Short Review : Really happy and satisfied with the arrangements by trip factory for my dubai trip.
Long Review: to start with the booking for this trip was done just one day before , though initially the itinerary send was not in line with what was discussed, but the next day itself it was changed and rectified to my expectations which was a very positive start to the trip. I came across trip factory just through a random google search and was at a risk since it was my first experience with them. Undoubtedly Trip factory lived upto my expectation at each stage. I was upgraded to Private transfers from Seat In Coach. The driver/guide were humble and welcoming. the transport facility arranged were upto the mark.I hope you continue this work and will definitely book my future tours with Trip Factory.

Dubai trip by Trip Factory was an awesome experience. Right from booking to visa processing, sightseeing, hotel stay was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the trip and it was amazing. This was my first international trip with TripFactory and felt excellent compared to other package tours. Iterinary planned was also very good, didn't feel hectic though we covered almost all important places to visit. Very prompt pick-up/drop off service.

Would highly recommend to choose trip factory for your next vacation.
Overall it was a fun-filled and joyfull vacation for our family.

Mr.Ranjeet helped in customising the itinerary to my needs and that too within the budget. He spent quite a lot of time understanding my needs and then presenting the itinerary. Really appreciate that. So far so good. I paid the advance amount. Then problem started as there are different departments within the company and they hadn't taken the proper inputs from Ranjeet on the schedule. The hotels and flights that were promised were confirmed and confirmation shared but the schedule within Dubai was not confirmed and I had a tough time reaching the right person. Then one Mr. Sandeep helped me to sort the things and assured me the trip will take place as promised initially and not to worry on anything. I was sceptical but I had a wonderful experience the moment we landed in Dubai. No issues anywhere and awesome service. Thanks to tripfactory for tying up with one of the best holiday makers in Dubai. The only grouse point, we were not able to reach the emergency contact provided by tripfactory when we needed them the most.
Overall the experience was awesome, no issues, even food provided during the cruise and desert safari was great.

I searched this company Online while surfing about my trip, first i was hesitating as there is no office nearby me, but iam thankful to Trip factory to make my tour successful. Every thing was well managed and i get actually what i was promised.

Me and my family enjoyed a lot there in Dubai. And will look forward for another tour with Trip Factory.

Over all it was a very good experience, we never faced any difficulty during the trip. on arrival at Dubai airport there was a person waiting fro us with placard and he handed over to us all the details and entry passes and dropped us to the hotel. We stayed at Raviz Center Point hotel, stay and the staff were excellent. We had all pickup and drops on time and never faced any difficulty.

one suggestion is that Dubai being an Indian dominated place, please appoint an Indian agent for Desert Safari as it is being far out from the city we felt bit scared to travel with a neighbouring country driver who was acting bit fussy.

Another suggestion is that on the last day of the trip as there being no activity please arrange an afternoon flight rather being at late midnight, its very boring to sit at hotel lobby for 6 to 7 hours. it is not that easy to move around alone in Dubai during your first trip.

And finally a great thanks for Shreya Nair for her Excellent work in arranging all things and in fact we opted Trip factory without any reference or price comparison only because of her assurance and the way she was able to convince us.

To begin with we were greeted and received well at Dubai airport.
The arrangements by Tripfactory associates in Dubai were excellent and very well coordinated.

I felt comfortable receiving phone calls both from Tripfactory and Dubai associates employees at the beginning and during the trip.
I have reduced one star (4 out of 5) as the airline in package AI Express was devoid of proper meals n drinks.
Overall we are quite satisfied with our Dubai trip !

Amazing experience travelling to Dubai and great great support from Naveen who helped me a lot before and during my vacation(ofcourse i have had asked him some thousand questions, he was always happy to help and was very polite and the best part, you ping him any point of time, he is ready to help as he promised, thats really cool!)

I booked with Tripfactory for the first time for a package trip to Dubai in the month of May.

The executive Imran Khan who handled the request was professional and courteous and addressed all the clarifications timely and customizing the trip according to our needs.
The trip pricing worked out to be quite competitive when compared to other similar service providers and was economical and worth for the money spent.

The entire trip was organized well and was a pleasant experience overall. However, I did encounter a disappointing experience on one of the days of the package trip. The onsite tours with whom they are tied up in Dubai had screwed up our schedule for one of the attraction, as they were disorganized. When the issue was brought to the notice of the onsite tour operator, the behavior displayed was filled with arrogance & very unprofessional. While they did make up for the bad day with an upgraded attraction later, they seldom sounded apologetic in their conversations till date. Looks like they are least bothered with negative feedback and maybe they don't care for repeat business.

On the other hand, the executives on the Tripfactory were opposite - courteous, caring and most of all humble. I would like to thank Rajesh Shah & his team from tripfactory who heard my voice and concerns and ensured that our feelings were respected and they stood up for us at every moment, escalating the matter with the onsite tour operator and taking the matter to the highest level for addressing my grievance.

Thank you Guys for all your support for ensuring that we carry pleasant memories back with us. You have earned a repeat customer from your behavior and humble attitude.

One feedback is to please ensure that you sign up with right set of onsite tour operators. Let competitive pricing not come at the cost of inconvenience, quality compromise and more importantly disrespect to customers.

I would like to Thank Deepak for his dedicated and endless help provided from the time of booking my package with trip factory from Mumbai to Dubai, till the end of my trip. Deepak has always been patient with a difficult client like me who needs specific details on every step. I traveled with 2 elderly parents and 1 kid and Deepak saw that the itinerary was well planned to meet all age group requirement. Good 4 star Hotel was also provided. Deepak did extend his support by checking with me on the tour about my stay while i was in Dubai. Few things I would like to highlight is when my booking was done with trip factory i had to pay 25% of the total cost immediately. I suggest that at this time you should be able to draw a plan and update the customer about when the balance payments need to be done and when will the customer get the required itinerary details such as flight tickets, hotel booking and other vouchers. I had to do too many followups for this information.
However no regrets, our overall long awaited trip to Dubai was well planned and arranged by trip factory (Deepak V).

Thanks to the Tripfactory team for organizing a wonderful vacation for us. All details were planned out well and we all thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We took a land only package of 6N 7D for Dubai and we are happy to recommend their services.

I had been to Dubai with my family for 6 days through Trip factory in April 2017. Sufia Naaz was our SPOC and she was very helpful. This was my first trip via Trip factory and I had my apprehensions. I would say overall the trip was good but for few opportunities as below..

1) The itinerary was sent just 12 hrs prior to flight. I feel this is too late to review the itinerary for any clarifications/changes to be made. I kept asking the itinerary, but I was told I will receive 2 days in advance when in reality I received just 12 hrs prior to travel which is VERY VERY late. I suggest Trip factory look into this.

2) Since itinerary came late, I did not have much time to review trip timings etc. The Desert Safari pick up was mentioned as 7 pm. We were fortunate the cab driver who fetched us from airport told us that 7 pm is too late and to recheck with Travels. It seems there was a typo and the pick up was at 3.30 pm. Luckily Sufia was available online and she helped us. For a professional travel agent like Trip factory/North tours, I thought this was a gross error.

3) Likewise itinerary said after city tour bus would drop us at Mall of Emirates but there was no information on pick up from mall back to hotel. As anticipated it was a bit chaotic as I had to make quite a few phone calls to have pick up arranged. Again this part of itinerary was poorly organized.

4) I think Trip factory should have dedicated SPOC in destination country who can be a phone escort at all times to help the guests. I realized though Sufia kindly helped us most of the time via whatsapp, there were times she wasn't online (due to time difference) and if I needed immediate help/clarification and I had no one to look up to.

5) The itinerary did not mention the duration of the trip. For example if there is a Burj Khalifa trip in the eve, it just says pick up time as 5 pm to 5.30 pm. It doesn't say what is the return time. It was only later when the driver said pick up is 11 pm we realized it is a 5 hr session. Other professional travel tours like Makemytrip, Thomas cook, they clearly mention what is the duration of trip and what all we will be expecting in the trip. I suggest Trip factory to make the itinerary a bit more detailed.

6) In Abudabhi, the entry to mosque for women require strict dress codes which my wife and daughter had not carried along. Apparently it seems Sufia informed me verbally during orientation (probably which I missed out); these critical information should be listed out in the Do's and Don't of itinerary which other travel agents score above Trip factory. Coincidentally the mosque had stopped giving the temporary attires due to thefts. It was disappointing that my wife and daughter could not see the beautiful mosque.

Overall a good trip and I would still suggest Tripfactory to others. The above may be viewed as opportunities for improvements.

I went to Dubai in April 2017 through TripFactory. Right from the beginning of package booking till the time we returned everything was well managed and properly planned. Although there were a couple of hiccoughs during the itinerary finalization 1 day before the trip. But I guess that's the part and parcel of foreign travel. Our point of contact Prakash Yad was very cooperative, polite and helpful throughout. In Dubai as well all the drivers were decent and punctual and itinerary was followed properly. All and all a hassle free memorable experience.

Our recent Dubai trip which was booked through Trip Factory was very good and my family enjoyed the trip thoroughly. I have traveled with various other tour operators also but this time it was no nonsense trip. Team here was very professional who helped in all the booking formalities, specially Fouzia Sultana, giving various options which I had requested and North tours at Dubai know there business very well.
