We had a trip to Dubai in a month of Dec 17. The trip was booked on short notice and we had an overall wonderful experience by booking it through Trip Factory.

I came across Trip Factory through internet and asked quotes for my trip which they did it instantaneously. The best part was that TF was ready to customize the trip as per my requirement. After finalizing quotes and initial payment made, tickets were booked. TF designated one tour Manager (Varsha) who looks after the trip. The good part was once it was discussed that I will be doing remaining payment on xyz date, no one was bugging or reminding for a payment.

The trip started with a good note but had some inconvenience in flight. Here I must appreciate Varsha, Trip Manager and Amit CEO of the company who pitched in to rectify the inconvenience. This shows the USP of company where they are sticking to their promises and senior leadership is also monitoring the progress of the trip.

During trip we did not faced a problem except some slippage of timeline, which can be looked after. Overall excellent experience and I have already started recommending TF to my colleagues in Armed Forces.

My Dubai trip was fine, not any hassle.

Only issue is time management was not good.

On Bhruj Khalifa day the pickup was at 5 pm and entire day no activity. And after 5 pm time as not sufficient for under water, aquarium, Bhruj Khalifa, fountain. We have missed fountain show not able to see Dubai Mall main attraction Dinosaur skeleton and other parts of mall . If it was 1.30 pm pickup it would have being better and able to enjoy more.

Overall the Dubai trip was an enjoyable one. The pick up person at the airport had arrived on time. The staff during the trip were courteous and helpful. The pick up for the other itineraries during this trip was also mostly on time. No hassles throughout the entire trip. Recommended travel partner for me.

However, the quality of food served in the desert safari and the programs in the desert camp were below average. Though this is not a feedback for TripFactory, I would request them to communicate this to appropriate people so that the quality of food and cultural programs improve.

Another suggestion I would recommend is that TripFactory can give a complimentary local SIM card for international trips as having a local number helps in easy communication.

Positives:
- Quality of the package and offerings from Tripfactory. This includes hotel, Alexandria cruise, Desert Safari, etc.
- Information and all necessary documents shared prior to the trip
- Good firefighting / support (ex. Whatsapp Group creation) for emergency scenarios
- Good Travel SME who was responsive to all queries
- Good customer care team for support on all queries
- Competitive prices

Negatives
- Logistics Communication during the trip (and therefore a lot of firefighting required). - Overall communications at Onsite can be improved definitely
- No single point of contact on supplier side (therefore in these cases International Roaming is must which is a cost burden on the customer)
- Change in plan for the last day . Half day city tour was supposed to be followed by Dubai Mall but Turning point dropped us at hotel
- Delay in Burj Khalifa for which our plans changed
- Special care of tourists with children should be considered by Tripfactory

It was a great experience going to dubai with tripfactory as our travel partner. The travel expert was really cooperative and helped us as and when required ,even at midnight she was on call helping us. Wonderful experience.

Very well planned. My parents being senior citizens had amazing time in Dubai as entire trip was planned, designed considering their age and convenience. Surely recommend to all my known ones. We (a family of four) went to Dubai on 12-Dec-2017 through Trip Factory. All the arrangements were perfect. All the tours during our stay were conducted as per schedule. During the booking Madam Varsha Mohanty was quite helpful in providing all the documents before the start of the trip. Overall, the trip was very good.

I was not the tourist. I only booked this trip via tripfactory. I had inquired in many places and finally decided on TripFactory, primarily because they offered a better rated hotel than the others. Plus it looked like a startup since I haven't heard much about them, so I kind of had blind faith hoping they will be very keen to make everything work.

But, I was very nervous since I had booked the trip for someone else who are elderly and wold look very bad on me if they faced any issues.

But, since Day 1 to Day 7, I heard absolutely no complaints from them. I checked with the tourists everyday and they said the pickups came properly on time and the whole experience was very pleasant.

We also heard that the cost of the trip was also very fair / cheap, from some Dubai-ites.
I am totally delighted and I wold recommend TF heavily to all my friends even if I smell them planning for a trip.

Thanks team for arranging this wonderful trip where I could spent quality time with my family . I would really like to thank trip expert Ranjeeth for organizing the trip so well. He had take care of all are requirements and comfort as my parents are senior citizens but we did not face any issue from beginning to the end of the journey.
Also like to appreciate the Hyatt Place residence staff, Trip factory and Royal Arabian staff for their wonderful coordination which made our stay in Dubai comfortable and wonderful. They were all available in whats app and quick in response in case of any queries. Everyone know that mobile is a necessity but thanks to their wonderful coordination and commitment to delivery quality of service we had used mobile only for clicking pictures rest everything was taken care by them. Hats off to all off them!
The best part was that whatever was promised was provided to us there was not even 0.001% difference between the commitment and delivery. Thanks to everyone for taking such good care
I would recommend next time to keep some time for shopping and also travelers having shared seat coach to keep the a time gap of 30 min to 1 hour from last drop not from the first drop as generally the family/ person picked up first is dropped last so he has 5 to 10 min gaps for other pickup as he is the first again.

Just back from a trip to Dubai. It was awesome. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning as has never heard bout TripFactory before but still went ahead and booked a 4N/5D Dubai package with them. All Pvt transfers. Everything right from the pick up at the airport to the activities planned for us(Burj Khalifa, Desert Safari etc) was bang on. Never once did we have to follow up with them. The drivers would reach us well before the scheduled time. We were booked into a 3 BHK hotel Apt which was really good. We were a group of 5 adults and had a huge house to ourselves. Buffet b’fast was great. Overall it was a great trip and will definitely book through them again.

Awesome Dubai experience. Paavan has made excellent arrangments for hotels, accommodations and all private transportation were simply fabulous ( loved all those SUVs they sent for site seeing and desert safari). He also made the last-minute change of upgrading to Burj Khalifa Highest sky lounge. that was a breathtaking view and lasting experience. The TripFactory team was very helpful and gave us a deal that was irresistible.

It was memorable trip to Dubai. Sarosh’s coordination from Bangalore and in Dubai were excellent. We would like to thank Sarosh for giving perfect trip explanation and his coordination was superb and very prompt in clarification throughout trip. The places suggested by him were really good and kids enjoyed a lot. Specially dessert safari , Dolphinarium, and under water zoo. He was continuously following up during trip . We also had very smooth visa arrangement and special thanks to Sarosh and Arihant for arranging visa for one of us in 24 hours. Kids have conveyed special thanks to Sarosh and Arihant. We feel trip factory is the best option for trip organisation compare to others.

The booking at tripfactory was made so easy by Naveen. the trip schedule was very nicely managed and there was no rushing around at the sites as experienced in other tour operators. The officials were very keen in follwing up with us in helping us to customize the package.
A special Thanks to Naveen from the Bangalore office. He was there to help us at all times, on weekdays and weekends as well. The team had also invited us to visit their office at Manyata.
A small deviation in the itenary was the only downside. But the trip was planned and executed really well.
