we did not face any problem in that as wel. I was initially reluctant with these guys stating can I trust these guys for my 1st international trip?

Then came LADY GAGA my trip advisor Falak, I chewed her brains 50 plus times as I wanted best of offer, best of itterny, best of hotels she was very helpful all times with patience giving all required information with detailed information more than required, they never assumed that I was aware and reiterated all information a to z.

Booked for my Dubai trip on 18th January 2018.

Days neared to my travel and I was very scared that I have not met them ! is my travel organised? Went to Emirates site validated my tickets, logged in to UAE visa app and validated my visa, called Hyatt regency at Dubai validated my hotel booking and this gave my bit comfort.

Finally day arrived., Was surprised by calls by staff 

1) Gentleman called me and created what's up group and said you have any issues anytime post the message and we will get into action.

2) Received 2nd call for travel giving whom to contact at Dubai, what to carry in flight, what not to carry, what time i am required to come to airport, process to follow a detailed plan .

3)Call now from Sweet lady falak reiterated above information

4) Received all coupons via email.

5) Received call from their international correspondence office and reiterated itterny and shared number of trip coordinator.

6) Arrived at airport things went smother and on landing at Dubai, could see my name board held by them greeted at airport and envelope containing Dubai map,  contact details and local sim card preactivated.

7) Another what's up group created by them and was so accessible messages sent at even midnight was answers instantly.


Every single day I was kept informed about journey and no confusions or missouts

Guys you Rock and my going forward preference is only TRIP FACTORY and Falak particularly.

Dubai trip was our first experience with Tripfactory. It was fantastic. All the arrangements were well taken care of and the service of Royal Arabian was really fantastic. Holiday Inn Express where we were accommodated was very nice, but in an isolated place. My suggestion is that you should provide hotels in the city centre, so that we can spend our free time properly.

Our trip to dubai was very good. Travel stay n also the city tour was very comfortable.

Overall, the trip was fantastic and could manage the whole itinerary as planned. I did get the whole package at a good deal which encourages me to recommend this company to others and for my next trip. Special thanks to Falak for being there for every query we had and helped eliminate all the anxiety we had.

I would suggest as a room for improvement, to have the same team to handle our queries while we are in our destination country. The agent in Dubai was not helping us around and we could not contact Indian numbers from there.
Although Falak gave us the option to contact her in case of any queries, international calls were expensive to get this reported.
Another suggestion would be to avoid Fridays while having trip to UAE as shops are all closed during till afternoon.
Driver came late on 1 day resulted in a rush to finish of the planned trip for the day.

On an overall, I would recommend Falak to be my agent for the next trip and would rethink if there is no such option.

I booked a tour to Dubai with Trip Factory. Maria Priyadarshini gave regular updates & information during our planning stages. We also revised our plans several times but she was patient & followed up with us to check if she had our dates/plans correct as we had made several changes.

I had read a lot of mixed / negative feedback but can say that we had a GREAT experience considering that they are located in a different city from where I am. We created a whatsapp group & communication was easy.

Also the Dubai Agent - Royal Arabian - great service.

Recently i had been to Dubai through Trip Factory. Mr. Ranjeeth was my trip advisor. The professionalism he showed from sending me the quotation to the end of my tour was very good. The Trip Factory created a Whats App to be in touch with me for the complete tour. The selection of hotel and the other arrangements made were of highest standard. Even the pick up and drop to the hotel were perfect and punctual. We had a good stay and enjoyed the complete tour of Dubai to our satisfaction. Our trip coordinator in your office Ms. Falak Naaz took care of each and every aspect of our travel and ensured that all comforts were provided to us from the time we left Delhi (one person from Mumbai) and reached Kuwait and reached our destination Dubai together. She coordinated with the transport set-up for our timely pick up from the airport to the hotel. The hotel accommodation was very good and suiting our taste as regards amenities and facilities. The local trips/tours to night Safari, underwater world and to the Burj Khalifa all were fantastic and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The entire credit of our trip goes to our trip Coordinator Falak. All the best to her.

Our trip to Dubai was awesome and we enjoyed every bit of it. Deepak from Trip Factory especially has been very helpful and ensured that there was no show stopper at all to kill any bit of our excitement. The itinerary was well planned as well, just that one day was too exhaustive and could have been a little relaxed had some running around been avoided. There was also a bit of panic and unrest as we did not have our pick-up on time on one of the occasions and there was no information provided in advance about the pick up point or the driver details. Barring just this one incident, the trip was fantastic and I would surely turn to Trip Factory & Deepak again in the future. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!!
