The trip was very good. Everything went as planned. The first hotel (Anya Nana) would have been better choice as it could be at good location.

The Trip Factory provided an unforgettable, two-week custom trip to New Zealand that fit perfectly within our budget. Their staff was incredibly helpful and patient, managing multiple itinerary revisions with outstanding responsiveness and coordination. On the ground, the staff was timely and supportive with daily information. The decent accommodations and seamless service made our entire travel experience truly memorable. We highly recommend them.

The Dubai City Tour and Abu Dhabi trip could have been organized much better. We were not given sufficient time to cover all the planned locations, and at several spots, we were asked to view them only from the vehicle, leaving no chance to take photographs.

The experience in Abu Dhabi was particularly disappointing due to the vehicle provided — the legroom was extremely cramped, and the windows offered poor visibility, making it difficult to see any sightseeing spots. The Dates Market was simply a small stop with only four shops, and it did not feel like a tourist attraction or a proper shopping location.

We were allotted only three hours at Ferrari World, which was insufficient to experience the park. Most of the time, we could only listen to the guide’s narration, as there were hardly any opportunities to get down and explore the attractions ourselves. We could see the Dubai Frame and Museum of the Future only from outside, and it would have been much better if tickets to both these iconic landmarks were included in the itinerary.

All went well except the pick up timings were preponed most of the days and informed previous night which

could have been done in a more organized manner.

It was quite hectic.

The entire team co ordinated well for this trip and the accommodation provided also too good. Right from the begining, Mrs Janavi also in a regular touch with us for every updates. Over all the trip was good and memorable with a comfort stay. Its definitely a pleasant trip and can tie up with this travels for any future trips.
My small suggestion to get more appreciation from customer is....
1) with your experience, a little more modified itinerary is expected. Bcoz out of 6 days 0ne day started at 4.30 pm and entire day left with blank. Since the return flt is at 9.30 pm, some kind of activity/ trip must have planned/ included instead of giving full day free time.
2) The dubai city tour is not included with some of the main places and also those places shown is limited and not very impressed too.

Its very very special trip for me. Me and my family remeber in life. Very well arrengment along with all insteuctions to all relevent staff. Thank you for coordination Mr. PULKIT GUPTA & team for time to time support. Specially my Father is very happy and enjoy all the happest movments.
I am planning my next vacation soon.

Vietnam trip was very well coordinated. Totally satisfied.

But during the Malaysian trip a local contact was not given and we were contacting only the drivers earmarked to clarify our doubts. Suggest have a local contact instead of putting up only on the App.

Tour was well organised.But Elephanta beach visit is waste of money for senior citizens.Since there is no activity for senior citizens.You could have arranged for Kalapathar beach in Swaraj deep.

Awesome planning , quick response to the customer, we travelled to Dubai everything went on hassle free..

Everything took care by the team promptly..

We had booked pur Vietnam trip through TRIP FACTORY, we had amazing experience with them. Our Trip co ordinator Mr Sahil Pradhan was very helpful from day one. He helped us at every step to curate the trip as per our preferences. Aa the girls booked we very excellent with good connectivity.

I will devide the trip in few parts when giving feedback:
Flights, hotels, Transportation, itenaries, tripfactory servies.

1. Flights - initial flights booked good. we were comfortable.
but post service was really poor, no help from your team in changing the flight timings.
My three flights, all changed their schedules. below are the reasons of this remark.
Indigo flights -
1. International flight from Delhi to Phuket direct flight , delayed 3 hours, our evening first day itinerary was going to spoiled. your team did not do any efforts to reschedule it, they said its not possible.
Eventually I had to call and followup and get it myself without any additional payments.
2, International flight from Bangkok to Delhi, also go preponed from 17:30 to 15:30. our that day itenary got spoiled as well.

3. Domestic Flight from Karabi to Bangkok was delayed two hours, I requested to move it to earlier flight so that we could enjoy Bangkok, but your team did not help in this, When I tried Loin Air Flight on their number, they did not respond or picked the call, no possibility on Loin Air app. I had to choose the same flight myself, which reached Bangkok at 10:30 aprox and we checked in to hotel at 00:30am in the morning. Next day early itinerary pickup happened, but our whole day was very tiring due to the less sleep. that was annoying.

overall flights feedback: international flights booked good. domestic airline must be accessible if we want to change it. The departure flight got delayed and arrival flight got preponed. our itineraries were getting disturbed both ways. Flights post services was really poor. No support provided in any of the flights.
I would not possibly try booking flights via you at least, or will think twice before booking with you considering no post service will be given.


Hotels:
The hotels were overall good. We liked it. There were some missing things, which would have made our trip more better. I will give highlights on them below:
1. Phuket hotel room was good, no doubt hotel was wonderful, breakfast was also amazing. we enjoyed.
missing point which could have added value if would have been given.
Hotel gave us room in another section, which was separate and was not in the high rise building, we could not enjoy the view there. Also there was no lift available nearby we had to walk a lot because another section was far and lift was on the another corner of the flight.
2. Krabi hotel room was good, no doubt hotel was wonderful, breakfast was also amazing. we enjoyed. Indian food was available on buffet and À la carte so it was quiet good feeling.
here, the dressing room or may be a good mirror was missing. we thought of upgrading the hotel room, but due to less time to make decision, we sticked with earlier booked room.
3. Hotel in Bangkok was awesome from every point of view. I would give you 10 out of 10. everything was amazing.


Transportation - We liked the timely pickups and very professional and good behavior drives and the teams. will give 10 out of 10. simply amazing and wonderful coordination. your telegram team was not updated about the changes, they must be having right information before passing on the telegram, i had to correct them few times. That's not the major problem.

4. Itinerary selection. Overall we enjoyed. no major complaints.
But personally we did not like city tours, it was pure waste of time. could not have selected just temples in Bangkok if we were aware much. may somewhere also overlooked. in Phuket also it was not very fascinating half day Itinerary.

5. trip factory services:
I would divide into below
1. booking service - it was good. Navaya tried her best to make a good Itinerary. overall good.
2. post services in flight changing were too poor. i would give 1 hour 10. wrong selection of domestic Loin air flight and we could not change the flight even we wanted to pay extra.
3. during transport coordination services were great. I appreciate the safety, security addressed and timely updates.

Sneha Pradhan was my co ordinator initially there were slight hiccups but overall the way she designed our entry trip in a safe and aligned manner from check in to checkout is really appreciable.

Highly recommend trip factory and Sneha as your co ordinator to keep the trip in ease.

There were immediate resolution for any queries from the team as well.

We have recently completed our Thailand trip with Tripfactory. Right from day 1 of planning Ms.Reena from the TripFactory team was coordinating with us and generously solving all our queries. It was a hassle free experience as their was timely support and communication during all points of the journey.

My review is divided in 2 parts

1) Before Trip Start-- Before the trip started there were lot of hiccups and issues.
a) Hotel booking were done for wrong dates
b) Flight from Krabi to Bangkok was rescheduled by 4 hrs but i was never informed
c) I asked to get the flight cancelled from Krabi to Bangkok due to rescheduling and book another flight with convenient time. But i was staring forward said the flight is non refundable and cannot be cancelled. But when i inquired the Vietjet airline that said as flight is rescheduled it can be cancelled with full refund. It was not my job to get this confirmation from airlines. Even after this i had to struggle a lot to get another flight booked and i lost lot of time and efforts on this
d) One of the hotel had twin bed and breakfast for 2 only booked. Same was informed by me to get it corrected as we were 3 person travelling.

So a lot of improvement area while planning the trip and booking.

2) During the Trip-- The trip started all good and we all were happy the way things went as we hardly faced much issues and we did enjoyed. But few things which can be taken care
a) Car condition should be proper as in one of the car ac was not working
b) Car for airport drop or hotel transfers should be big considering no. of persons and luggage
c) Trip to James bond island, all other tourist had canoe of 30 mins included in there package and we
didn't had. So we had nothing to do during that period and time was lost. This could have been
suggested
d) Transfer to Floating market took 4 hrs, this could have been suggested.

Rest all went good and i didn't had to face problems during the trip. Upper deck in cruise was also good. We had relaxing and fun trip.
