I recently traveled to Sikkim with your arrangements covering Gangtok, Pelling, and Lachung. I would like to share my appreciation for the way the trip was organized. The itinerary was smooth, accommodations were comfortable, and the overall coordination made the journey enjoyable.
A special mention goes to Sneha Pradhan for her excellent travel coordination. She ensured everything was well managed and provided timely support whenever needed.
One point of feedback: on some days there was a lot of traveling, and the remaining part of the day was left free. It would have been even better if those free periods had included visits to nearby places or short activities to make the most of the time.
Overall, I would rate the experience 4.5 out of 5. It was a very good trip, and I am happy with the service provided.

We would like to share our sincere feedback after completing our Europe trip, and we must say it was one of the best trips we have ever experienced.
From the beginning to almost the very end, the trip was absolutely marvellous and exceptionally well‑organized. The itineraries were thoughtfully planned, sightseeing spots were beautiful and well‑timed, hotels were comfortable, food arrangements were excellent, and the flights and overall coordination were very smooth. Everything worked seamlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy and immerse ourselves in the experience without any stress.
The only concern during the entire trip was on the last day, when the bus unfortunately had a breakdown. This resulted in almost half a day’s itinerary being missed, which understandably caused inconvenience, and we also have requested compensation for this. Apart from this isolated incident, every other day of the trip ran flawlessly and exceeded our expectations.
We would also like to place on record our heartfelt appreciation for:
Ms. Anita – Tour Manager: She was extremely supportive, approachable, patient, and easy‑going throughout the journey. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and quick problem‑solving skills made a huge difference to the overall experience and kept the group comfortable and happy at all times.
Captain Christy – Our Driver: Kudos to him for ensuring a safe, smooth, and comfortable commute throughout the trip. His calm driving, punctuality, and road discipline gave us great confidence during long travel days across countries.

Entire process was seamless and the team at Tripfactory ensured all the documentation and bookings are sorted. The team was especially patient with all our itinerary changed. We had a truly memorable trip. All the arrangements—including the stay, transportation, and the Andaman Bliss crew—were handled very well, and we really appreciate the effort put in.

However, I would like to share one concern. Our flight today was scheduled at 3:05 PM, and although the hotel check-out was at 9 AM, we were asked to check out at 10 AM. We reached the airport by 10:20 AM, but were not allowed inside until 12:30 PM, which resulted in us waiting outside for nearly two hours.

It would have been more convenient if there had been a plan for a short visit or activity before heading to the airport, with a drop-off around noon. That would have made the experience smoother.

Nevertheless, thank you once again for all the arrangements and support throughout the trip

It was a really good experience overall. The hotels were nice and the staff were very friendly. However, I didn’t enjoy the experience at Ross Island and North Bay Island as much. The guide allowed very little time for sightseeing at Ross Island.

3.Their pricing was the best compared to several other options I checked.
4.Timely updates in the app made the vacation mostly hassle-free.
5.Swathi provided a proper briefing before the trip.
6.Swathi handled the end-to-end process very well.
7.The itinerary was well curated.

Cons

1.There were too many follow-up calls before closing the deal.
2.The itinerary was too packed, so we couldn’t properly enjoy the Dubai city tour, Abu Dhabi city tour, or Ferrari World.
3.The iOS holiday app performs poorly and lags frequently.
4.When we needed help, the app often had technical issues; and when we reached out to the agents through it, responses were delayed or we were redirected to someone else.

Overall, I would rate the experience 7.5/10.

They have provided reasonalbe price including Visa Assitance and to and fro 3 flights, and 4* / 5* Hotels incl complimentory breakfast.
All the Hetels were located in prime city and No Hassle for shopping and which around near by indian Restaurants.
They have fulfilled without single changes of the itinerary as per the commited deal.
Trip Factory Team and Local Ground Staff are working excellent and well coordination between us.

A day before they will send the telegram messages for the next day itinerary pick up and drop time for each locations and all the entrance ticket will be purchased and hand over by the driver / local tour agents. We haven't stand in queue for purchasing tickets, all are included in the package.

Drivers come for pick up and drops always on time or before, and very polite, customer friendly. especially not asking any tips. If we like to give tips they will happy. Aslo we want to go for personel shopping or prefered restaurents while coming back to hotel. they are drop us as per our request, even it is little bit away from the hotel.

We have enjoyed unlimited. it was great and wonderful experience.
